EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here today! OMG people. I wrote the previous 2 sentences and never completed this review. June 6th, 2018! All I can remember is that the employees at that time were very friendly and professional. They also made me a FIERCE Orange Float and I came back for a milkshake variation. I don't eat too much fast food but whenever I have come here the service and efficiency is good to great! Everything appears neat and orderly. It's your standard fast food, ARBY'S layout. This is the second time I've visited this Arby's. First time, I ordered the 2 for Fish sandwich special with curly fries. I drove away without checking my order...big mistake. The fish sandwiches were cold and seemed like they were a day old and instead of curly fries, I got those nasty crinkle fries, also cold. I gave them second chance today because I wanted a fish sandwich. I ordered the larger single sandwich with curly fries. The bread on the bottom was too hard to eat and the fish was hard on the edges and hours old. At least I got one whole curly fry but the rest were pieces not whole. Arby's is bomb. They often get clowned by the masses presumably because their marketing is "challenged" and their commercials kinda suck lol. "We Have The Meats!" isn't a message I'd vote for were I invited to sit in on an advertising meeting with them. And Ving Rhames's voice works for ADT, for sure....but for Arby's? Going from security systems to sandwiches? I have questions, lol. Whenever Arby's comes up in a Facebook cooking group of mine most of the people usually don't have anything good to say. The food is terrific though. I've always been a fan of their ginormous fish sandwich, and the BIG Roast Beef (used to be called the "Big Montana" but now it's the "Half Pounder") with melted Swiss and extra horsey sauce please. Life is better with horsey. The Market Fresh Sandwiches (esp the Turkey/Bacon Ranch) are winners too, but my latest obsession happens to be this Prime Rib Cheesesteak. I had one yesterday for the first time at the Waldorf location and then I went and got two more today. It feels good being bad sometimes. *winks* Found out today they have a spicy version. They warm up well because the sandwich is so moist loaded with red and yellow peppers and onions on a soft perfectly grilled roll. The sandwich is BIG too. You probably won't need fries or any sides, that's for sure.... Although I do love their crinkle fries, and I usually hate crinkle cut fries from anybody. And who doesn't love the curly fries? I like that this location consistently has friendly walk-in service (even during the height of the pandemic) where many of the others are strictly drive through. The staff gives good feedback and recommendations. Being located in a shopping center with a Walmart and a Lowe's, they're easy to find and parking is never an issue. You can actually see the location from Woodyard Road. Get thyself some Arby's. Please don't listen to those naysayers. read more

Terrible attitude at the drive thru window. Older Spanish women with black hair in a bun is rude unprofessional and sarcastic.She was the one taking my order and giving me the food thru the window. I was checking my food before I pulled off because this location is known to forget items and she says "check your food when you drive away!" Will not be returning to this location.You can't tell me to drive off nobody's behind me it's my right to check my order and she got mad when I said no I'll check my order here. If you go to Arby's just for roast beef, then you're missing out on a lot. They have other great choices of sandwiches also, like their Reuben, gyros, brisket and loaded Italian. If you go to their website and sign up on their email list, you'll get discounts. Found this location on Yelp, read the reviews and decided to come here because the positive reviews were consistent and the negative reviews showed no persistent problem. My wife and I ordered a Reuben, a Brisket Bacon Flatbread, Curly Fries and 2 sodas. The Reuben had corned beef, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, thousand island dressing and marble rye bread. It's an excellent Reuben because the flavor is not only well-rounded, but it is also well-balanced. Well-balanced is rarely found at delis. It's always something at delis. Too much meat, sauerkraut is too sour, thousand island dressing is too strong, etc. We make our Reubens at home like Arby's except we add pastrami and use pumpernickel/rye swirl bread. Sorry, went off on a tangent there. The corned beef was tender and flavorful. If you like Reubens, give their's a try. The Brisket Bacon Flatbread had smoked beef brisket with melted cheddar cheese, pepper bacon, smoky BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomato and mayo on a flatbread. Yeah, it tasted as good as it sounds. This sandwich was savory and satisfying. Too bad it wasn't larger. What other fast food chain has sandwiches like these? Keeping an Arby's in your area gives you diversity in fast food. So, drop by once in a while instead of getting a burger. The menu has a good variety of choices. Sorry, vegans. Their curly fries were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. They tasted better than regular french fries. It has more than just potatoes in it. The sodas were self-serve. The service was friendly and quick. Employees were wearing masks and gloves. The restrooms and dining room were clean. There was plenty of space in the dining room. I did not see any hand sanitizer, but I carry my own anyway. They seem to have switched the type of beef for the sandwiches. Taste awful. I went thru line in Clinton MD and purchased three diff orders to make sure they weren't just using different meat for the $2 for $7.00 meals. I really wanted the OLD brand of beef. My jalapeño poppers was cold & they tried to say that it wasn't but when I bit into it it was cold. The cheese tasted weird. The cashier continued to go back n forth with me about it being fresh. My thing is if I'm the customer and I tell you it's cold that means it's cold. Just drop some more & give me some fresh ones period. Then I had to wait until they dropped more to bring them out. There was no apology for me having to wait. They gave me the ones that was sitting under the light because I was openly getting four of them. ***My advice is Check your food before u go. read more

I stopped by today to grab lunch and the guy working the drive thru (Devonte) provided outstanding customer service. He was professional, pleasant and wiped down the drink to get rid of excess spillage. With all the Arby's commercials taunting me with deliciousness I'm glad this location upholds the standard they perpetuate. I've been here several times and each time I receive fast, friendly service and good quality food. This is one of the better fast food joints not leaving you feeling sluggish and self loathing. I usually get the chicken bacon ranch wrap which is pure greatness but this time I decided to switch it up and try the beef and turkey gyro. Both were super fresh and full of meat! Arby's new fish sandwich should come with a disclaimer which reads.....no fish was used in the making of this sandwich. The bun was doughy and tasteless. The lettuce was old and dry. The fish was deep fried, dry and a weird combination that didn't resemble any fish that I had ever eaten. The jamocha shake has gotten progressively worse over the years. If i could give no stars, i would definitely do that for this location. Im going to give you the 10 facts of my experience; no more, no less. 1. I placed an order & the completed total (that was repeated to me) was $13.23. The time was 4pm. (You'll see why this is important later.) 2. The cashier, Crystal, gave me $5 and some change. No receipt. 3. I informed her that i had been shortchanged. To which she "had to get the general manager." I was told to pull up and wait. 4. 10 minutes later, i was tired of waiting. I parked my vehicle and went into the establishment, also bringing all of the items i had purchased. 5. The General manager, ACE (yes thats what he wrote down) told me that the cashier, Crystal made a mistake and meant to say $15.23. Still, no one has provided a receipt yet. 6. I make my greivances. To which, ACE takes my food to the back of the restaurant. Only to return another 10 minutes later with a "receipt" and a contact card for the store owner, the assisting cashier, and himself, the gen. manager. 7. I call the listed contact info for the store owner, Mr. Khan: (301) 256-7636. Try all you want, he doesn't answer and the mailbox is full. I believe that he was tipped about me calling. Which is why it took 20 minutes for me to even speak with a rep. 8. I requested a new meal because I have no clue if my food was tampered with while in the back. 9. I get home at 4:45 pm. I only live 10 minutes away. The passenger that was with me, (who paid for the meal and also heard the original price) makes note of the "receipt" that I was given for "my" purchase. a)The time stamp is listed for 2:45pm. Which cant possibly be my receipt if I arrived at 4pm. I also have receipts from local stores that can verify i was shopping at the time that is listed on Arby's receipt. b) This receipt makes no list of me paying $20, and neither does it list the change that i received as a result. It only lists the items they rang up and tax for the meal. c) Conviently, this receipt has a total of $15.23. 10. Unable to contact the owner of the store, and unable to leave a message due to his mailbox being conviently full, i contact Arby's headquarters. I immediately was serviced, a rep named Susan got everything down without me having to repeat it, and she took my contact info for further investigation. Really not much of a point to reviewing fast food unfortunately. I do think credit should be given where it is due regardless. When it comes to fast food the food always taste the same. I never had an issue with this location until I got a salad that made me sick. I didn't notice until after I ate it that the date sticker had been peeled off of the bottom tray and I just shrugged it off until I was up all night vomiting.
