This is restaurant is severely declining in customer service. It has become the most unprofessional restaurant in this area. The customer service is poor. The exterior needs to be cleaned. The drive through is not well lit causing me to constantly watch my surroundings. The light that's over drive-thru flickers non-stop. Horrible customer service! I just left there. Ordered a Chicken Asiago Meal. I asked them to drop the chicken fresh and I'd wait for it. Cool! About 8-10 mins later, girl calls my name, I grab my bag and I'm gone. Just out of the parking lot, I open my bag to grab some fries. The fries were just warm, but didn't taste like they had just come out of hot grease. So...you gave me warm fries with a freshly dropped sandwich? Anyway...I'm eating and SOMETHING told me to open my bag and check my sandwich, while I'm at the light. I open the wrapper and don't know WTH I was given. Some kinda sandwich that resembled chicken (or fish) with some kind of red sauce and JALAPEÑOS! I weave through traffic to take it back. When I get back, I explain to the same young woman that I was given the wrong sandwich. She asks me to repeat my order, and as I do, I'm showing her what I've received. She then turns to her coworker and says "what comes on the Chicken Asiago" and he starts to explain things that are NOT present on the sandwich I'm looking at. She then turns to me and says "You can just throw that away". Ok, cool...tossed the bag in the trash. I had to remind her that I wanted it fresh dropped, but because there wasn't even a slight acknowledgement of their mistake, I wasn't exactly sure if what I was getting would be fresh or not. But the thing that got me, was there was NO apology or acknowledgement of the mistake! Not even an offer of free water...NOTHING! About 10 mins later...I kid you not...she comes back over to the counter WITH MY SANDWICH IN HER HAND AND TRIES TO PASS IT TO ME...NOT in a bag, and where are my fries?! When I reminded her that she told me to "throw that away", she looked almost irritated that she either had to put the sandwich in a bag, to give me fresh fries, or both! Were you really thinking I was going to wait 10 mins for a sandwich, and eat it with cold fries? And I swear she walked like she wanted me to know she was in no hurry to get my bag to me. She slides the bag over, we say nothing to each other. I check my bag to make sure the sandwich is correct, and leave. Get home and pull the top bun off expecting to see Asiago sauce, but WHERE IS IT?! So I had to doctor the sandwich I had JUST traveled back to get! And this chicken patty was fried so hard that it tastes like cardboard. With the two-three bites, all I could taste was hate! When he got to the window the manager, Jayden (name he provided) asked him what his order was, despite my husband being the only car in line. After taking my husband's payment, my husband asked for a receipt and Jayden the manager told him that the machine wasn't working to print out a receipt. I went in today around 12:30 with my family. We had to wait 10 minutes before being acknowledged and the women in front of us was ignored too. The women at the register was very curt with the women in front of us. She refused to answer any questions and just kept going talking right over her. Basically I just came to this establishment because I want to get something to eat , really quick. however when I arrived there was nobody there.... So I waited for my food after ordering.....and waited....and waited. I saw that the server gave another customer his food before me that ordered after I did. "I asked is my food ready and she said nothing. So upon waiting for 11 minutes ( in a place that had noone when I walked in) I asked again, and she replied rudely and then became irate so I asked, what are you going to do? so she started yelling at me and wanted to fight me...mmmmm. so I responded with, I WILL fight you back, just to just to get my food ON TIME and she said started waving her arms like a banshee ( but there is a WHOLE counter between us)..... that customers and employees now held her back from not hitting me. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I figured we'd give them another chance after their "grand reopening", but it's the same shitty service and their lack of training shows. We went through the drive through because the dining area was shut down. Realized after driving off that my drink was completely wrong, I didn't get fries with my meal, and the kids didn't get their toy with their kids meal. I tried going in but they said I'd have to get back in the drive through to get it fixed. I stood at the drive through window until it was fixed. i understand we are in a pandemic and policy much be enforced, but this Clinton location believes it is ok to lock the door before 8pm, which is posted on their door. It's a good location for a Wendy's but this store's foot print is horrible. The dining room is very small and seats can get limited quickly. You have to love all the TVs available to watch while you dine. Parking on the other hand is absolutely horrible. There simply aren't enough stalls. Also its little confined driveway makes you loop around and around getting yourself stuck around the store. It'd be much better if this bunch of stores were interconnected easily to each other as well as the Clinton Plaza Shopping Center which has TONs of parking. read more

Upon taking your order, you're greeted with an attitude, no smile, no manners, nothing. Just "what's your order". We placed our order and we received wrong items and they have been out of utensils those two times we went. So what are we supposed to eat chili with.??? When I pulled up there is a big sign that said they was out of basically almost all the drinks, and apparently a few other items I'd overlooked. The person taking the order was beyond rude. This establishment needs to be shut down. The employees go from the cashier to the kitchen with no gloves. There is no way the food meets public health standards (hot foods aren't kept hot, cold foods aren't kept cold). The cashier is always rude (doesn't greet customers, doesn't make eye contact), unprofessional (mumbles), and looks very unclean and insanitary. Just left the Wendy's in Clinton MD on Piscataway Road near the Walmart. First off I couldn't believe there wasn't a line in the drive thru as it's normally busy. It was the perfect opportunity to drive thru and order a quick bite to eat. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich, med fry and peach lemonade. My fries were cold and they gave me some more fries which they re-fried. Got home and found out I didn't get the spicy chicken which I ordered. They gave me a hamburger with cheese. I don't eat red meat and I certainly don't eat American cheese . On top of the sandwich was loaded with mayonnaise and the end tomato .
