I wanted to give this restaurant a four so bad, but I am trying to be as truthful in my reviews as I can. The place is huge on the inside but it still feels cute and has a great atmosphere. I was there late, 7:00, last Friday night and there were lots of people but it did not feel crowded. We had a wonderful waitress and ordered the medium pizza and 10 wing deal. We got the pizza with pepperoni on one side and for the wings we got the Buffalo ranch sauce. The pizza was good not great and the wing sauce was really not Buffalo or ranch but we kinda loved it! I recently tried the ciabatta pizza appetizer. Loved it so much I've started to buy rolls for when I want a quick pizza at home.

This place was awesome. Friendly staff, excellent food, fair prices. Quick service with a smile, which is a rarity these days. We had a special request which was happily accommodated. I would highly recommend this place. My only complaint is that it took a while to find it. It's tucked wayyy in the back up a hill. Signs along the road would be helpful. read more

Overall this place is quite solid. Nothing fancy, but definitely a solid place to eat. I recently stopped here for dinner on a Sunday night. Restaurant wasn't overly busy. For an appetizer I got the cheesy sticks. They were quite tasty! For my entree I got the pick-your-pasta special, which comes with your choice of salad, pasta, and dessert for just $11.99 (although be warned many of the pasta and dessert options come with an up charge.) I ordered the Caesar salad, fettuccine Alfredo, and cannolis. The Caesar salad was ok. Not my personal favorite, but it was ok. The fettuccine Alfredo was good, but the portion size was sort of crazy. I barely finished half. The cannolis were pretty tasty and was a nice way to top off the meal. Service was a little slow at first, and the food took a solid 30-40 minutes to make its way to us, but no majors complaints here. You know that saying "Don't judge a book by its cover?" Well we were traveling home from a wedding weekend in Cincinnati and stopped in Dubois, PA to sleep. There was this restaurant right behind the hotel we could walk to. From the time we walked in to the time we left it was phenomenal!! The food was excellent and the service wonderful!! We got to know the owner Nate and the waiter was superb and attentive. I wish this place wasn't so far from home. Oh and you have to try the Gelato. read more

Decided to give the DuBois location another try after staying away for over a year due to poor service (no one waited on us and we left after 20 minutes of trying to someone to come to our table. The staff standing around in the front didn't even ask why we were leaving so soon). We got a waitress to come to our table this time, but she wasn't very hospitable. The pizza wasn't that good--it didn't have much cheese and the sauce wasn't that tasty. She never checked to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. She also forgot to bring my drink, but charged me for it. It's sad because this place was great when it first opened. read more

LOVED the pizza here. Loved it! I read reviews before I came & was looking forward to it. It was worth it for the money too. Also had boneless wings (buffalo ranch), that were more "ranch" - they should kick up the buffalo more. The pizza was the Buck's deluxe (we got a medium for the 2 of us) & finished it all. We each had a dessert. I had pistachio gelato (it wasn't bad), & she had a cannoli. I pictured all we had. I'm from Pittsburgh & look forward to my next trip to go back to Buck's!!! read more

This is my favorite pizza place in Dubois. I'll admit that they do have many other items stuck as sandwiches and wings and such but i always get their pizza so i cannot start to the tastiness of anything else. They frequently run specials so be sure to check out their Facebook page as well. The pizza is so good i thought Bucks was just a local, or regional restaurant at best but i was surprised to learn they have locations scattered from Texas to New York. read more
