Horrible service. I waited to place an order for 15 minutes and was never acknowledged. There were only two people working at the time I went in and there was no sense of urgency to get orders completed. The other staff member was completely unconcerned with the number of customers waiting and not only didn't acknowledge any of us waiting but purposely turned her back on us. This was a delivery through Door Dash. It was my first time ordering from Marco's. I had ordered the medium thin crust works pizza. Very, very, very disappointed. The pizza was worst than Papa John's and Domino's and I don't like either brand. It had large pieces of green peppers and sliced onions that were no separated. The pizza had no flavor at all. The worst thing was when the pizza arrived it was so cold. My dog did enjoy the sausage on the pizza. I would like a refund, but Door Dash seem to only want good reviews. I'll be honest and say that this review is probably a 3.5 but I'll round up. I started going to Marco's soon after it opened and as a general rule, the experience has been fine as long as you order online. Ordering online has several benefits: 1) Can customize and have a fairly high chance of getting your desired combinations 2) Lower prices In the months since opening, Marco's has had consistency issues. The garden salad which started off oh so fresh with ingredients has seen some decline. Pizza meanwhile is great. Cheezy bread is usually good. Wings are not their thing, in my opinion. Overall, a great choice for getting your pizza fix and some other sides. Oddly, you should order when Marco's is busy. During slower periods, I've noticed the order overall not be as crisp (i.e. pizza not cut fully, the aforementioned salad issue, etc.) Some staff have been very friendly and others not so much. I haven't experienced any rudeness but you can see the difference in people's vibe. But you go for grub not friendships. Space appeared clean and there's room to dine in if you so choose. read more

This was a last resort food option, and I would have rather gone hungry. The pizza is a thick bread that has less seasoning than cardboard. Little sauce and toppings still didn't help much in that area. And "wings" that also lacked seasoning, sauce, and flavor. Every frozen pizza option is higher quality and a better price. This was, bar none, the worst pizza I've ever eaten. I should have known from the unkempt, listless, robotic cashier that I needed to leave before I ordered. The pizza was utterly tasteless. The crust was totally without body and texture, gummy, undercooked, and so soggily flaccid that I had to hold up the center in order to hold it for a bite. Customer service was plain awful!! At 1140 we ordered 3 pizzas, wings and a salad and put 1230 as our preferred pick up time. When my wife showed up at 1230 she received a notification that our good was ready. I was near by and decided to wait for it instead. At 1242 the manager said it was still being worked on. I waited patiently and asked one of the workers at 1250 how much longer, he said it was still being worked on. I asked "Why were we given a notification it was ready if it's not ready?" and he just shrugged his shoulders and asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. I should have gotten the managers name but I just wanted to get out of there. Non the less, the manager came up and I asked how much longer to which he said it was still being worked on. I asked why 25+ minutes after we received our notification that our food was ready am I still waiting and he replied with " what do you want me to do?!?!?!" Seriously, as a manager you should have offered to make it right anybway you can but nope. His nonchalant attitude is why his workers act the way they do with their "shrugging" their shoulders when they don't have an answer. I was told about this restaurant by a coworker; so I was encouraged to check it out. So over the past weekend, I had the opportunity. The customer service was nice and friendly and the staff was very helpful with my request for two different boxes for my order. I came in with a friend just for lunch to go. We have different tastes in pizza, I enjoy meat and my friend likes pineapple. That's why we needed two separate boxes. The atmosphere is nice, but it is the standard for a strip mall-- small, clean and new. There is ample seating and the parking can be tight during the lunch rush. The food was delicious. I tried the All Meat pizza. My half of the large pizza was full of meat , pepperoni , ham, sausage and bacon. It was good and the meat was sufficient. I would like to see a little more cheese, cheese. I thought it was ok, but my wife was really impressed and said she would have no problem going back. My friend ordered a pizza with chicken and pineapple and said it was delicious, but it needed a little more chicken. You can find lower priced and comparable types of pizza at the local chain shops. To better compete, I feel they will need to find a way to really shine. I'll go back to see if they can. read more

I placed an order through them. This is my second time being a patron. While the pizza got here at a good time and was good, we noticed we didn't have the drink. We alerted the driver who left and brought back a different soda than what I asked for. I called and the person who answered was very quick and rude. Didn't even offer an apology and hung up. The wait was less than 20 minutes by far, I didn't even check my watch at all. The staff showed me my food to double check that everything was okay. The restaurant is clean and organized... it is small so not good for large parties dining in. The menu includes pizza, wings, salads and sandwiches. I think I saw a couple dessert options too! Now for my pizza. I ordered a medium all meat. It had about 8 small slices... enough for two people. It was delicious. The toppings were hearty, the sauce and cheese was perfect. We opted for classic crust. They have thin... and other types. We also ordered a 10pc bbq wing. The size of the wings are decent and the sauce is delicious. Also... the pizza is not NYC style... just in case that's what you're looking for. It's just yummy!!! Not like your average pizza chains. Try it! This place have very poor customer service and is unsanitary. I placed an order online and when I arrived they told me that my order will be ready at best in 20 minutes. There are 7 orders in front of mines. I told them I could not wait and need to get back to work. I would like a refund. The cashier told the Manger and I over heard him said I had to wait and proceeded to make the pizza any way. After another 20 minutes of waiting I had to call another location to ask a manager to walk the so call manager how to do a refund. That's when he finally gave me a refund. He also did not have gloves on, now hair net for his long dreads. Now I'm 20 minutes late for work without lunch. Very poor customer service. This place does false advertisements. They love to put low prices on their website, but when you call to order they have excuses for why they aren't honoring the website prices. Today, they blamed corporate office for not updating their prices. Imagine that! As a native Ohioan where this business originated, i can honestly say that Marcos good reputation stands for something there. They honor their word, have great prices and value their customers.
