First and foremost, shout out to the Chef! The customer service was stellar. I appreciate the time and patience extended my way as I've never been here AND this is not my usual fare but when you have grossly overdone meal, you're hungry and only comfort will do it, I decided to turn to The Broiler. I pre-ordered via an app. I arrived right on time. My food was neatly wrapped and waited to be bag. Due to Human Error, I would have not gotten the perfect sandwich that night, had the wonderful Chef not taken time out to answer my questions. He worked quickly with diligence and before I knew it, myself and the staff were all conversation and smiles. This spot has a private parking lot in the rear, albeit tight but with 2 entrance/exits. The door to the restaurant facing the street, Woodyard Road. There's a small dining room to eat or await your order. Everything seemed to be neat and orderly. Now for the food: Steak and Cheese. Very good. Good execution. Everything tasted fresh and it was still hot when I arrived home. The first half of my half sub(8 inches) was gone in 60 seconds. When I arrived the restaurant was empty. So I was immediately assisted. I ordered the cheeseburger and fries. The food was made fresh and the portion of fries were amazing. There is alot of space in the restaurant for people to sit. The issue with this particular restaurant was there were three people in the back making food but only one person was wearing gloves. The pizza had so much potential-flavor was amazing but the dough was not done it was mushy/doughey and it just messed it up. My daughter spit it out then just ate the top-lol. It was easy to locate from the street and there was dedicated parking in the back of the restaurant. It was around lunch time so they had a constant flow of customers in and out. GREAT addition to the Clinton, MD area. We were fans of the last restaurant in this same location, but we are not mad at this new establishment in the least! My husband has already been here several times. (I do cook y'all ... he's just a huge fan of steak n cheese subs.) I enjoyed the chicken cheese steak (just ate the filling as I'm working on trying to eat less carbs). As you can tell from all of the pics posted in my review and others, the quality of their food is quite consistent! #BraggingRights for them. Updated Review: originally had given the Clinton location 3 stars but what I had today dropped it to one. I ordered the deluxe and had one delicious bite, before feeling something hard in the next bite. Upon spitting it out I noticed one of the ties that you typically use on bread was stuck right in the middle of the sub. Take a look at the picture. Absolutely disgusting and makes me wonder how much they care about the quality of their food and safety of their customers. Yall can keep on going, but I don't plan on visiting this location anymore unless there are changes in the future. A disappointment to say the least 3 stars for three main reasons. 1. The deluxe s&c is good, but could use a bit more seasoning 2. Each time I get a sub there is an extremely fatty piece where the fat hasn't been rendered and is extremely chewy. They should either cut the steak into smaller pieces or render those pieces down more 3. While the provolone is good, the American cheese they use is yellow american. They should switch to white American because the flavor is more subtle and it would ruin their subs including the deluxed or others.
