Ordered a cheeseburger and fries. There was one table with people. It's going on 17 mins since I paid $20 and I don't know when my food will be ready. There's plenty of staff. Still waiting it's been 26 mins read more

Went 1 evening with the wife. Gunna keep it short and sweet. The burgers are some of the best in the area for a quick bite. But the seating are was terrible. Trash was everywhere. Nothing was clean. But other than that food was great. read more

We ordered our food and it took 45mins for them to serve us our food. 3-4 families who came in after us got their food. The food was not being made in the order it was placed. The first two times I complained the employee said that's just how it goes and shrugged it off. Finally the third complaint he went to see why my food hasn't been made. We went here thinking it would be a quick meal before our next adventure will visiting the city. But instead it took much longer than it should have. Needless to say we won't be back again. read more

When I ordered dessert and they didn't have all the ingredients for what I ordered, I told them just make me something good, surprise me. They went all out and came by to check that I loved it, made what would have been an ordinary night something a little more fun. The server kept referring to me and my boss as"King" and we just had a great time with it. Thanks for the service and the personal touch. read more

I ordered two chili cheese hot dogs and two bacon cheeseburger total was $43.00. The hot dog roll was so hard that I had to remove it to eat the hotdog. What a waste of money. For this quality of food it needs to come with fries and a drink. read more

Today I went to burgerfi for the first time and I was served by Yeimy, a super incredible worker. I had a great time and the food was very delicious and the person was very attentive. I think I would eat here again. read more

They offer food on their menu that they don't have. They say other burgerfi's have everything on the menu but they don't.

The quality is ok, but the quantity is definitely not okay. Value is not there. Inflation is not reason to price it that high, especially when fries are extra cost. read more

Not sure why the reviews are low. I thought this was a great little burger place. It's exactly what you'd expect- amazing unhealthy burgers. The fries were pretty good too. I didn't think I'd eat all my burger but it was too good to put down. We (husband & 11-yr old) only got 2 orders of fries. We probably could have eaten 3 (could have, but shouldn't). My husband liked that it served beer. We just got in around 3:00pm from Pittsburgh & didn't stop for lunch. He needed the cold one! The staff was very friendly. The establishment was fairly clean. I'd go again since my daughter is a burger fan & this one passed the test. read more

Honestly some of the worst food I've eaten. Cheap ingredients, cheaper service. It's bad in a town of bad food. If you have a hankering for soggy, wet, cold and misshapen food, knock yourself out. The place was dirty, sticky, and out of everything. They stamped the buns with their logo to make sure you didn't miss what you're eating. read more

BurgerFi is NOT a good place. 1) The customer service took a while and wasn't good 2) The food wasn't bad but really overpriced 3) They don't accept cash 4) Someone had their order wrong 4 times 5) Not much seating but they did have good shakes and soda fountain i will probably never go again read more

STAY AWAY!! The WORST!! It was 98 degrees outside and they had no AC, and just one ceiling fan inside. The service was sub-par even when I had zero expectations from a fast food joint. I had a spicy chicken sandwich and fries. Only good thing about the sandwich is the spicy mayo sauce. The bun was cold, FYI, I had the first bite within 30 seconds it was brought to my table. Fries - no exaggeration if I say they're the worst by a million times I ever had. They were by no means fresh, as they advertised. They are like refried 20x times. Id have been much better off going to chipotle or Mezze next block. I would have given this a -1 star if I had that option. PS: this review is just for the place, chicken sandwich and fries. read more

Food is just ok! Overly priced for basic burger and fries. Last time that I was here I ordered and spicy chicken sandwich with No pickled jalapeños with fries and BurgerFi sauce. My fries were burnt and looked like they recooked them in old oils when they got cold. My sandwich had jalapeños on it and didn't get the BurgerFi sauce I paid for. I was highly upset and didn't have time to go back and have it fixed. I was on my lunch break and had to be back at work. I couldn't even eat my food. I basically wasted my money on food I couldn't even eat. Contacting anyone was a waste of time and energy. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!!! read more

I would just say I would not recommend delivery service they didn't provide the shake in which I paid then when I attempted to call for One Hour no answer phone continued to ring.... This was my first time utilizing this restaurant and the last.... Bad bad bad service. read more

Food was great!! The line was long but the staff handled it well. I especially enjoyed the milkshake I tried. And loved the option to have beer or wine. read more

I have no special complaint about this location (except that there were no condiment cups in the dispenser, a minor issue). For this chain though, I have little good to say. I've tried the place in four states, and I'll say that they're pretty consistent. Overpriced food, and the blandest burgers ever. I paid $22.23 for what I thought was one of their best burgers (CEO), fries and a soft drink. The burger was not only small, but tasted very bland. Each time I have tried the chain, I'm always happy to be done with the burger. The fries were good but pricey. The $3 soda was OK (Coke freestyle). I thought I would give them another chance, but the result is the same. (I wonder what the Sysco truck brought.) read more

The 2 1/2 star rating for this matches the service. We asked for Sauce with our chicken tenders and the manager said it costs extra. If you look at the sign up front it literally says "with your choice of sauce" after pointing it out to the staff they gave us sauce. Second, the burgers were dried out and lacking any flavor. read more

To be honest, what I liked the most was BURGERFI CHEESEBURGER and HAND-CUT FRIES are the best I've tried and the service was very good, the employee who took care of me is called Orlando Gonzales if I'm not mistaken read more

I was hoping for great, even just good, but I didn't get that. 8:15pm on a Sunday night, four people doing the cooking, one out front, no one in line and I waited 25 min for a (small) spicy chicken sandwich and small (but enough for three) fries. (I think they forgot about me or gave my order to their security guard who wandered in after me). While the chicken was cooked well, the only thing that made it spicy (or tasty) was the two jalapeno slices under the simple bun. Literally no spice at all without those two pepper slices. The fries - - a better name would have been the greasy limp potato slices. No way the fryer was hot enough... the fries were brown, but really greasy and soft. Even if they were baked they would have been better. Truly awful. AND as a to-go order, no napkins, utensils, sauces, salt/pepper included in the bag. read more

Absolutely ridiculous waited 40 minutes for a milkshake. Don't come here unless you would like to wait crazy times for over priced burgers. STAY AWAY read more

Food was good, we got the wrong order, not helpful with the fact that what we received and what we ordered was a difference of 27$. Will go somewhere else next time. read more

Service was slow, food was disappointing, and prices were too high considering the portion sizes.

Not only is the place filthy, it's run by people who should never handle food or deal with customers. I ordered a BurgerFi Jr. with white cheddar. The burger did not have any cheese on it. I asked them to remake it and they refused. Please do not patronize this trifling establishment. read more

Service was really good and the food was amazing and well seasoned and cooked. I definitely would return in the near future.

I was super eager to try this new burger place that just opened up in National Harbor, and I was not disappointed, to say the least! The place is beautiful, with a huge patio. Great music and great atmosphere. The food was spectacular! So many options to choose from that all my kids ended up getting different sandwiches, and they were all just as good as the others. Excellent desserts too, the shakes were incredible! read more

This place is horrible. I came in on a Saturday (yesterday) to order my food. I waited 1 hour and 30 mins. The Manager came over and said we have to refund your money. We cannot cook your food. I asked for the Corporate Number, DM, AM and her GM. She stated that she doesn't have any of their phone numbers. She also stayed that she only works there and doesn't need to speak with any of the Managers. This place is horrible and there is no leadership, direction, customer service and they cannot get it together. This is not the first time I have had a BAD experience with this place. read more

Ordered 2 burgers, nothing else, took 40 minutes to receive my order and it was underwhelming not busy. Burger itself was extremely over cooked and dry. Flavor of sauce and extras on burger www good but just was not worth the $13 price tag. Customer service was shotty at best. Friends were asked to pay for a sauce for their chicken tenders when menu states they received one. Overall lackluster and would not recommend. Will not be returning. read more

Would like to think that all chains are the same....unfortunately this one is absolutely the worst!! Stood at the counter without anyone making eye contact while they continued making shakes. Once my order was finally taken, and I felt like "I" was the burden by being there, it took over 30 minutes to come to my table. Understand, this was at 3:36 in the afternoon, not busy by any standards!! Only available straws were for shakes (1/2" around), not ideal to drink soda. And finally, to top off this horrible experience, let's have a female "manager" sit at the table next to me speaking loud enough for the cars outside to hear, while on her speaker phone in Spanish. There always a time and place for everything. Today was neither the time or place for me to stop by for lunch!!! read more

I give it a zero me and my family went to get food then they got out order wrong our sandwich inside was pink and cold the fries were so greezy I hate this food place I don't recommend it unless u want mast food read more

Do not eat here! The worst cheeseburger I've ever had. The meat was grey and tasteless with hard chunks in it and then the whole thing was heated in the microwave to make the cheese melt. I took two bites and tossed it. I wish I'd gone anywhere else. read more

Order over the app. The CEO and shakes are good. Fries are soggy. Kids cheeseburger nothing to write home about.

Extreme distrust to this enterprise due to being served rank putrid meat that was likely left out for hours. Shocked. Asked for money back along with four other patrons not affiliated with me. Do not eat here at all. I am a doctor. Police were notified. read more

Ordered a meal. Burger arrived 40 minutes and had the wrong toppings and no fries. I was told it would that it would be 10 minutes for the fries and the burger would not be correctly made. I left without eating. Do not recommend because of poor and very slow service. There were other customers on this evening 93/16/23) who had complaints. read more

Disappointing customer service. I just ordered for lunch and when I arrived the cashier was lazily accepting peoples orders. When I finally get up there he looks at me like "what"... I tell him my order, he doesn't offer lettuce, tomato or anything so I assumed it came on the burger, it did not. Then I waited outside the door for nearly 20 mins with my table number watching him walk around with my food after I finally came inside and grabbed my food, he didn't even attempt to look outside, I was the first table by the door intentionally so he could see me. The food is ok, though a burger with no toppings was not what I wanted, but I am expecting better service for a 15 dollar burger and fries, he didn't even ask how I wanted by burger done. Ill find another lunch place for burgers. read more

Ordered through their app at 4pm for an 8pm pick up. Still had to wait half an hour for the order to be ready. And the order was wrong and cold! Ordered two bottles of soda which were not included and they put cheese on a burger that was not supposed to get cheese. read more

Burgers were fantastic! Went with friends while staying in national harbor. I love onion rings and theirs were delicious.

Wow what a disappointment - should have paid attention to reviews - ordered cheeseburger, chicken tenders , onion rings and fries . Waited over 15 minutes - fries soggy , no ketchup, no sauce with chicken tenders ( I told them what kind when I ordered ) which were very dry . Burger was so greasy it saturated the box it came in and leaked all over bag . Trying to be sympathetic as like everyone they are short on staff but food is really bad - wasted $28 as it all went in the trash - go across the street , spend a bit more and have better food! read more

Burger and Chicken sandwiches were good, but the fries were awful--tasted like very old oil.

Stopped in one night for dinner. I had been to this restaurant before, and wanted to give it another try. I should have known however when there was already a customer at the counter complaining about their order. Soggy, under done fries, order incorrect. Everyone standing around watching the Encounter with staff look like they were equating it to "privilege". Snarky looks, comments, and a whole lot of side eyes. Reluctantly I stayed and ordered my food. Two burgers, nothing special, and a large fry. Usually when you order in BurgerFi it takes a while because you're under the impression they are putting your order together fresh so you receive it warm and ready. Boy was I surprised! Just like the lady before, soggy, greasy and cold fries. What a disappointment. Hoping for something better in the other bag, I reach for my burger. The meat was so over cooked it tasted like I was eating potato chips. Crispy outside as if they had scraped the crackling off the grill and put them on my bun. Cold bun, on melted cheese. Awful! I had hoped for better, this is a number of recent reviews I have posted for restaurants in the national harbor. Based upon the cost of real estate, goods, and the food, I would expect a whole lot better! I sure hope they get it together. It's such a shame, such a beautiful area, with substandard food time after time. read more

Dry burgers, messed up food order (one regular burger with chili, one with nothing but mayo. As ordered, except no mayo and maybe a tablespoon of chili. Um...). Apparently the chicken is good but can't vouch for that. Definitely not worth $21 for two burgers and a fries. read more
