FInding a rear rotor for my 08 GL1800 isnt easy unless i want to drop $912 for an oem one. But after looking through some gently used units and going over which one would be the best Cody took the time to help check them out and advise me which one. ( i know nothing about brakes and rotors and dint want to buy something that potentially had something i couldn't recognize to be bad). So kudos for the time and effort despite how busy they are to help me make sure i purchase the right part even if its not through them. The first thing Mike did was show my brother the work that the All Powersports staff had done to the motorcycle, and also the inventory they had on hand for the shop. He found out what type of motorcycle he wanted, why he wanted it, and what he needed it for. After they got to know each other more, they talked price. They made him an offer, and even let him sit on it for a couple of days. Being his sister, and also wanting to see what the bike looked like, Mike waited for me after hours so I could go and see the motorcycle, its body, the price, and their other inventories. He was friendly, patient, let us decide what was best and also stood with us for about 2 hours AFTER CLOSING talking about motorcycles, Vegas, the winter, and other stuff. He was so patient, kind, understanding and answered all the questions I had about every single thing I asked. We ended up with his motorcycle, and he was prepped with all the paperwork needed, all my little brother had to do was sign everything. They were okay dropping the motorcycle off at his place the day after and seemed very grateful for the purchase. Yes it is a dealership, so the ability to cut deals is minimal, they do try to tack on extras but a simple no gets those removed without any hassle or pushiness, and there is a bit of time involved mostly due to financing and them doing the final bike stuff to get it ready to ride out. All things that you should expect, so nothing came at a shock or had us frustrated. I don't feel like we got scammed, just make sure you know what to expect. I do prefer Carter over the other dealerships in town.

I used to walk by this dealership often and was genuinely interested in their UTV's. Recently, I…read morenoticed a change in how their parking lot is set up. A large overflow area far in the back that was previously unused is now lined and blocked by cars near the entrance with tow away signs warning anyone going in, they also freshly painted white parking lines on the ground in front of the entrance to create artificial resistance. At the same time, the adjacent coffee shop consistently has far more customers than available parking, and people had been using that overflow space without affecting the dealership. Seeing the space restricted made the overall environment feel less welcoming and less community-friendly to me. Because of that, it changed my perception of the business, and I no longer plan to purchase from here in the future.

Took my brand new Mav R that I bought from Ride now back in for its first oil change from the break…read morein oil. I scheduled it on a Saturday and the person I scheduled with said it would be done same day if I dropped it off first thing which I did. Well 4 days later I got my vehicle back... They were also supposed to fix a compartment that would not stay latched and I asked a few times and was told that they would fix it and after I loaded it on the trailer to take home I went to test it and not only did they not fix it, they broke it more... Needless to say I'm not impressed The buying process of getting the machine was 5 star and easy. The service side is a waste of time and money. My recommendation is to not buy the maintenance package because they are terrible at service
