    Beyond Burger

I ordered the Beyond Burger Combo and it was lackluster. My buns were cold and the meat wasn't hot! I make better burgers at home. My partner had a bacon cheeseburger and she loved it! So maybe it's a vegan burger thang!

I had Rodeo burger and I really enjoyed it, the fries were on point, I don't understand why it has only 2.5 stars, but I had a good experience. I strongly recommend this place. My family and I enjoyed it. Only thing( but it's not relevant) one of the bathrooms was out of order.

I liked the food and service. Burger was decent. Was a little on the pricier side for a fast food burger spot but I was satisfied. Ambiance was good too.

I really wanted some onion rings and BurgerFi delivered! This location offers outdoor seating and a pretty decent dining area. The staff was so nice and my food came out hot and fresh! I got the regular burger and topped it with just about everything on the menu! They also offer vegan options as well as chicken! You can also get any of their burger options as a single patty. The CEO Burger is a heavy hitter: Double Premium Wagyu Blend, Homemade Candied Bacon-Tomato Jam, Truffle Aioli, Garlic Aioli, Aged Swiss Cheese Parking is available via garage and street side meters. Definitely going to continue getting the burgers when I visit the harbor!

We normally love BurgerFi but this time, not so much. Our fries were extremely undercooked to the point where they were inedible, and they ran out of ice cream for the milkshakes. One of our burgers was rare in the middle. I also ordered the wings with red hot sauce and they were burnt. I'm sure I'll order from them again because we generally enjoy it, but not happy with this particular order at all.

Note to self, this place just isn't good... the service was fine, it's the food. I was really hungry so it was even a low bar, but this place is nothing like five guys or shake shack... the burgers were meh and the fries are gross... how do you mess up fries so badly? This is prime location, it should definitely be a different burger chain here.

Very yummy quick serve burger joint with delicious rings and chicken tenders. Actually, just the fact they serve declious chicken tenders makes them better than some of the other quick serve burger joints in my eyes. Onions rings are also fried to perfection. And the price is very reasonable compared to sit-down restaurants. Nom nom nom!

I went it for their prime rib burger, it was alright, but not worth the hype. Their burgers will cost you double what you would pay at a McDonald, but not double the satisfaction. This location in particular had soda machine issues, and an insect infestation in their patio.

First time coming here and there was a long from the beginning. Waited around 30 minutes for the food to come out and then the ketchup dispenser ran out, informed an employee + was handed some ketchup packets. It was never changed while we were still there unfortunately. The area could be cleaner and the music was way to loud to talk. Other than that the impossible burger was delicious (wish they didn't up charge it) also remove the mayo + cheese to make it vegan. Really enjoyed the fries. Close to the National Harbor but I'm assuming this place gets super busy at times.

My group stopped at BurgerFi for a casual lunch while we stayed in the area. All of us ordered separately and the food was brought out to our outdoor table. One person waited patiently even though they ordered before any of us, but her food was never brought out. Eventually, she went inside and found out they never made her order. Since her food had to be made, they offered her a complimentary shake for the incident, which was nice. I had a Beyond Meat burger on a lettuce bun, so finding something vegetarian/gluten-free wasn't an issue. The burger was cooked well enough, though I could have done without the massive amounts of lettuce.

Decent burgers, online order took 10min longer than indicated but staff was friendly and rushed my order along.

BurgerFi never disappoints!!!! The food is always fresh and hot. I have been here plenty of time and never had a bad experience with my food. The service today was exceptionally good. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I told the young man in front my name and that I was here to pick up my order. He told me that it would be out shortly and gave me my drink up. As I was filling my cup he came over very politely with my order and I was on my way. I had the kids cheese burger meal that comes with fries and a beverage.

The shrimp and grits were delightfully prepared, with rich flavors and perfect texture that made the dish stand out as a highlight of the meal. Every plate that came to the table felt thoughtfully crafted, and the attention to flavor and presentation really showed. What made the experience even better was the outstanding service. The manager, Geoffrey, was delightful, he personally catered to our needs, made us feel genuinely welcomed, and turned Succotash into a true home away from home for our visit. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and professional, which created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. The cocktails were excellently prepared, balanced, flavorful, and exactly what you want for a daytime outing. Between the great drinks, delicious food, and easygoing setting, it was truly day drinking at its finest. Every detail of our visit felt intentional and well executed, and I'm incredibly grateful to Geoffrey and the entire Succotash team for such a wonderful experience. Thank you!

We started out with their sample platter of bites which had fried pickles, deviled eggs and buffalo cauliflower. Everything was great and was completely eaten by the group. We also got a pan of cornbread which was similarly devoured. I had a salmon entree for my main and it was very good, served over some succotash which I also enjoyed. Note, the portion for chicken and waffles is huge...a colleague got that and could barely finish it. We had some chocolate pecan pie and banana pudding for dessert and both were good but I'd say the banana pudding was my favorite. Overall a great experience at a reasonable price.

No fault of his, but beverages were missed, refills were slow, 2 orders were forgotten. *Sigh* As for the food ... LOVE their menu additions / updates (crab dip, etc.) but we all agreed we'll skip Redstone's food moving forward. Everything was mediocre and lacked seasoning. The ranch wings had NO flavor, the barbecue sauce on the barbecue wings was good but the wings were just as unseasoned as the ranch wings. The buffalo shrimp, brussel sprouts and cornbread were decent, but it was just too much hit or miss with everything else we ordered. Suffice it to say, I was not a fan this time. However, I would absolutely return to chill and enjoy some cocktails in their outdoor space. NGL, that fire pit area is prime real estate at the harbor! Would love to hear YOUR opinion. The good: the buttery rolls came out hot and smelled amazing; they can make a lactose-free version. The salmon and ribs were good, and of the plate of delicious desserts, the banana cream pudding was a standout. The midding: the vegetarian noodle bowl was a very large serving compared to everything else (one person remarked that it seemed bottomless). Cocktail menu was interesting, but my colleague's nonalcoholic cocktail was a miss. The bad; Someone else's chicken was undercooked. The salad greens were drenched in dressing, so I just ate the cherry tomatoes. The white rice and mixed veg that came with my salmon were just meh. Unfortunately, the biggest issue here is consistently poor service. From the moment we sit down, we clearly communicate that we're not using the food bar and want to proceed directly with the table-side meats. Despite that, it always takes an unreasonable amount of time just to receive the red/green cards so service can even begin. That delay happens every single visit. Even once we're ready, we're often left waiting with little to no attention. What's especially frustrating is that the floor managers only seem to step in after we're visibly trying to get someone's attention--literally looking around and "cracking our necks" to find help. Only then does the service suddenly improve, which shows the capability is there--it's just not consistent or proactive. On our most recent visit, the experience was even worse. The meat rotation was limited, with mostly overcooked options (medium-well to well done) and a heavy focus on basic white meats. We had to specifically request cuts like picanha and ribeye, and those took an additional 15-20 minutes to come out. By that point, we had already spent about 45 minutes waiting, our child was restless, and our patience was gone. For a $160-$220 meal after tip, it's unacceptable to spend most of the time waiting just to get the items you actually came for. We kept coming back hoping for a better experience, but this was our last visit. There are too many other options at National Harbor to deal with this level of inconsistency.
