Fast forward to the night of my event, June 28, Rico assigned Desirey Simpson to me as a driver. All appeared to go well. I paid my final invoice, and we are ready to ride out. The night was going well, but I started getting notifications of unauthorized charges to my card. But I'm dumbfounded because I physically have my card. But in the light of not ruining the trip, we carried on. The following day, I started trying to dig into this mysterious $160 charge. I got the company, etc. While sitting and having brunch, I get hit with another charge: $100 from the same establishment. So now I'm losing it. Early that day, we got a call that my sister had passed away, and with these unauthorized charges, I am now being forced to freeze my account to figure this out, all while having to depend on family and friends who traveled to town for my event to now pay for things on my behalf. After calling the establishment, it was determined that Rico's driver fraudulently used my card. I contacted Rico, who had a very nonchalant attitude. Once I mentioned getting the authority involved, he told me the gaming company would return my money, but I never mentioned the gaming company. So, that leads me to believe he was involved, especially since I paid through the link he provided. I never gave either my card. I requested the money be returned, and he tried to send it back to me as an overpayment. I refused because it was not an overpayment but theft. I left town because of my sister's passing on July 1 and upon my return, July 16,, due to not having access to my account, I had a vacate notice on my door. I had to spend 2.5 hours in the bank clearing this up and another 2 hours with my leasing company. Once I brought my attention back to this matter, I realized that Rico never applied my deposit and overcharged me. I texted him this, and he said I was correct, but he never returned my money. At that point, I created an invoice and requested a full refund of $540, a $100 overpayment, and the $260 stolen. He refused and stated he would give me $370. He totally did not care about the inconvenience and hardship caused by his staff. I have screenshots of all stated here, and I just warn all to be aware and cautious!

We found that company as soon as we spoke with Daniel and were quoted by his firm. The Quote: Most companies require you fill out an online form that results in no human interaction and a generic quote that doesn't account for the intricacies of an event like a wedding. With Daniel, he immediately connected with us via email and scheduled time to talk with us via phone so he could understand our vision and detail exactly what was required. When he submitted a formal quote to us, his prices were incredibly fair and aligned with the Austin market. The Wheels: What a home-run. We required 2 56 passenger buses and a 26 passenger executive limo spread out across two days. The vehicles were BEAUTIFUL. Designated contacts were also provided with all the drivers' names and texts were sent confirming the drivers had arrived and were ready for loading. The Bottom Line: Look no further than Krystal Luxuries. Daniel the owner has his head on straight and is focused on making sure transportation isn't something you need to concern yourself with. He did arrive late, but he did call to let us know there was an unexpected traffic jam and that he would be late on the pickup. This was not a problem for us and would not have impacted my final review. My main issue was that we had no clue how to use any of the features on the bus (lights, music, television, etc.). The driver explained to me that he was new and never drove this bus before, so he was unaware how it all worked. I definitely don't blame him because I know what it is like to be new to a job. But I feel like the company should provide some better explanations for the driver (or the passengers) on how to use the equipment. Maybe an instruction manual in the back on how to connect to the music or adjust lights etc. After about 2 hours we finally figured out how to connect to the radio, but we couldn't get the audio quality to sound right. It was really fuzzy and if we turned it up it would get extremely distorted like the signal was clipping. The top lights were blinding and we had no idea how to turn them off. The laser lights didn't turn on from the interface in the back. Assuming the controls were in the front? So we finally just gave up on that one. The tv in the back was blank. I was told during booking that they normally put up a fish tank screen which would have been much more aesthetically pleasing than a dead tv. Thankfully we had a good night overall with the activities we did. But was kinda bummed on the overall quality of this service considering the price paid. Again, I don't blame the driver as he did try to make an effort for us. But I do have to admit the whole thing just seemed very unorganized for a luxury limousine service. It seems we may have just gotten unlucky this time based on some other reviews which is very unfortunate. But based off our experience I don't know if I could recommend this service. :( Update: Changing review from 2 to 4 stars. The owners reached out to me and rectified the situation. They were extremely courteous and explained that this was a new driver error and they would make sure this would not happen again.
