I had a group of 40+ for MotoGP weekend and it required special airport transfers for all my guests/VIPs, CONTINUOUS shuttles to/from the hotel and Circuit of the Americas (running all morning and afternoon for the entire weekend), several one-off trips to various dinners/activities throughout Austin, and more. Alex is an absolute professional-- unbelievably organized and responsive, with adaptability that impressed me and my entire group. This is a great limo service and very punctual. I have used them many times to/from airport and various other occasions. The only thing bad is the way the Chauffeur was dressed. He needs to get his suit tailored to him the pants were baggy and coat fit big. You would think the company would pay for this. The car was clean and private. Driver was very respectful of privacy and didnt make needless small talk like other limo services have. He just drove and was punctual. 4 stars, one deducted for drivers suit. read more

I am Royal Transportation's BIGGEST fan. Alex and his team of drivers are the most professional, the most punctual, and the most accommodating transportation service I have ever dealt with. I was managing a group of about 30 clients over 3 days while in Austin for the ACL music festival-- and our plans kept changing. I can't tell you how rare it is to make that phone call that completely changes all of the orders-- and have NO push back, complaints, or hesitation... In that situation, hearing "anything you need" is not only music to your ears, but something that makes you want to cry with relief over. During such a hectic event, I even received a phone call from him just to "check in" and see if there was anything else he could possibly do to make my life easier. With a last minute event for some international visitors for my job we wanted to go with someone who had a variety of vechiles, options, flexible and competive rates. We used this service to transport us from Austin to San Antonio for a Justin Timberlake concert *swoon*. Our particular ride for this evening was a newer Lincoln Navigator. The car was immaculate and very comfortable, especially for being stuck in San Antonio traffic. The driver, Mark, was REALLY courteous, very nice and very professional. He made small talk when necessary, but definitely let us have our privacy when needed as well. He didn't try to force conversation and was just a nice human overall. Mark was on time, and on point. we just returned from Austin for a bachelorette party ACL weekend. We used Royal Transportation and had Lloyd as our driver. This company was fantastic. Lloyd was very professional, always on time--if not early. He was always accessible by call or text when we needed. As a group of girls from New York, who had been partying and drinking throughout the weekend, and not being familiar at all with the area...we always felt comfortable and safe going to each destination and home knowing we had secure transportation and a driver we quickly learned to trust. We used this company in November for a VERY EARLY Morning ride to the airport. The Driver showed up on time, was very friendly, and extremely nice! We ran into two bad accidents on the Interstate, one that happened right in front of us and his excellent driving skills at 3am were unmatched and enabled us to avoid being involved in the accident! My wife and I hired Royal Transportation to provide limo transportation for our wedding party on the day of our wedding. Alex was really easy to work with and is a straight-shooter. He gave me at least an hour of his time one night to go through all the options and give me a rundown of his industry in the Austin area. It's nice that there's still business owners out there who care about the service their customers receive rather than how much money they can squeeze out of them. Overall I was very pleased with the service that was provided on the day of our wedding. The limo was prompt - we literally walked outside the church and the driver pulled up to the curb at the same time. All our "party" drinks were on ice and ready to go, and they brought water for us as well (something I had forgotten to include when I dropped off the drinks earlier in the day). It was a little tight with the whole wedding party in the limo I selected, but I went into it expecting that based upon Alex's thorough description of the vehicle.
