The breakfast burritos are amazing! The only reason I gave four stars is because you shouldn't have to pay extra for salsa if you just want one or two containers when you order burritos. They have good cookies and everyone's been friendly every time we have come here! read more

Delicious! The service was great; Eric was very helpful with recommending good lunch dishes. One of the best cheese steaks I've ever had, the BLT that my wife got was also very fresh and delicious, and the fries were hot and crispy. I've eaten at the Ashland location once and the Medford location twice. I have thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The service has always been excellent and fast. Check these guys out if you like to eat plant-based. My daughter eats meat and really enjoys the Riley Cheesesteak sandwich. The Wendy burrito is my favorite so far. Waited over an hour workers have bad additude and a bunch of Karen's work here also they put wayyy to much sugar in there drinks recommend getting a bottle drink if you choose to ever in your short life to come to this hell of a place. First time I went I ordered at Breakfast Burrito. It was bland at best. Thought maybe it was just a fluke. Tried again a couple months later. There is literally no flavor - salt and pepper didn't have much effect. Not sure how something that looks so good can taste so insipid. They have done an excellent job in making this there own vibe and not following the theme of the past restaurant. You walk in and feel like you are in a new place! Big thumbs up for that! Food was great! The only reason it's not a 5 star is due to the way the food was plated in a plain brown plastic basket. However like I said the atmosphere is fresh new and fun! The food is good. It's 100% guaranteed they will mess up your Togo order every time. I am a HUGE fan of Ruby's and Gil's in Ashland so I was incredibly stoked they opened in Medford. (I got tired of making the drive to Ashland every weekend for breffus burritos). I've been going to Ruby's of genessee since day 1 of opening. I took the past few months off because honestly I got tired of the poor attitude of staff. They were extremely rude for no reason. They shorted me 3 of the overpriced smoothies I purchased on 2 different occasions. Partly my fault for sending the significant other to pick up,but then didn't refund me and I didn't want to go back. But besides messing up my to go order every time, rudeness, and robbing me of things I've paid for.... What is most annoying is that they've been charging .50 for the TINIEST cup of their hot sauces. Which are meh. The best are the sunshine and mantis. I just feel this tiny cup isn't worth .50. I know I sound like a Karen but all of those things accumulatively give me the bad feels. After trying it again this morning after a few months away. I think we will be sticking to Victoricos. All the free salsas, you get what you pay for, and the orders are correct. read more

First of all, I'm pretty sure it's health code wash your hands before returning to your job duties after petting customers animals. More flies than a BBQ in there. The music was so loud I couldn't have a conversation with my friends with out continually asking for them to repeat. Lastly, the prices are ridiculous and I felt cheated by the portions served for what I payed. I will never go there again. read more

The restaurant has no air conditioning and the food was not good at all. The pretzel taste like a biscuit and the hamburgers were extremely undercooked and had no flavor. The bun was also soggy. The staff was nice but the food and no air conditioning on a day when it is 90 plus degrees is terrible. read more
