In Pennsylvania our bars are closed and one has to order a meal in order to consume alcohol. I guess this edict doesn't apply to Ruby Tuesday. This past week a man stood at the bar with his mask around his chin ordering double shots of Jack Daniels. He drank four double shots, and two other drinks and was coughing up a storm. Pretty expensive for the food you get. This is just my opinion. The salad bar could be much better. Not a lot of choices on it.

Got a chicken salad, had only 3 pieces on it, and were quite small in size for $11 and did not fill the bowl. Wings were fatty in many places, and other foods were cold. Also, the bathrooms had to rank to me, the worst restroom I've ever witnessed in my days. Even the waiter admitted that, "This food is cheap." read more

The bartender, another guest and myself were totally confused as I had only had a few drinks and hadn't raised my voice or acted out of the ordinary at all. Ruby Tuesday has always been one of my go to restaurants when I am traveling. That is until about a year ago when I went to one in West Virginia and I got crappy service, an unclean environment, and a dish that tasted like soap. I came to this Ruby Tuesday because they had done a pretty good job in the past. They did not disappoint. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make the experience better. The food was pretty good and everything was pretty well kept. Ruby Tuesday is back on the menu for me. read more

I made the mistake of coming here, don't judge me.. The dining room is filthy at lunch time. Chairs are gross, window blinds nasty.. The biggest problem was I got the salad bar and was a hair in it. Then I got my burger and there was a hair in the mayo..... Seriously!!!! How is that even possible???!!?! My burger was ordered medium and it was extra well done, to a dry nasty thing. That doesn't even matter though. I get that the kitchen is full of frozen food and 14 year olds, but hair and filth? I am done with you Mr. Ruby Tuesday.. Good luck to you. read more

When my friends and I arrived the place was fairly busy but we got seated pretty quickly. The waitress was super nice too us and very chill about any questions we had. Our food came out suprisingly fast for how many people were in the resteraunt. It didn't lack quality for the speed it took as well. I had the salmon and it was very good. I also substituted one of my sides for the salad bar which was a really good choice. Everything was really fresh and clean in the whole place and the atmosphere was very bright. I've been to ruby Tuesday well over thirty times and have really enjoyed my meal almost every time. My last steak was extreamly thin and dry but whey time I've been there before was done to my specification. The garden bar is out of this world. I often go for lunch just for a soup and salad. They often run adds with deals and we know a lot of people that frequent ruby's so we often bit $50 in gift cards to get a free $15 off our next meal. The service can be a little slow at times. I've even sat waiting the waiter to come to our table for another drink for a half hour or so while I watched him bs with other waiters and waitresses. It really depends on who is working and who you get. I've had good and bad experiences but mostly good so I'll be back. read more

Very disappointing. Not that busy but service was mediocre at best. Table clothes were torn up. Biggest thing was the kitchen help kept yelling and it wasn't about orders. My wife and I love Ruby Tuesday Restaurants, however we have eaten 3 times this year at the DuBois, PA restaurant and they have the worst service of any of the over a dozen Ruby Tuesday's that we have eaten at in this Country. The food last Sunday was the worst, burned to a crisp sausage and Shrimp that was burned and hard as can be. To sum this review up I would never recommend eating at the DuBois PA Ruby Tuesday Restaurant. read more

got a baked potatoe that tasted like it was 4 days old and heated up in microwave, told waitress It was gross and I wasn't eating it, ask for fries instead and they were barely warm,,not happy,,the bun of my sandwich was rock hard and couldn't eat it,,it must have been thawed in microwave too,,,wont be back...our total bill was 28 bucks and we walked away upset, and for some reason the waitress was standing like 4 feet from our table when she took our order and tried to talk to us and we couldn't hardly hear her,, it was almost like she was afraid of people,it was odd,i watched her while I was eating and she did it with the other tables too....the ladies restroom really smelled bad of urine,,needs a good cleaning and air freshners! read more

I've been going here for some years and have been satisfied a majority of the time. Recently, the place has changed a bit and prices were raised. I went for lunch and got an appetizer, an entree and an iced tea. The appetizer was good and the entree was just ok (chicken mac & cheese). I give this only three stars because after a 20% tip...my bill was 32 dollars. For 32 dollars I should have been wowed. Too expensive for medium quality. It's unlikely that I will return. read more

I simply HAD to sit down and write a review after the wonderful experience my old lady (don't tell her I call her that!) and I shared with a couple friends at Rugby Tuesday. The evening started when a shorter gentleman holding the door for his wife ushered us through the door right behind her. The chivalrous gesture did not go unrewarded as the vestibule had the standard double doorway system - probably for insulation purposes - and I was able to hold the door for him in return. We immediately became friends, so much so that our two parties of two were mistaken for one party of four! Once both parties were seated (separately), my old lady and I each chose the famous Rugby Tuesday Create Your Own Garden Bar as one of our sides. When we went to get our salads, guess who we bumped into??? Yup, the shorter man and his wife from the vestibule, and he said, "Fancy meeting you here!" which we all got a good laugh out of. At this point we all acknowledged this was more than coincidence and we were destined for friendship. Surprisingly to us, as this was our first visit to Rugby Tuesday, dinner featured a fantastic slap-stick comedy routine of a bumbling waitress crashing a tray full of glasses to the floor and her pretending to be ashamed while cleaning it up as the other workers mocked and ridiculed her. This is really right up our alley, Chandler Bing is the old lady's all-time fav television character and this is the sort of situation he ALWAYS seems to be getting himself into. After paying our bill the old lady suggested we go and bid our farewells to our newfound friends. I decided it would be better not to interrupt but as fate would have it, once again we found ourselves face to face with the shorter guy and his wife in the parking lot! The guy goes, "Hey, we must be on the same schedule huh?? We'll meet you at Wal-Mart in about 15 minutes!" I don't know where my friend comes up with this stuff, honestly he's a hoot you should all try to meet him! Unfortunately, the old lady and I did not take them up on their offer as we had just eaten and the crowd at Wal-Mart usually triggers my gag reflex pretty quickly but the evening ended with us knowing we had built an unbreakable bond with the shorter guy and his wife so Rugby Tuesday will always be special to us. The only complaint I have is that there was no rugby on any of the televisions at all, instead they were showing american football or something which was quite confusing. read more
