This experience was very upsetting . I stay 40min away from this location and I knew I was going to order my favorite. I planned to order the salad bar and the double decker chicken. When we got inside the restaurants I could see the the salad bar from the host booth. The salad bar looked like it was left from the day before. It was very little topping to choose from and what was left was very small portion... nothing I want to eat from. When we got to the table I noticed the menu had changed since my last Ruby Tuesday experience. I didn't see my other favorite on the menu.. it appeared that they have renamed the doubles decker chicken to asisgo bacon chicken. I also noticed the increase on the menu price. I made the decision of ordering the shrimp pasta. When my plate came to the table I was highly disappointed. It looked like a tv dinner meal that was microwave. The pasta tasted so bland. I really would have done a better job at home making the same dishes. My friend ordered a burger that looked good but tasted like a big mack from McDonald's. I should have come here first to look at the rating! I didn't think it could be that bad due to Ruby Tuesday being a national chain, but baby... I ordered a curbside pickup lunch for my family today and was highly disappointed with the food quality and professionalism. They should close down and let the employees get unemployment because clearly they don't want to be there. I attempted to speak with management about my concerns and she told me I needed to bring my 3 entrees back to the restaurant so that she could remake the order. Wouldn't that be inconveniencing me twice? I asked for the corporate number and she stated, "it's just going to come back to me anyway" I will never patronize this place again. My experience wasn't that great. I placed my order for delivery. I ordered a Ruby burger cooked medium well. I ordered lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mayo, and mustard. I got an over-cooked burger on a dry bun. The only thing they got right was the cheese. I was quite disappointed. They did get the rest of the order correct. I am only giving a 3 on the strength of my prior visits, otherwise it would be lower. The greeter met me immediately which was a good thing and expected since it wasn't busy. He sat me down and walked away. No one came to my table. After about 10 minutes I stood up and saw one waitress who literally looked at me and sat down! 5 minutes later I stood up again and saw the hostess washing the front door and informed him that no one ever came to my table and he asked where was I sitting!! This dude literally sat me down 15 minutes ago and no one else has come in behind me. As he goes to find my server she actually walks up and apologizes for the delay as she was unaware that I had been seated in her area. Lack of communication between coworkers leads to poor customer service people! The server whose name is Destiny made the rest of my experience an awesome experience. If you visit this specific store you should definitely ask to be seated in her area and tip her well. Very nice young lady. She is part of the reason I upped my original number from a 1 to a 3. Went here for random dinner and had to wait incredibly long to be seated. When we got there it wasn't even busy. The hostess was very incompetent. She just kept waking back and forth not giving any update on the wait time. This review is for their take out. We ordered food online to be picked up at a certain time. When my husband arrived to pick up the food, he was advised that it was not ready yet. He ended up having to wait an additional 30 minutes from the time the food was promised to be completed. The client base changes every 24 hours--a constant flow of travelers who probably only care that there's a restaurant within walking distance of their hotel. And corporate expense accounts can be very forgiving of mediocrity. First, let me say our server was nice. Even pleasant. But it was fifteen minutes between the time we sat and the time we placed our order. Our server, who admitted she was new to the restaurant, collected credit cards and wrapped up billing for three other tables before taking our order, even though we had said we were ready. It was almost another fifteen minutes before our food arrived at our table. Not to mention that the music in the place was just too loud. I have to wonder about managers who give an entire section of tables to a novice who doesn't know the menu. (In her defense, I appreciate her honesty). None of my friends said anything exemplary about their food. My Chicken Bella was strictly average. The veggies that came with it were badly overcooked. And the whole meal was rather small. It did not impress, and it certainly wasn't worth the $15 price tag that came with it. Robbery. There's better quality food to be had just down the street for a lot less than $15. So my first adult strawberry lemonade was a watered down version of it and then the manager took it back and made one which looked prettier but still had no kick. This lead me to believe that my particular drink is pre-made and sitting in a container which can sometimes lead to a blah cocktail. She even mentioned that they could still accommodate us and she proceeded to find us a seat. She sat us at a high top table and makes sure it was nice and clean. We sat down and waited for the waiter. We knew time was limited so we already looked at the menu and made our food choices. Finally, I looked at my watch and it was 9:45pm and not one waiter came to our table. They waited on the other tables to get them finished and closed out. I ordered the Hickory Bourbon Salmon , with grilled zucchini and a baked potato . Healthy right? It's my favorite on the menu! I decided to go ahead and pay for my food, while we wait. I gave her $100.00 bill and it seemed to irritate her that I didn't have anything smaller. I asked, why doesn't she have change. She literally told me in a smart mouth tone: " We don't have change because everyone thinks we are the bank." Huh? Excuse me, it's 11:00 in the morning and you supposed to have change in the drawer when you open. She took my money to the back of the restaurant, without explaining what she was going to do. I assumed she was going to get change from someplace. It may have been about 5 minutes when she returned with change broken down in mostly 20's asking me if the change was ok they way it was. They are picking the best salmon for me. Right? She never came out to update us on how much longer it would be. She went about her way serving others. I prepared to give her a $7 tip, but I thought twice on that, because of her sucky attitude . What am I tipping her for? However, I don't leave without giving a tip. It is common courtesy. I gave a minimal $3 after that experience. I thought the drama was over once I left. Nope! The saga continues. I open up my plate, cut open my potato and something long and foreign was laying smack in the middle of the potato . I had no clue what it was. My mom tried to examine it, but to no avail; she didn't know. After I found that in the food I took a video of the food. I wanted to report it, but after such an experience with the waitress at the bar, I don't think management would believe me. Therefore, I didn't report it. My mom was apprehensive to eat her food. She picked it with her fork and looked at it closely . She didn't find any foreign things in it. My lunch was ruined. My stomach turned so much, I threw my entire meal away. Once I finished spending time with my mom. I went to Publix in Cobb, County and cooked my lunch at home. This is why it's so tough to eat out these days. I threw a $17 meal in the garbage. Generally I enjoy this chain, this particular location is terrible. When I entered, I was ignored for about 5 minutes. Finally I was seated, it took 15 min for anyone to bring a menu or acknowledge that I might want to see a menu. After 27 min, I was able to order. After 15 more minutes the manager brought my food and tossed it on the table and "There was a mix up on the kitchen" my steak was well done vise medium and very small.
