Really don't think they captured the "gourmet burger" trend with their offerings. I much preferred the taste of Swag burger (has "wagyu") Vs the CEO, which tasted a bit more plain. But they're want much of a difference. The burgers were decently flavored, but that's about it. The patties were not dry, but just not memorable at all. Not to small, but just way to simplistic. The descriptions of the burgers don't equally match what customers receive. I'd suggest increasing the quantity of toppings for sure. Make the patty's a little bigger as well. Each burger is about $12 I believe. The fries were completely limp. Just off the mark. And at $10 for a bag....that's unacceptable. Had a milkshake and it was very good! Hands down, the best burger I've tasted in my entire existence. The SWAG burger is top notch, bar none. Add the fried egg on it, and it's Picasso to your taste buds. The quality of their sandwiches are amazing. I could speak on this for days in. Decided to grab some lunch here on (Sunday 10/23) after enjoying the beautiful views from the site seeing at The National Harbor. This place is so good! I ate everything down to the last crumb lol. I also wanted to spotlight the cashier "Juan" for his professional and friendly demeanor. I noticed some of the guest being a little rude towards him while waiting for their food to complete being prepared. He reassured them that their food would be ready soon, kept a smile on his face, as he continued to take orders. In between orders I seen him pickuping trash that was left behind on tables/floor/etc. We had the classic chicken sandwich with honey mustard (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED); and a double angus burger with onion rings. read more

Not sure why the reviews are low. I thought this was a great little burger place. It's exactly what you'd expect- amazing unhealthy burgers. The fries were pretty good too. I didn't think I'd eat all my burger but it was too good to put down. We (husband & 11-yr old) only got 2 orders of fries. We probably could have eaten 3 (could have, but shouldn't). My husband liked that it served beer. We just got in around 3:00pm from Pittsburgh & didn't stop for lunch. He needed the cold one! The staff was very friendly. The establishment was fairly clean.
