The food was HORRIBLE. We arrived at 7:21and was seated at 7:41. The place wasn't packed at all. We had to wait 30 mins for clean plates and ranch from the salad bar. After 45 mins our appetizer and meal was coming out at the same time. The food was cold, hard and not good. We never got utensils and napkins that we asked for in the beginning. We never got refills. The workers looked as if they didn't care at all. I would never come back to this Ruby Tuesday again... phylicia was our server. I do not recommend.... The ambiance is slow and empty. I went here to grab a salad from the salad bar, when I walked it there may have been like a total of 10 people, some at the same table. I stood for a while waiting for someone to come back to the hostess stand, but I had to end up going to get someone to assist myself and everyone else that had been standing and waiting! We had hung out a couple of hours at a brewery that did not serve food, so after they closed up for the night we had our Uber drop us off at the hotel. Across the bridge was this Ruby Tuesday's. They still looked open so we walked over. It was just before 11pm on a Friday night. Every customer in the joint was packed in the bar area. We made our way to the back of the bar and requested to place a to go order. It seemed like they were getting close to shutting down for the night. So to make it quick. I just ordered two chicken tender dinners with fries to go for my husband and I to take back to the hotel. The bartender was willing to do that and we were so appreciative. When we got back to the hotel the chicken tenders and fries were fine. They did their job for a late night quick meal fix. Overall the location was conveniently placed near our hotel. The bartender was agreeable with placing a food order towards the end of closing. And the food made sure that we did not go to bed starving. Overall Ruby Tuesdays was just fine. read more

Disappointment! My spouse and I arrived at this location around 5:56 pm Sunday, 11/28/2021. The restaurant was practical empty so we decided to dine in. We took this as a good sign, short wait time for our meal. We placed our meal order and also ordered bread sticks. About :20 later the waitress brought out bread sticks with no small plates nor utensils. We had to ask for utensils. Ok so now it's about 6:15 pm.... we waited, and waited... Just when we decided to leave, at approximately 6:40 the waitress arrived at our table and said they were out of mac & cheese do I want a different side. I said yes mash potatoes. I told her we have been here over 1 hr. She then said I will send over the manager. 5 minutes later the manager arrives. My plate was presented to me with 2 broccoli stems, salmon and a plate full of pasta with cheese sauce. I said this is not mac & cheese, it is pasta with cheese sauce. She said this is how it is prepared. Then we asked her why was the wait so long. She mentioned that she had to talk to the kitchen staff. Still no apology. I complained about the broccoli so she brought me more broccoli. So, I ask the waitress about mentioning they were out of mac & cheese. She said they were out and that they had to get some out of the freezer. Well, at this point we decided to take our meal to go. We did not fell that the manger was concerned I did not off an explanation nor a discount. We paid for our meal and left the restaurant. Fast forward to Monday, 11/29/2021. I sent feedback to corporate. I immediately received a call from Paula the manager while she was driving. Mind you this is the same manager that was at the restaurant yesterday. She apologized and invited us back to the restaurant. And then said I am certain you all were hangry after waiting so long. I explained to her we were not hangry because we had breadstick. The food was underwhelming. Service was decent. However, in the span of 10min after walking in my vehicle along with two others where broken into. Mind you this was in broad daylight around lunch! Then to top it all off the restaurants has no cameras and stated "this is a common occurrence" as if it was not big deal. This was a not so great experience. Upon my arrival the hostess was very nice. We were seated immediately. The waiter came over within a few minutes and took our drink orders. From the time he took our order til the time we got the drinks it was a total of 12 minutes. The hostess came and apologized to us twice. Finally I regulated to speak with a manager to voice my dissatisfaction with the extended wait. Upon his arrival to the table I expressed my concern. Oppose to him apologizing for the experience he advised that the waiter was getting the drinks for all his tables to come back at all at once. However, 12 minutes for a water and root beer is crazy. After that things were a little better. The food was good. The establishment was clean and the servers service began to improve. Overall, I don't plan to visit this location again. We travel, and have had issues with the Ruby Tuesday's chain for years. The wait staff were very good; courteous and helpful. The food/kitchen on the other hand... not so good. As someone in the area for work, I've tried many of the restaurants in the immediate vicinity of Ruby Tuesday. I wanted to have salad bar for dinner so I figured I'd give it try. The host was very friendly and offered me a choice of where I wanted to sit. I chose a booth in the bar area. My waitress Noni was very friendly and attentive. The drink menu was decent with different $4 & $5 specials for each day of the week, so I ordered the $5 Wednesday drink special "Ruby Relaxer". It was good and definitely was not weak. The overall restaurant was clean and inviting which is more than I can say about many places in this area. The manager also walked by and asked how everything was so far, which I really appreciate. I think they are trying hard to be a quality place and it shows. Expectations exceeded. This Ruby Tuesday is much better than it's two star rating indicates. Let's face it / chain restaurant bar & grills are struggling everywhere; this location is making a valiant attempt to keep its head above water. The manager (!?) that seated us was prompt to notice our arrival and get us situated - kinda nice since he was obviously focused on multiple tasks. Another server, who had walked past us five or six times, told us that she didn't know who had our table because they were short staffed. As we were leaving, we stopped to tell the hostess that our server never came...the hostess started to apologize, as the person who was assigned to our table came and reached in front of me to hand the hostess the menus that we left on the table. My place of employment bless me with a gift card for RT. I was happy because I love the salad bar. Which has been downgraded due to the pandemic.. which is fine, I'm going to get my salad on. Ok, so I ordered the The New Orleans special which consists of tilapia and shrimp with some kind of cream, and 2 sides. I ordered the loaded baked potato and corn. The fish had no taste.. very bland. The shrimps were not fully cooked. Ok now my sides.. the baked potato was not cooked, the cheese wasn't even melted and the bacon was out the bag. The salad and the corn good. I paid with my gift card and they didn't even return it. I still had change on it... Wow. I know they have been closing some locations.. but RT is my go to spot... im so DISAPPOINTED. read more

I really like Ruby Tuesday in general but not too sure about this location. Got here a little after one and there was no one at the host stand. There was a party there waiting to be seated in front of me, a few minutes later someone arrived and asked was I dining in? I said no pick up order she directed me to the bar, the bartender was nice and made sure that she acknowledged everyone in her presence. I appreciated that. I got in and out pretty quickly. In regards to the quality of what I ordered I'm extremely disappointed the chips were super salty! I literally had to flick most of the salt off before dipping into my dip. If I could give zero stars I would. I sat at the bar, thinking it would faster. Mistake. Took forever to get a beer, and I was 1 of 3 sitting there. Asked for a food menu 3 times, and finally got one. Before I ordered, a customer next to me got a burger. Half way through realized the paper was still on the cheese. Thought twice but orded the wings and fries. 30 min later wings showed up, probably the smallest ones I've ever seen, and no fries.
