Have stopped in several times and it's never very busy but the kitchen is sloooow to get food out. Ive been lucky that my servers have kept my supply of drinks up so waiting for food wasn't so bad. The salad bar and burger sliders are good. Strawberry lemonade isnt bad either. Somebody else said glacial, and that was pretty accurate. My steak was way overcooked and felt like I was chewing sawdust, and I found a hair in my mashed potatoes. It was short and curly. Decided to go to dinner with the family on a Thursday evening. The wait wasn't bad, but everything else was terrible. Our waitress took our order and got it wrong. Waited 15 minutes for a water, tea and glass of wine. Wine glass had red lipstick on it....appetizer comes out and the waitress had her long stiletto finger nails in the chicken fingers....no refills bc we don't see the waitress again until 30 minutes later when she brings out our food again with her nails all in the plate. Finally see the manager he takes $7 off our $90 bill. Then we wait 20 minutes for them to close out the check. Never again. read more

I am a regular here because I order lunch to go. My boss is Vegan and Ruby Tuesdays offers a pretty wide selection for vegans and vegetarians. They offer a Veggie Trio which is 3 of the Veggie side dishes in a platter that comes with the salad bar or soup. It's a pretty good deal and my boss is in Love with it. As for me, I get pretty decent service when I come here. The greeters are very friendly and the waiters know my face and order by now. They are not always the most competent but they mostly mean well so I don't mind. But I'm not really a fan of Ruby Tuesdays food. Their new menu, which has a plethora of options, makes me more likely to eat here than I would've before. I recently ordered the turkey burger minis and they were a delight. But nothing to really drool over. So they are A-OK...Nothing spectacular but also not horrible at all. read more

I only gave this 1 star because it doesn't allow you to not leave a star at all. I came in on 5/24 for what I thought would be a quick lunch with my in-laws....the only thing quick about this lunch was how fast we all decided we'd never come back again. When we were seated, it took the server Leah a while to come over and greet us. When she did show up, she appeared to have a bit of an attitude. Once we all ordered, we waited for over 30 minutes and had never received a single appetizer. We had to ask for our server, our drinks to be refilled (more than once), and a manager. When we asked what was taking so long for appetizers, we were told that there was a party on the other side of the restaurant and that the kitchen was backed up. It would've been great if this was communicated to us before we waited for 40 minutes. When Ravi the manager came over, we really didn't know who he was. He didn't introduce himself as the manager and seemed timid. He asked if we could give him 5 minutes to get the appetizers out. He did allow us to try to the garden bar....after my mother in law suggested the idea to him. That was lacking everything or the vegetables had dried out :( My sister ordered what I think should've been fried pickles, but it was more like the overcooked scraps from the fryer with 4 pickles hidden within the mess. Oh, and she still at this point had not received her refill that we originally asked for in the beginning. On to the actual entrees.....my mother ordered the steak medium well/well done....she received that more like a medium rare. I order my steaks medium and it was still too much blood for me and it ran all across her plate onto everything else. My sister ordered ribs with mash and broccoli and that came out cold. My chicken sandwich was slightly overcooked. The only edible thing we received was my husband's burger but he was so over the experience he really didn't want to eat there anymore. We waited over 20 minutes for the server to come back, only after we stopped her to request a manager again and to see our check. The only thing that had been compensated was my mother's meal...regardless of the horrible experience the rest of us had and the fact that this "lunch" took over an hour. I complained to Ravi and he asked..."well what do you want me to do". I suggested that some portion of the bill be comp because if we were actually trying to have lunch in the middle of our work day...this would've taken and ruined our entire lunch hour. He took off I think 30% of the remaining bill. We paid and left a tip...even though neither was deserving at that point. Do yourself a favor....go somewhere else! The food was good in that it was what I would have expected but nothing special. I did online ordering and was told my food would be ready in 20 so off I go. I FINALLY leave more than an hour after I order with my food. If they had told me that the food was not even started when I showed up I would have gone somewhere else but I was assured that by the time I prepped my salad bar take out the rest would be ready to go. This was not the case. Don't order online from this place, they apparently process it only after you show up, even if you paid online. Aside from that, they ran out of the bourbon sauce that is on over half the current menu ( I overheard this from another person placing an order), it was taking awhile for everyone else to get food, they forgot marinara sauce for another carry out order, and the general attitude I saw from the staff was that there was nothing to be concerned about. Not horrible, it's pretty standard Ruby Tuesday food. The new jambalaya pasta was kinda bland but the four way sampler and the bacon cheese burger were what I expected. One issue we had was, we ordered a chocolate milk for our son and they put ice in it (really I like ice cold milk but not ice in my milk ) and the waitress gave us a strange look when we asked for another without ice. I have been to several Ruby Tuesday's and been disappointed with each visit wondering how they have stayed in business with out food to prepare. This one was a visit of necessity rather than choice! Don't order anything from the menu, they don't have it! We ordered drinks first, Heneken beer and a mixed drink. No Heneken and the cocktail was ice water. Every rude hostesses...just got there at 8pm. We see what appears to be a empty restaurant, but there are people waiting to be seated. Tall black woman with a big nose, came and and asked if we were looking for a seating of 2, we said yes, she asked if the weather would want to sit at the Bar. We said no, we would like regular seating. So then she said we will get to you..have a seat. With no time given for how long we would have to wait. So I asked, why the wait, because it looked dead, where see He just told me just have seat and about to walk away.. not so much what was said, but how it was said is what made us mad. The manager came after speaking with the waitress and apologized, but he just came on shift and that she said she was overseated. I replied I understand, but that is not my problem. As I'm sitting here in the restaurant trying to enjoy my meal. Multiple guest and I asked the manager to adjust the temperature in the restaurant because it was extremely cold inside and its also freezing outside with a temperature in the 20's and dropping. The manager expressed that they couldn't adjust it and it's up to corporate to adjust. After asking repeatedly, nothing was accommodating to I nor any of the other customers. Waited 24 minutes before we even got to have a seat, and there was 19 free tables open and waiters/waitresses just standing around, so first impressions weren't very good. Then our waitress came to our table a total of 3 times which included dropping off our appetizer and main course then we had to ask 2 other waitresses for them to go get her so we could get our check and get out of here. Food was alright, but been here too long just for some pasta and a steak to eat for the main course. I'm usually not super picky about restaurant service because there are many factors that we can't see to as why waiters and waitresses don't visit you often, but I'm disappointed. Waited for 15min for a table because they had no servers asked for the Manager whom took another 10min to come than had an attitude to boot. So I'm sitting in Ruby Tuesday at the bar as we speak and the bar tender does some unsanitary shit ever. He takes two people glasses pour more juice in it and mix with the mixer cup and take that same mixer cup and put it in the ice box that everyone else uses. Wtf. unsanitary. I asked for an extra plate and the plate has hair on it and I also asked for extra sauce and it has cheese in in but the sauce but it doesn't come with cheese. I only pay for good service. I've been to this ruby tuesdays more than once. First experience, at a table not so bad, service was ok. Father's day evenin...nobody in there, ok cool service should be on point. However, sitting at the bar, i guess the bartender was ready to go, but she gave us plastic silverware to eat steaks with!!! What?!!? So I'm watchin every table eat with silverware nd she says she dont have any at all huh???I cant. She was so quick with everything until it was time to go then she's pleasant. This was terrible experience- RT really needs to get someone to manage this location. Every since Blue the manger left it has been terrible. We were here today- the bartender doesn't even look at you unless you make an extreme gesture. The customer across from me walked out because he was tired of waiting to be acknowledged. The bartender wouldn't give me another drink until he was able to use the same glass.
