I moved back into Ben Hill area but would literally pass this place every week and had no clue it was here. (Dang that was 2017-18). I yelped it a few months ago. My relationship with BHG started on a whirlwind affair with the Turkey burger. It's grown into a weekly drop-by, with an occasional call ahead so I wouldn't just show up unannounced. Dang! I never posted my original review??? The first several comments was drafted 2017/18...Wow! So here goes, here it is 12/29/2022 and I still support. A lot of changes in the last few years! BHG is a survivor (Jeezy voice) But any way. We lost wings due to CVD19 but those things are flapping their way back late 2022: 10 piece only. Go get you some while they are here. Burgers still on point. Fish is my other go to. Lamb is now on the menu. I heard its delish! Prices still reasonable considering increase in food costs. All food is cooked to order. The service & the food were both outstanding so much so that we came back twice in one day!! The Philly's were out of this world good, we got the chicken and steak, oh & the bread?! The bread was soft and delicious like everything just tasted so fresh! The quesadillas & chicken tenders were also smashing, no extra unnecessary breading on the tenders which our toddler really enjoyed, the bbq sauce was also smashing the fries were fried to perfection not soggy not hard, listen when I say we were sad that the next day was Sunday then Monday & they were closed is an understatement because we would have been back lol, it's now Tuesday and we'll be back today! I have been meaning to check this place out for months now and I'm glad I did! The burger was it had flavor, it was juicy and the bun was grilled to perfection. My only knock was that it took a while for the food, but I will just call ahead of time next time I go. Other than that, I can't wait to try it again. You could easily drive past this place and not even notice it (And I have done so myself numerous times!). It probably classifies under the "Hole in the Wall" category, as it is literally housed in a little brick shack, that pops up out of nowhere and doesn't necessarily fit the standard mold of what a restaurant looks like or should look like, or where it should be located, but beyond that, the customer service was pretty good, the food was pretty good and the price was on par with it's contemporaries of the day. Once you pull into the place, there is actually an abundance of parking around back, that it seems to share with a church, so I'd probably be a bit leery about coming through during church hours. BHG is definitely built for the current pandemic and is a "Grab n Go"/Delivery/Carryout situation, as there is no dining area. I appreciate that they have ample plant-based and vegetarian items and the Veggie Philly was a pleasant surprise, that went above and beyond the norm of green peppers, mushrooms and onions and added on broccoli, spinach and cauliflower. If I had to make a guess, it seems that the food is made fresh to order, which is ALWAYS a plus...I will absolutely be making a return visit! read more

I ordered a small turkey cheesesteak and some beef burritos. Never had a turkey cheesesteak so I bit. It was full of meat but I wish I had been able to get some additions put on it. Maybe I overlooked that section. Basically it was made out of ground turkey. I would buy it again. However there was nothing Mexican about the burritos. It was ground beef, tomatoes and cheese. No Mexican flavor. Yall need to call that a Beef Wrap instead. It was also full of meat though. I would definitely order from here again. Don't sleep on this place! The directions on Yelp are a smidge incorrect. They lead you to the church but the grill is right up on the hill in front of the church. I order a single patty burger with American cheese, lettuce, onion, pickle, tomato and mustard. The flavor this burger was outstanding. Who ever taught the chef to LIBERALLY season meat, job well done ! The grill had to be piping hot because the edges of the burger were crispy. I wish the cheese was melted on but when the flavor of the burger is that good, the cheese can just sit on top and I won't cry about it. The bun was soft, buttery and pillowy (is that a word?!?) A bit too much mustard because it was dripping out of the bottom when eating it so maybe say light mustard next time but that's not a big deal, just mentioning because I don't recall seeing seating here, and I was eating while driving (like usual) so I had to put the to go container in my lap to prevent having yellow mustard on my pants. The fries were hot as if they just came out the fryer. No one likes cold fries or even luke warm fries for that matter. These were not hand cut but they were extremely tasty because I asked for a side of BHG sauce to dip them in. They ended up putting it on the fries instead of a side but worked in my favor while driving THIS SAUCE IS AMAZING. It is Mayo based and has a kick of spice. It was divine. Next time I'm asking for the sauce on my burger. I will visit here a few more times because I really want to try their rice bowls with all the veggies. The guy who take my order was extremely nice. I stopped by this place on recommendation from my cousin, he was just bragging on how good the turkey burger was. So I said ok. I must say this was the best damn turkey burger I've had in a while. It was of nice size, tasty as hell and the the fries were crispy on the outside and soft on inside. The only thing about it was that the bun got a lil soggy but it's still a 10 out of 10. I got the burger and fries for like 7 bucks. Now this is not a big fancy place. It's a place your order to go joint, located right off 166 right next to the church. The fried broccoli is unbelievable. I've rarely, if ever, seen that on a menu outside of a Japanese restaurant. It is delicious and I like to believe a little healthier than French fries- but on taste alone they're worth it. Also the turkey burger was really good, and that's hard to do because they're often dry- this one was nice and moist and had plenty of toppings to ensure good flavor. Only complaint is they did t have desserts at the time I ordered, so I could t get the red velvet cake I saw on their Yelp page, but I bet it's delicious and hopefully they have it next time. read more

Out of all the times I've been on Campbellton, I must have missed this spot. I was searching on yelp at different places I can order for lunch since I've eaten at all the places around my work area. I ordered the fish and shrimp combo with a side order of steamed broccoli. It was a good lunch portion and the food wasn't bad at all. I'm sure it would have been better fresh, unfortunately I had to run an errand before I picking up my order. My manager and supervisor also ordered something as well. My manager order chicken tacos, she didn't care too much for them. My supervisor ordered the kids grilled cheese meal and didn't know they used wheat bread. I have the rice bowl with chicken and rice and it was wonderful absolutely delicious. However I had the garlic Parmesan chicken wings it taste like pure salt I couldn't believe it. I was excited to try them based on all the Instagram followings and pictures. I went after work one evening, when I walked in I could tell they were busy so I grabbed a menu since was my first time thinking it would give me a chance to be ready when it was time to order.
