We booked Jessie B. to tour us around Austin visiting Still Austin, Deep Eddy and Treaty Oak. Jessie did a great job from timing to getting us to all destinations safely. I travel frequently all over the country and have experience many different levels of customer care from many different car service companies. For my daughter's wedding, I chose Austin private car service for guest transport to and from the event. That should tell anyone all they need to know! John and his team are responsive, timely, and most importantly do exactly what they say they will do, when they say they will do it . I recommend them to anyone looking for high end car service for a reasonable price. read more

Driver just left us in Austin when we had to return to Houston because diabetic passenger needed to have food in the vehicle. There was no information about food on the lengthily website FAQ. Driver told his boss that we were " belligerent" , called the cops on us and then drove away before they got here. Horrible business, not trustworthy, vehicle was filled with dirty paper towels. Driver was all over the road and was swerving making the initial ride to Austin bad Driver was paid for a full day of transport and car was triple booked him for the day, if I pay for the day I should get the day. 0/10 recommendation. read more

We used ATX Private Car Service for airport pickups for a bachelorette party! We ended up booking one of the driver's on an hourly service so we could get all the grocery shopping done and errands before the guests arrived. Our drivers Skyler and Brad were extremely friendly and very happy to be around. A shoutout to Skyler for being extra patient and stopping at 3 different markets to ensure we had everything we needed and for UNLOADING an entire trunk full of Costco groceries. THANK YOU!!!! Highly recommend!! If, I mean when we return to Austin, we will definitely use them again. read more

Had a great experience with this service. It was easy to request, and the car arrived 10 minutes ahead of our scheduled pickup time. Car was clean, and the driver was friendly. Definitely recommend. read more

Fantastic service, punctual, clean, friendly service. The icing on the cake is the drop off to the front door and waiting until my family member was safely inside. Nice! read more

I hired Austin Private Car Service in May 2023 to transport a VIP, who did not want to deal with Austin traffic or parking, from a northern suburb to a downtown meeting venue. I found them online, engaged them online, and have actually never spoken to anyone there. That said, they did everything they said they would and communicated perfectly. They arrived early, texted me once they were on site, kept my VIP happy and delivered him safely. The price charged was fair. (Obviously, a private car service is not the cheapest mode of ground transportation.) It was worth it. I would not hesitate to hire Austin Private Car Service again, and I recommend them without reservation. read more

I cannot say enough great things about our experience. We used them to pick up a group of girls from the airport and drive us to an Air BnB for a bachelorette party. The Air BnB was about a half hour from the airport. We had 12 people all with luggage and/or a personal item/carryon. Communication leading up to the event (in addition to my many calls with questions before even booking) was timely and informative. They brought us ice for our cocktails (we provided the booze but they offered to stop at a store also for an additional fee). Heavy traffic during rush hour on a Thursday but we had a great time! Can't suggest them enough! Ease with booking. Informative and reliable! read more

Ken picked up myself and my group at 7:30am in Houston Tx. I was the first to go outside to greet him and tell him we were almost ready. He was stuffing his face with a breakfast taco in the front seat and told me we need to hurry up. Very poor first impression which ending up being spot on with the type of person he was. Very erratic driving otw to our destination but we made good time. At the time of our pickup we were running behind and I went out several times to let him know we were finishing up the event we had put on for the community of Buda/Austin TX. He made it very clear that we needed to "get our stuff and get in the van now" if we wanted to make it home. He claimed we were bullying him.. with what collateral? We were the ones relying on him for a ride back to our families. Our group only got upset when a diabetic was told there is no food allowed in the vehicle. He said someone left an empty bowl in the van and that it almost ruined his clients between us. When we boarded there were dirty snot rags in the back of the van already. Upon leaving we had food delivered for our ride back since no one had eaten and one of us is a diabetic. Not once were we told we couldn't have food. Ken was already pissed off bc we were 10-15 minutes behind on departure. Gym owner and employees kept telling us he was steaming outside and yelling on his ear piece. When he saw the food he blew up and threatened to leave us here if we brought the food aboard. We got on board anyway and he called the cops and took off. We were threatened, Bryan the gym owner called Ken After he left and he stated "if they smear me on social media I will destroy them, that's what I do" police were on scene while this happened. Bryan put his phone on speaker for the cops to hear and asked him to say that again however he did not and hung up. Very bad business, I am in shock this guy is actually employed. Been in business 6 years and still not accredited BBB.... read more

My friends and I hired Austin Private Car Service for a day trip from Austin to Fredericksburg for a day of wine tasting. The booking process was so easy, and APCS were responsive and professional. Pricing was very reasonable, tip was included, and all costs were communicated up front. Our driver arrived right on time, and was courteous, prompt, and professional as well. The car was nice and clean. He was a great driver, stopped for bathroom breaks when we asked, and was flexible to drop us off at a different location in Austin when we got back. I would recommend this car service to absolutely anybody. read more

Fantastic service by this company. My wife and I arrived in Austin with our two young kids and many bags on a flight that had a 4-hour delay. John was tracking our flight and was waiting for us in the baggage claim area. Our communication with the company was very smooth and the driver was extremely helpful with our bags and other belongings. I would 100% recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future. read more

The driver was so rude and responded in this situation too fast. Some passengers might not know the details of the terms and conditions about food. The food was packed in a box (to-go) from a restaurant and was not eaten in the car. However, there was some odor. We thought about ways to seal the smell or throw the food out, so we touched the car-cooler to look inside, but we had not decided to put any food in it yet. The driver suddenly slapped the cooler lid while driving. Finally, we decided to throw the food out in a few minutes from leaving and we were able to follow the terms and conditions. BUT, the way that driver did was not with professional service-mind and respectful communication. "Skyler" read more

We are so glad we booked Austin Private Car Service for our getaway car from our wedding celebration. Steve was our driver and he was a delight to chat with. We needed a ride to the airport for an early morning flight to Hawaii & when looking at reviews on Yelp & Google it was an easy decision to go with Austin Private Car Service Corp, The booking process was efficient & the communication level days before our trip was just the right amount. The morning of our trip we received a text message advising our driver had arrived & he was at the door ready to help us move bags from the house to the car. We had a super friendly driver (Kenn) and it was a pleasant ride in a Navigator to the airport. From start to finish it was an A+ experience, any time we need a ride to the airport we will be using Austin Private Car Service read more

This is first class high end service. On time, top of the line vehicles and extremely professional drivers. Highly recommend! read more

Poor cancellation policy. 48 hours - missed a flight which caused my delay and could not cancel the car.

This company is OVER PRICED and when I found other arrangements, I called within 24 hrs and asked (before cancelling) if I could cancel and I was told by the owner that I could and there would be no fees. Minutes later I received an email that I would be charged 50%!!!!. When I called he said, "sorry my bad." How tacky is that? He would not consider even consider a one-time refund. What's worse is that he was rude and insulting during my call. So in my opinion, this is terrible business and I will not support a company that treats customers this way. read more

Austin Private Car was so easy to work with, and was very reasonably priced for our getaway transport for our recent wedding! We were slightly worried about the logistics and risk of relying on a private car service that doesn't necessarily specialize in wedding getaways, but they provided worry-free assurances and service that didn't feature a moment of inconvenience! The driver was early, the car was impeccably clean, and the driver (I can't remember his name unfortunately!) was so friendly and accommodating! I would absolutely recommend Austin Private Car to anyone looking for a more affordable and reliable wedding getaway, and will absolutely have them at the ready in the event we ever need a driver for another special night out in Austin! read more

Excellent company for booking private cars for events! We booked a point-to-point ride to pick us up after our friends' wedding; the driver (who I believe was also the company owner) showed up super early, was very communicative, and was ready for us the minute we were ready to leave. The car was extremely high quality and it just generally felt like the luxury service we were expecting. Will definitely use again. Thanks! read more

My husband needed an early morning ride to the airport during the Thanksgiving craziness, and he had no wiggle room. Checked fares for Austin Private Car Service and was hoping to pay a bit less.... Checked other companies and did find one 30.00 cheaper,....almost booked it, but decided to read their reviews - THANK GOODNESS, I did!!!
