My mom picked us up Ledos our first night coming to Waldorf. The deluxe had a very generous amount of toppings. Having bacon two ways was different but good. The Italian white pizza was a little dry but the sauce was amazing; I would suggest getting it with extra sauce. I would definitely recommend Ledos to anyone staying in the area. read more

Customer service is horrible at this place. This was my first and last time visiting this location. I placed an online order and when I arrived it wasn't ready. When I asked how long, the restaurant worker seemed disturbed by my question. Additionally, they did not want to give me a bag. Never ever again! I don't know what pizza establishment this is, but it is NOT Ledo's. I ordered a small deluxe pizza for lunch, and it was disgusting. The dough was raw, the cheese was thick, and the ingredients were not fresh! Ledo's is also known for their thin crust; however, this dough was thick and gooey. It went into the trash.... Recently, I was at a family get together and they ordered from the catering menu: chicken parm, ravioli, chicken broccoli fettucini alfredo, wings, and pizza. Since I've had the pizza and wings before, I decided to concentrate my efforts on the parm, ravioli and alfredo. The chicken parmesan. I was totally expecting a pre-formed chicken patty with sauce and cheese. WRONG! These were lightly breaded, whole boneless chicken breasts. Juicy and tender. Not a bit greasy or heavy like chicken parm could be. The sauce and cheese was delicious. It comes with spaghetti, of which I got a couple of forkfuls because 90% of the family got to it before I did and I was scraping the pan. The pasta was al dente, not a mushy mess. The ravioli. The pasta was tender. The edges had a slight chewiness, which wasn't horrible but not my thing. The cheese filling was a touch bland for my taste, but the sauce made up for it. It was a hit with the 10 years and younger relatives. The chicken and broccoli fettucini alfredo. Just like the spaghetti, the pasta was al dente. The sauce was full-on creamy, and flavorful. The chicken was tender and juicy. The broccoli was not overcooked, but tender-crisp. Would I go to Ledos for these non-pizza, non-wings entrees? I most certainly would. They exceeded my expectations. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. Did an online order so there was no confusion with my order everything was clear as day. After I submit the order it says it'll take 45 minutes for ASAP pick up. So I call the store to make sure they have my order and verify it'll take 45 minutes to get 2 wings and 2 fries and a kids meal. Yes it will take that long. Ok fine whatever I know there's a pandemic going on. Wait the 45 minutes my husband goes and picks it up. The bag is tied close the employee reads the receipt to my husband and everything's on there that I ordered. Get home and I open it half the order is missing. Call the store they say they haven't done any online orders and have no clue what I could be talking about. I tell the employee my name at least 5x and she gets it wrong every time she tells it to the manager. At this point I just ask to talk to the manager. He tells me to bring the receipt and they'll remake the order. So I asked if it would take 45 minutes again and he assures me no it'll only take 5. 20 minutes after my husband takes the receipt back he gets the complete order. This unfortunately isn't our first bad experience but it will be our last b/c we won't be ordering again read more

I ate here on a recent visit to DC from the west coast. A friend recommended it so it was pretty hyped up and my expectations were high. I was not disappointed. I ordered sausage and mushroom and was not put off by the mushrooms being canned, it was still delicious. This location also served liquor. I got the impression that they didn't sell a lot of cocktails which in this case meant very strong pours. Yay! Took my leftovers to the Chinese restaurant across the street for another adult beverage and accidentally left my slices there. Saddest part of my trip. I'm still not over it yet. read more

I went to the Clinton Ledos on 4/3/14. I was disappointed. I bought two medium pizzas - sausage and vegetables. It is extremely obvious that the owner has chosen profit over quality. There was a very thin crust, just enough cheese to cover the small amount of sauce, not much sausage or vegetables. I asked for parmesan cheese and crushed pepper; the amount in each packet is a joke! My opinion is not hate or ugly - facts. I was introduced to original Ledos by Maryland Student in 1985, and frequent the Ledos on Georgia Ave in DC. The food was/is super good and generous. The Ledos brand is about quality. What's up with Clinton? Shame, shame, shame that the owner at Clinton consciously chosen to cheat the Clinton Community that supports him hat ain't right!!! So....I have been going to this Ledos for many years. Tonight I called in my order as usual and was told 25min wait. I come to pickup 30 mins later after getting pizza hut for my son who only likes pizza hut. Anyway, that pizza was ready in 15mins. I come to the counter and pay and my wings are ready, but my pizza is "finishing up". Perfectly understandable. After many other orders are announced and come out...I hear them asking about my pizza after some looks at them. Not nasty, but just an "I am being patient" stare. They have clearly not made my pizza at the same time my wings went in. I come up and speak to the same guy who took my payment. He looks for my pizza, just as the others did, and it is "in the oven". He takes my wings to keep warm(good move, but should have been done when they actually made the pizza), and I ask "did you not make the pizza?". He wants me to believe that is not the case, but I think he wants to head off an angry customer. Actually, acknowledgement that they forgot it would have made me less upset. Anyway, at the 1hr 5 min mark, my pizza is ready. I want to get an acknowledgement that they screwed it up and are sorry. I know what they likely deal with in other cases, but I just needed to know that they knew...it was obvious. He kind of says "Ok, take something" from the drink/dessert case and gestures toward it. If anyone in management sees this review, please work with your staff to acknowledge errors, apologize, and only if needed, make it right...whatever that means to them. I was disappointed at how it was handled and is certainly not my normal experience. I hope new management has not messed up a good thing. read more

Tried their gluten free pizza last night and it was pretty good!! A little chewy, as is most gluten free dough, but was generally really good. Their pepperoni is amazing. They cut it super thick and it has great flavor. Reasonable priced and they always make sure to show you the pizza before you take it home if you do take-out. read more
