The biscuit was nice, but crumbled too easy... fortunately due to the size, I decided to use fork & knife to eat it, so the biscuit's inability to hold everything together didn't matter to me. The flavors were great! Definitely very nicely done. Those breakfast potatoes were VERY tasty - yum!!! Service was very nice... the clerk who took our order was friendly and helpful.
