He took the time to acknowledge the situation and offered to send a gift card as a gesture to make things right. He even mailed it out the same day, which I really appreciated. The thoughtful follow up and willingness to revisit the situation after so much time meant a lot. This kind of customer service goes a long way, and I'm glad to see the improvement.
