They apologized and offered a complimentary drink, which was a nice gesture, but I ended up waiting nearly an hour and a half for fish and three sides. That's simply not acceptable, regardless of how busy it gets. I get it, a rush happens. But transparency goes a long way. Had I been given an honest wait time upfront, I would have made a different decision. I truly want to see Black businesses thrive, especially right now, and I hope they take this feedback to heart and work out the kinks.

The meat rotation was limited, with mostly overcooked options (medium-well to well done) and a heavy focus on basic white meats. We had to specifically request cuts like picanha and ribeye, and those took an additional 15-20 minutes to come out. By that point, we had already spent about 45 minutes waiting, our child was restless, and our patience was gone. For a $160-$220 meal after tip, it's unacceptable to spend most of the time waiting just to get the items you actually came for. We kept coming back hoping for a better experience, but this was our last visit. There are too many other options at National Harbor to deal with this level of inconsistency.
