Upon walking in there wasn't a hostess or anyone telling you where to sit, so we just sat at the bar. The gentleman at the bar greeted us and was really nice and attentive. He gave us waters as we looked over our menus and chatted a little. I decided on the brisket nachos, with everything on the side, and a 10pc lemon pepper wings. I also ordered the Champarita to drink. Because it was around lunchtime a lot of the traffic was from people who were on their lunch breaks, including many local police officers. It wasn't loud or too busy, I believe we went at the right time because we had a lot to talk about. Our food came out quick and it was okay. I guess I was overly excited because she had ranted and raved about it, but it as somewhat a disappointment. Don't get me wrong, the champarita was really good and I had two of them lol. The wings were good, but lacked seasoning. Just because they're lemon pepper doesn't mean the wing can't be seasoned BEFORE frying. It was disappointing because they looked like they were about to be soooo good. The queso for the nachos was really good. Put me in the mind of the queso from the Mexican restaurants. The brisket definitely had a Smokey taste but that was where the taste ended. I'm glad I got everything separated because I would've been mad if I had to eat the brisket. I actually took it home to my dog. Overall, the service was GREAT!! If I were to go back it would simply be because of the drink I had, not the food.

It was a little after 7 and there was no wait, so the decision made itself. Service was genuinely good. My waitress was friendly and attentive, had water and coffee in front of me almost immediately, and the food came out in about five minutes. That's fast anywhere and borderline impressive for an airport. I got the Breakfast Turkey Sausage Sandwich with a black coffee. Here's where I'll be honest: the sandwich fell apart on me almost right away. It was messy in the way where you're eating half of it off the plate with a fork. I also misread the menu and didn't realize the potato chips come on the sandwich instead of on the side, which is on me, but it's worth knowing going in. The egg was hot and the thing had good flavor underneath the structural issues. So, solid food, great service, fast when I needed fast. That's most of what I want out of an airport stop. If I'm in B Terminal at breakfast again and there's no line, I'd probably grab it again.

Solid Airport Burger Near Gate B26…read more With so many food choices in the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson B Concourse, it can be hard to decide, but Bobby's Burger Palace, conveniently located next to Gate B26, turned out to be a dependable choice for lunch. I went with the Classic Burger with cheese, lettuce, and tomato. The burger arrived juicy and cooked medium, exactly as ordered. Bobby's special sauce adds a lot of flavor and helps make it more memorable than a typical airport burger. The fries were fairly standard, but they did the job alongside the burger. Ordering is easy: place your order at the counter, take the number they give you, grab a table, and a server brings the food out when it's ready. Overall, it was a satisfying airport meal and a good option when you want a solid burger before your flight.

Great food. Inconsistent service…read more This was my first time coming to this restaurant. We chose it because it was highly recommended and rated. We had a rocky start upon arrival. The restaurant was fairly empty only about three or four other customers and while there was someone behind the bar, it took a while for anyone to take our order. Upon recommendation, I ordered the turkey wing with dressing and the hoecakes looked tasty so I ordered a side of that as well. The menu does say that you can order a single hoecake, but our server said that they can only be ordered as the appetizer which consists of three. I'm glad I got them though, they really tasty and the honey butter was a perfect accompaniment. The turkey wing was juicy with a crispy skin and the dressing was well seasoned and not too sweet. The prices were fairly decent although we have preferred larger portion sizes. All orders came in to go containers which they charge you an extra 10% for regardless of whether you dine in or carry out. I'm not really a fan of these types of practices as -IMO- prices should include the cost of overhead. One other thing that bothered me was the fact that I received my bill before I received my food. My server, while friendly, seemed in a rush to get my order out of the way so that they could ignore me for the rest of my visit. In situations like this, you're tipping blind because you have no idea what type of service you will be receiving. Overall, this was a good trip and the quality of the food guarantees that I will be returning again.

I got my food, headed to my gate to sit at a table that overlooked the runway. Not the best version I had, but it definitely hit the spot since this would be the last thing I ate this day. So, I guess no Taco Tuesday. My sister ordered a skinny spicy margarita, and I ordered a local IPA. The margarita was a little heavy on the mix, and my beer was tasty but not chilled enough. We placed our orders for food after about 10 or 15 minutes, because the bartender was a bit busy and didn't come back over. We didn't mind, because we were watching tennis. My sister ordered sweet potato fries to go, and I ordered a build your own burger. I customized my burger to have: chickpea patty, sautéed onions, bacon, avocado and Swiss cheese. We waited at least another 30 minutes, and nothing came. My sister asked for her check close to 1PM. At that point he brought out her food, which he stated he "stole" from the kitchen. So after waiting at least 30 minutes, her to-go order actually had not been prepared. At that point he mentioned to me that the kitchen informed him they didn't have any chickpea patties prepped and were making it fresh. My sister had to leave, and I continued to wait. At 1:10PM I decided I would cancel the order whenever the bartender showed back up, and he happened to walk around the corner with my food. I immediately requested a box and the bill. I received the ticket and was charged 1.00 per honey mustard which was never mentioned. I paid my bill, packed up my food, finished my beer and left. I got into my car, looked closely at the food and realized the bacon I paid 3.00 extra for was missing. I was over the entire experience, and decided I wasn't going back inside to wait longer for bacon. Disappointing experience overall.

I brought in some fans when the air was out a couple of days ago. Let me preface by saying that I did this to help my friends. I didn't want anyone to have to work in ridiculous heat. I brought two small fans and one large. I got my two small fans yesterday, no problem at all. I came in tonight and Yanna (who I have always been cool and amicable with, for quite a while), acted like my last fan wasn't available and it was somehow stolen, though I had seen it hanging over the staircase the night before. It would simply be ok with me to get my property back. It's shameful that any of this turned out the way it did. I'm literally one of the quietest and nicest people that anyone ever deals with. I did not have any kind of negative interaction, but was treated as if I was being a nuisance and causing a problem. I am always kind and calm, I never have any issue with any server or bartender. It really disappoints me because I've always been a kind guest, and have always been treated well. But I think my time with Chairs is now done. It sucks, because all of my interactions with everyone leading to this moment has been really great. Jess, Cay, Ike, Nigel, Major, Kelly. Everyone until one stupid night with one stupid fan. I was not at all forceful, just inquisitive. I really feel like Yanna didn't have an answer for a very soft question and instead of looking into it, turned me into a villain, using Jess as a stopgap in order to avoid dealing with a very simple situation that could have just been dealt with by either giving my fan back, or the owner spending fifty bucks on a fan of the same caliber and writing it off as a business expense. This is all very sad. I enjoyed being at chairs. I'm done.
