There was plenty of parking and signage. They have a varied and very authentic menu to choose from! We ordered a broth based lo mein noodle bowl and a hand pulled cold dry noodle bowl. BF added on a braised egg and I ordered a Taiwanese sausage on a stick. Yum on all accounts! Chili oil was automatically brought to us and the waitress was super friendly as well as bilingual. Food was brought out within 5-10 minutes of ordering. YES!! presentation and taste were perfect. Their prices and portions are reasonable and I love everything about this place, down to their cat portraits adorning the walls! Wish this place opened a location in Cleveland! The noodles are actually made in-house and have a lovely texture. I got the Classic Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup and was definitely not disappointed. The broth is light, but full of flavor at the same time. It is truly very comforting on a cold winter night. I think the beef slices on there are a bit tough, but it's not too big of an issue. The portion sizes are actually crazy. I got the regular size and could finish maybe just half to 2/3 of the noodles, along with a majority of the beef. I can't imagine how massive the large bowl would be... For health, I also ordered some stir-fried bok choy. This was stir fried well, but I'm not really sure what the flavor profile was supposed to be. Is it garlic? Is it spicy? I couldn't really place it. The prices are very fair for the quality of food they provide, and service throughout the night was decent. I will probably be back again, if I visit Dayton! The egg rolls are homemade, and I think the lady that made them delivered it to our table. Better than PF Chang's! My husband tried the Cumin Beef, and they were kind enough enough to omit the cilantro. The smell was divine - it was spicy though! A bit surprised they didn't ask what spice level he wanted the dish? I think I ordered the Fish Fillet Delight (the online menu is slightly different than the in person menu), it was a mild sauce, almost tasted like nothing. Towards the end once or twice I tasted the ginger, other than that, very bland. I would not order this again. Lots of food on the plate though! Ordered the pumpkin pastry at the end of the meal. It did not taste like pumpkin at all. It was melting molten mochi and vaguely yellow. Would not get this again. Thankfully I ordered the Chrysanthemum tea, which was delightful. I think Great Tang has the potential to be a great hidden gem, I just need to find my go to dish. If you like spicy, try the Cumin Beef!

Absolutely horrible experience last night. I order $45 worth of food. Was quoted 45 minutes for delivery. Order came on time. Paid $50 in cash ($5 tip). As soon as a opened my order I realized I was missing 3 items. Total of missing items was $18.40. I call immediately and explained was I was missing and told I would be taken care of. I then called back 30 minutes later to be told. Y order was on the way and had left the building. I live 5 minutes from the store. Called back 24 minutes later and told the same thing. At 1 hour and 15 after the first call I called again. Was told my order was on the way. At this point I explained I live 5 minutes away and my order should had been here I called a hour and 15 minutes ago. I requested my food be brought or given a refund for the food I was missing. The man cussed me out told me I wasn't getting my food or a refund. Told me to "F" off. Cussed me out for a good minute and half. I had to people listening to the call because he was on speaker phone. I have been a customer for 7 years. Never once have I had an issue. This is how you treat a long time customer?
