3 stars is a compromise. Food is good ..4 stars.. ambience is a 1 star (place was freezing). A lady in another booth had even brought a blanket for her lap. Why does management keep the temp so low. We couldn't wait to leave. We ordered drinks, entree at the same time and when finished couldn't wait to order dessert or coffee. At least it was the fastest dinner out in a long time. Worst experience at a restaurant in my whole entire life. came on a Sunday night so the place was basically empty. When I walked through the front door there was no one there to greet me. It was actually another family sitting there impatiently because they had not been seen. 10-15 mins later the host finally shows up, and seats us she never apologized for me wait or anything. Especially since the place was empty there was no reason to have to wait over 10mins to be seated. I should have just left then because it only gets worse. We never received straws, or utentils. We had to ask another waiter walking past the table because she noticed that something was wrong. There was two other tables seated next to us with the same problem. One couple got up and left because the waitress walked past multiple times and never greeted them. We waited forever for our food and if it was busy that would have been understandable but that wasn't the case. Now, the food was HORRIBLE too. I went through 10 plates at the salad bar and ALL of them were dirty. I didn't even eat a salad in which I paid for. It was just a overall bad experience from the customer service to the food. I would have rather thrown my 50$ in the trash then give it to them. This establishment needs to be closed down. read more

Ruby Tuesday the worst restaurant ever in PG county. Food was cold coming from the back hair in food plus the salad bar was so nasty a blind wouldn't eat from it. Management needs to trained no customer service and restaurant needs inspected regular. read more

Yeah...I'm not sure how or why this location is still open. Party of 17 plus 8 kids to celebrate a birthday--88 years old and this is her favorite restaurant. We were there for 3.5 hours. Not because we wanted to be, but because it took so long to get served. All the food came out at different times. I've never seen anything like it. My husband received his order 2 hours after it was placed. The manager took 10% off and gave the birthday lady her dinner gratis, but claimed the policy is to only add additional wait staff if you have more than 30 people. The waitress was really nice, but totally overwhelmed. My mozzarella sticks came on a bed of brownish iceberg and my fried green beans arrived in 1 big fried clump. Why were there vinyl tablecloths?? Yuck. Been there a few times since it opened. Consistently gone downhill. Corporate needs to step in and take this over or close it. This location will not get anymore of my money. read more

I went to this restaurant with a group of coworkers. One of my coworkers commented that the restaurant didn't smell clean when we walked in the door. Our waitress was polite and helpful. However, avoid the chicken noodle soup. One of my coworkers came down with food poisoning within an hour after eating here. We will not be returning to this location. read more

This is the most unprofessional place to eat. I would never recommend this location to anyone. I ordered my meal and two kids meals. I received my receipt and was completely shocked. I asked the waitress what are these extra charges for. First of all she never told me about any extra charges when I was placing my order. I had to order three different plates before she could say "oh we have everything for that one". I started off with the international shrimp trio guess what they had no popcorn shrimp, no brussel sprouts and no salmon. Therefore I had to keep changing my order. So I got the triple play with loaded potato. I asked the waitress could I substitute my fries for a potato at no charge she said yes. My son's got their kids MEAL and I asked her does the kid's MEAL come with a drink she said yes at no charge. Both my son's asked for the box drink and of course they didn't have that either therefore they got lemonade instead. I asked this waitress for napkins and it took her 10-15 minutes just to bring them to me. That was after I got up and got my son his napkins from the bathroom.I get my ticket and she has upcharged me for a potato and drinks. I bring this to her attention and she states "oh I must have forgot to tell you that, I will try to remember it next time" and I said to her that you told me there would be no charge when I placed my order. She says "I am sorry about that and what do you want me to do about it but anyway how are you going to pay this bill" then she proceeded to walk away without me giving her a response. She admitted she was wrong but didn't bother to make the correct adjustment to my ticket I think that is extremely unprofessional. I was disgusted. I paid the bill and left. AVOID THIS PLACE! If I could give less stars I would. From the moment we walked in the hostess had an attitude. She acted like we were bothering her because we wanted to eat there. We got sat at a booth and it was all dirty. The napkins that were used to wrap the silver wear were all dirty with food splatter. There was spilled food and dirty napkins from another table just laying in the walkway. We sat for a little bit and no waiter ever showed up. We ended up just walking out. read more

If you are in the area of Clinton, MD stay away from this facility. I don't eat out often but when I did decide to venture out the food was not good at all. My meal was not seasoned, the fries were too salty and greasy, and the server took too long to take our orders and get our food from the kitchen. In addition, the patron at the table across from us complained about the stale, tough veggies on her plate! This service was surprising because the restaurant was not full at all so you would think that the service would have been better. read more

I called back and they didn't answer. I call again this week to place a to go order and the same thing happened. I was placed on hold and no one picked up for 7 minutes. I made an order online at 8:00pm...I arrived at 8:55pm and was poorly greeted by the hostess...i had to stand she told me that the system was down and although my food was ready I couldnt pay for it. She seated me and said would talk to the manager about compinng the meal. I sat around for 30 minutes and had to get the manager myself. He said the system was coming online and the orders were kmjust coning out. I informed him the hostess confirmed that it was done. The manager never returned but sent a waitress with mu food whi told me that she didnt know I was sitting over there and forgot about it. She walked away from me as I was telling her the hostess sat me down there. I proceeded to check my food which was cold and then walked to the front to ask the hostess to get the manager again. The waitress approached me and said I still needed to check out. I explained to her that I would not be paying for poor service and cold food, gave her the food and left. read more

Our experience was terrible. We arrived at approximately 6:20 pm on Sunday, April 8, 2018. We were a group of six but the booth was a bit small so we sat at two separate tables (four at one, two at the other) the two top was served slowly but not too bad. The four top, however, had to have three different servers take their order before it was finally put in. The two top ordered, got their salad, main course, and dessert, ate and finished their entire meal before the four top even got their main course. The waiter was rude and slow. He spent time talking to other servers and customers instead of putting in the orders. The four top had even mentioned to the servers that they were on a bus tour and had a limited amount of time (an hour and a half) so they couldn't spend all day waiting for their food. I understand if a restaurant is busy and is just running behind, this however was not the case. The four top asked to speak to the manager on three different occasions and he never came to see what was wrong. I saw the manager and he made eye contact with me and turned around and walked down the isle in the opposite direction. After the food finally arrived the four top asked for to go boxes, to go silverware, and their checks. It took about 15 minutes for those things to happen. The server had to go back at least three different times to get things. By this point he was being very rude and we were done being there. No one apologized or asked if there was anything they could do to help. I told the waiter that it was rude how he was treating us and that something needed to be done, especially about the fact that the manager refused to see us. The server then said to me, and I quote, "You guys being snappy at me is pretty shitty. I'm not even supposed to be at work right now, I'm just filling in." The server also tried to claim it was the four top's problem for not ordering fast enough. I have never been sworn at by a server before. I hope that something is done about this so other people can have a better experience than we had. I was greatly disappointed and frustrated by this restaurant and this experience. read more

Omg!! This ruby tuesdays is,awful..now the waitress we had named Angela wreaked of this horrible smelling perfume that made us gag everytime she walked by. She was sweeping the floor beside us as we ate and her personality is horrible..my fiancea fries were old and hard and when she asked how everything was I told her about them and she didn't even offer to replace them..her personality though....I can't understand how you want to serve the public with a demeanor like that. When you walk into a restaurant on a Saturday night and there are barely customers that speaks volumes..I honestly go to ruby tuesdays for the salad bar but even that was horrible...my double decker Chicken was good although I asked for no bacon and it was on there anyway..I m hoping the waitress was just tired and this is not how she is on a regular basis.. needless to say if you are reading this please please don't go to this location..take the few extra minutes and go to waldorf...I will NEVER go to this location EVER again.. read more
