Brought my brother here while on leave from Afghanistan. Service was not to bad they came around often enough to see what we needed. The food on the other hand wasn't up to par in my opinion. Ordered the Cajun pasta and asked for it to be spicy and add shrimp to it. Wow what a disappointment, the shrimp really did. One on the side on a different plate, the pasta was over cooked and very soft, pasta should be aldente! As to the spicy, not even! What happened to Gettin what you want? Now the salad bar, found some wilted lettuce and spinach on the salad bar. I mean, an establishment so reputable could be failing so miserably! Not going to moanalua ruby Tuesday any more. read more

Food was good (they are consistent), portions were generous, prices reasonable, service was excellent.

Dear Yelp community...I should have listened...I usually stay away from places with less than 3 stars. Alas my need for quick meal close by overcame better judgment. Waiter service was rather slow, seeing other people in the section with empty cups and looking around either hungry or annoyed should have been another warning. I ordered the mini trio: mini sammies with crab cake, turkey, hamburger. Problem 1: no turkey. 2: hamburger was still mooing at me. So for 13.99, would have been better at McDonald. read more

Not bad! Expensive! Is this just a Hawaii theme? Not too much to write home about, but it was still satisfying. The location of this one in particular is great because it's right next to the Navy Exchange and makes for a perfect stop right after shopping. The customer service was great and the food was prepared properly. The burger I got was A-OK; it wasn't like WOW or O-HUM. Wish it was just a tad cheaper. You get a lot, you definitely pay a lot. read more

I love their food and the huge selection on the menu. The staff there is super nice...they had no problem with us moving tables to watch the football game. Our server was busy so the manager brought our food out and didn't make us wait. Overall a great place to have dinner. read more

I had a hard time deciding between a 3 and 4 star review but decided on the latter because the service has always been friendly. Food is good, and the restaurant is clean. I do wish the salad bar had more variety as it is usually my favorite thing to eat. My kids love the sliders and my husband loves the dips. read more

The service was just horrible!! They sat us down ,20 mins. No one came to our table!!! Two more custermer came after us and they went to there table right away!! The waitress looked at us twice too! We walked out!! Spoke to the manager Joanne!! She apologized!! I'm a very pissed off customer!!! read more

If I could I would give this Ruby Tuesday a minus 5 star review. Hmmm....where shall I begin? The service, the food, or the COCKROACHES? Hostess was disengaged and seemed irritated that we would bother her on a Saturday afternoon for an early dinner. Maybe she was a disenfranchised server. As for the servers, they were more inclined to arrange tables than acknowledge new guests. We had so much time before our server arrived we had already decided what we wanted to order for dinner. Water and soft drinks came quickly, but the wine did not arrive until after the entrees. Forget about giving the guests enough time to enjoy salads and salad bar. In fact the entrees arrived so quickly it made us wonder how fresh the food was. The wine came last, too long after entrees were served. Okay, so you must be asking yourselves, why are they complaining about ultra-fast delivery of entrees? Again, the question of how fresh the food is comes to mind. Was it prepared at the restaurant or was it simply a matter of pop it in the microwave and cook on high for two minutes and thirty seconds? Oh yeah, and then there were the feature menu items with avocado, but Ruby Tuesday's did not have avocados and we were not told until after orders were placed and menus taken away. We stayed with the ordered selection, sans avocado. Price adjustment? No. Overall, the food was way overpriced, the quality was poor and marginally edible. The pièce de résistance of our experience? A COCKROACH sauntered by midway through our meal, which needless to say, had us push our plates to the end of the table mostly uneaten. Here is the big news flash - the wait staff had just cleaned the table from whence he came so they had to have seen it but did nothing! We suggested to our server that she notify the manager of the uninvited creepy crawly. The manager came to our table and said Ruby Tuesday had sprayed for vermin earlier in the week and the spraying had caused all the roaches to wander around in a daze or haze in the dining room. As opposed to what? Hang out with the cooks in the kitchen? At that point we simply wanted to flee. He did adjust the amount of the bill - he gave us 50% off. Classy, right? To sum up: Service - 1 star Food - 0 stars Cleanliness - Negative 50 stars (bathrooms were icky, previous diners' spills were left on the booth seat) COCKROACHES - If you like roaches 10 stars, if you don't, negative 5000. read more

Came in on Saturday nite...Not busy...5 of Us..plenty "open" booths...Food decent...10/28/17. Not Heavy tab but, left over 18% tip...Server took order & delivered Food....I'm a Server myself...so, he didn't work hard at all....on the way Out...One of my Guest heard the HOST and a Server say...."Oh Finally, they leaving".....as I said "Not busy" and for a HOST or SERVER to make a such an Inappropriate Comment....We Won't be back.....ever...Thnx...Zero Stars....I wouldn't give the Guy a Second chance read more

First time to this location and i enjoyed it. As usual for a Saturday night is was busy. We checked in with an estimated wait time of 15mins for a party of 4, but in about 5-10mins we were being seated so that was a plus. We get to our table and was being served by a gentleman named Jerret. Jerret was an awesome waiter. We started off with the spinach artichoke dip which is so delicious. The fresh chips in itself is awesome, and of course you can get free chip refill. Lol. On to the main course...me i am a rib lover so of course i order the ribs. Other party members were still trying to figure out what they wanted our waiter Jerret pointed out a few dishes which he made sound so delicious but they ended up getting the steak. For my rib plate i ordered the mac and cheese for a side dish and Jerret had mentioned earlier about ordering a side of parmesan cheese sauce to put on the mac and cheese to make it more cheesy for no additional cost so of course i wanted to try it. The service from our waiter was awesome no complaints about that whatsoever. He kept our drinks full and made sure we was good. For desert he recommended a new item that was off the menu which sounded so good. He noted that 1 desert would feed at least 2 people which costed about $8-9 so we ordered 2 being 4 of us. The desert came n it looked so good. It was a chocolate mouse cake with 2 scoops of ice cream whipped cream with caramel and chocolate sauce topped with oreo cookie crumbs it looked and tasted so delicious! The food there was awesome the service was on point the facility was nice good experience across the board. Will definitely be back to this location and will be on the lookout for the server Jerret! read more

Not knowing where else to eat, my hungry, jet lagged and tired family strolled up to this Ruby Tuesday expecting sub average food and service. When we were seated we found ourselves waiting a while for our waitress to come to our table due to a limited staff and a lot of guests. The manager of this Ruby Tuesday, Laurel graciously came over to our table and took our order and got us everything we needed. The food was served quickly and it was actually delicious. What made this restaurant stand out to me was the service AFTER we left. I had just bought a very expensive Opal ring and took it off to prevent burger juices and other food condiments to get onto it. Being tired and a bit on a sugar low, I completely forgot I had taken it off and left it on the napkin on my table. When I did call two hours later I had mentally prepared myself to accept the bad news that the ring was no where to be found. However when the manager Laurel got on the phone she let me know that she had found my ring and it was safe with her AND she was even willing to do whatever it took to get it back to me. She expedited the shipping of the ring back to my house FOR FREE and it was here when I got home from my Hawaii stay. This goes to show you what kind of staff and personnel you are surrounded with in the restaurant. Next time I go to Hawaii, I will be sure to pay this restaurant a visit. Excellent, excellent guest service. Thank you Laurel!!! read more

Had a meeting here with one of the co-owners of Ruby Tuesdays, Rick Nakashima. I was informed that this specific restaurant was one of the top Ruby Tuesdays in the world and a lot of people who come in are military based on the location. We sat out in the outside patio area, which was clean and perfect with the weather. The servers were nice and gave great service. The food was good - nachos were plenty and the ribeye steak was juicy and melted in my mouth. There's plenty of parking in the area and easy to access. read more

My husband and I just finished eating here and we weren't very impressed. Service was great however. My husband had a steak with a beer and I had the Parmesan shrimp pasta. The steak was tender and the pasta dish was good. Nothing was so great to get excited about but the bill was 77$!!!! Yes, that's right 77$!!!! Way to overpriced! We will not be going back because 77$ for a just ok dinner for 2 is not worth it. Ridiculous! read more

The service was super slow tonight! The waitress kept saying it would be out soon a few times. For spending $89 for three people they could've did better than that! The baked potato was under cooked but the steak and lobster Mac and cheese was good! read more

Usually like Ruby Tuesday, but the staff could make some improvements. A lady picking up dirty dishes from tables put other people's dirty plates on my table while I was eating. Totally grossed out. read more

Food is tastey but everything is waayyyy overpriced IMO. If they dropped their prices or had better specials, I would go back. But as it is we just can't see spending so much cash for the type of restaurant it is. Also, I ordered steamed broccoli and it came out like mush. If you're going to charge an arm and a leg, you have to have better quality control on your food. read more

This is my new favorite place for ribs. Delicious, fall off the bone. Great healthy side choices (salad and grilled zucchini are my favs). Our waitress, Vanessa, was outstanding. She helped us get exactly what we wanted and even saved us some money. She was attentive, friendly and overall the waitress you want to have. Will definitely be back. read more

Ruby Tuesday has a good selection of food. The turkey and the prime rib tasted delicious.

Family of 5. Started out well when they accommodated our family by pushing a couple cocktail tables together to seat us right away. The waiter was friendly, but wasn't very attentive to empty glasses and appetizer empty dishes. Space was extremely limited too. We had to ask for refills even though empty glasses were easy to see. I ordered a petite sirloin and wasn't able to eat but maybe half. The fat and gristle was terrible. read more

Need a quick steak and seefood fix? Ruby Tuesday hits the spot. Affordable sit down restaurant with a good atmosphere. I can tell this location gets good traffic because the servers are efficient and pleasant. I look forward to my next visit. read more

Came early enough for happy hour. Fried raviolis, furikaki fries and Thai potstickers - all tasty. $5-8 pupus. Bacon cheeseburger medium rare was very juicy with a baked spud. My son ordered the chicken BLT and was very disappointed. He loves Ruby Tuesday's. The chicken was like a pale rubbery chicken, no taste. Luckily he had the salad bar and was happy with that. Hubby ordered his full rack of ribs, no complaints from him and plate was empty! read more

This is actually a NO star review. Our experience here was shameful. Horribly shameful. There are no words. We live in Kaneohe. We don't go to Ruby Tuesday's in Kaneohe due to a few bad experiences there. So we drive over to this one hoping for a nice pleasant dining experience. We were seated immediately, Courtney our server brought waters and took our order in a timely manner. This is where our pleasant experience comes to an end. Four of us ordered. Only 3 of us got our meals. My BBQ Chicken Cobb Salad, the easiest and probably the fastest dish to make out of all 4 dishes never arrived. Courtney came to check on us and saw that my salad never arrived and went to "check on it" but basically went MIA. So my husband went up to the front desk and asked to see a manager. The manager came to our table and apologized with excuses which really there aren't any and we told him that I didn't want the salad anymore and to remove it off our bill. He went back to the kitchen and came back with a to go box with what was supposed to be the Cobb salad, left it with me and said he took care of our bill. I didn't want the salad, but before we left I opened it and it did not look like a Cobb salad at all. Picture attached. I gave the salad to Courtney and asked him to show the manager what he gave me and tell him next time to check the product before handing it over to a customer. Horrible experience. This review doesn't even include what the quality was of the dishes that were brought out to the rest of my family! Substandard at best. SMH. Now we are on our way to somewhere else to turn our night into a positive experience. read more

The service here is awe full we waited 30 minutes before being asked what we would like to drink the waiter was very rude. Please go else where. Go where they appreciate you. read more

This place is all right. I think they're a little pricey and they don't give you that much food for what you pay for. I had the ribs a couple of times and that's pretty reasonable. However, the last time I went, I had the Creole Catch and I was kind of disappointed. The fish was all right and they gave me this brown rice thing with cheese on top. Again, it wasn't bad, but I definitley do not think it was worth $14. read more

Service sucked tonite and the food was subpar including the salad bar, which I had to tell them to refill cause it was out of lettuce and salad dressing. Now she taking 5 minutes to bring the bill back. read more

Last minute dinner at Ruby Tuesday. Was planning to have the salad bar, and the last minute changed my mind and ordered the Chicken Stacker & my hubby had Bourbon pork chops. i ordered online days ahead, two Thanksgiving turkey specials for pickup at 5:30pm. i arrived at 5:30pm and was told it was not ready yet and to wait outside and someone will bring it out when ready. i checked about 15 minutes later but not ready yet. it was not too crowded inside and while waiting i saw couple people pickup orders and leave. my order was finally brought out at 6pm with no apology for the delay. i wasn't asked but there was no napkins or utensils provided. Otherwise the food was fine. read more

I have to admit I wasn't a fan of this place, I ordered a pretzel jalapeño burger which fell apart the moment I picked it up, and my husband had steak with mash potatoes and Mac n cheese which he said was too overwhelming, and the soda was very watered down, but price wise it was ok like $8-$12/ plate. read more

They got two stars for one reason: our waitress. She was nice, prompt, and did her job very well. The food? No. Not at all. It's 5pm, the start of the dinner rush. There's no excuse for old, cold fries at a restaurant that prides itself on their burgers. Not only that, the burgers had no seasoning at all. None. The salad bar was the only other bright spot here. It was clean and fresh. I'd avoid coming here. Go to the gas station. You'll get better food. read more

Fish taco's were overcooked and flavorless. The entire staff seems to be high.

First time at a Ruby's so I'll keep this simple. Our waitress was great, the beer cold and but the food pretty much tasteless. Had the coconut shrimp appetizer which was pretty dry, more worst was told it was half price @ happy hour. The crab cake thing I ate was well....pretty bland. My dad enjoyed his cheese burger so one star for that and one for the service. read more

Granted it does get busy but most of the servers don't assist their coworkers with their tables...it should be team work... read more

I love Ruby Tuesday on the east coast so I really wanted this one to be awesome. It's not. Service is meh. I've been here twice with family, once for breakfast and once for dinner. Breakfast was stoopid expensive, even at Hawaii standards. They want $14 and change for an average salad bar! I tried it one last time for lunch because I'm stubborn. Sat at the bar and the server saw me but ignored me for at least 5 minutes because she was having a conversation with a regular or someone she knew. So to sum it up, I've tried breakfast, lunch and dinner here now and there is no way they will get anymore of my money. Close this place down and bring in something with a better menu, better customer service and reasonable prices. Bottom line, walk across the parking lot to Ramen Ya. 10 bucks will leave you stuffed without the crappie service. read more

Mediocre food and high prices. Not worth it. When I pay 16 dollars for a salad I expect non rubbery chicken.

I hate this place. I remember Ruby Tuesdays being a place where you can get an awesome salad bar, decent burgers, drinks at a good price. And service was always good. Not this one. We came here for someones going away party at work since its right down the street. Only about 8 of us though. Through the course of the night we had about 3 different waitresses. We learned to place 2 drink orders at once since it would take FOREVER to get our drinks. The food portions, yeah.....what was that about? I felt like someone ate half my food while sitting in the kitchen. And speaking of that, pretty sure it was sitting in the kitchen for awhile, sure tasted like it. I suggest just going to the Ruby Tuesdays in Windward Mall Kaneohe, better service. read more
