Thank you to (think her name was Sami) who answered the phones to set up the service! I had to call back to change it too, to change to a smaller limo! She was very pleasant and went over everything with me (time, charges, etc). I ordered the limo for my bachelorette party. We did not really drive around that much distance wise, but knew we were going to drink, and did not want to drive. Stephan was our driver, and he was sooo nice! He called when he got to our hotel to let him know he arrived, and to let him know when ready. We called him, and when got downstairs, she showed us everything in the car, like how to work the lights, and if we wanted to plug in our own music. And so happy they provide water, as knew we were going to need that later! We had a couple of stops, and each time he was very gracious in getting the door for all of us. When ready to get picked up, we called him and told him where we were (as we did a bar crawl in Round Rock), and he was very prompt in finding us and getting us back into the car, and back to hotel safely! Thank you Stephen! Will use this service again! Thanks! read more

Outstanding service! Very professional and punctual. We had a fantastic time all around Austin due to Limos of Austin transporting us around safely and timely so now reservations were missed! We will use them for all of our limo transportation needs. Price was great too. Highly recommended. read more

Limousine service in Austin is very very expensive compared to other major cities, more than double the price that I would pay in Chicago for example. That aside, Limos of Austin provided excellent service in setting up my ride and being at my location ahead of time. It was an early start (4:30 am pickup for the airport) but my driver kept me informed and sent a text to me when he arrived. The vehicle was an older Escalade, clean but a bit tired. The drive was pleasant and suitably talkative but knew when to quiet the conversation. I got to my destination early. Good service and the price was on par with other Austin services. Recommended. read more

Our driver Doug arrived promptly in a nice clean late model SUV. Doug, our driver was very polite and friendly and engaged himself in our conversations as we rode. We arrived at our first destination, dinner, even a little early and told Doug we'd give him a text when we were read yo be picked up, likely around 630. At 606 Doug texted to let us know he was on his way trying to get to our location even before we'd asked because he knew there was traffic. ETA 642, then 651. There was good communication about what time he would arrive and that was updated frequently. At 638 we texted letting him know we would be waiting at the door. He finally arrived around 7. I feel like he tried, but did not know his way around the city well enough to get around traffic. Full disclosure I have lived in this area for 50 years and drive for a living, but he mentioned he'd been here for 30 and of course, he's a limo driver so obviously he does too. On the way to our event he took a much more circuitous route than I would have and I mentioned it, but he went his way anyway. Even the map app he was using told him to go the way I suggested. He said we needed to be on the north side (26th street) to get to the event entrance, which is true, but heading up San Jacinto would have accomplished the same thing and avoided the drag. We arrived at the venue well after the beginning of the event and missed the entire first round. He was prompt when picking us up from this event, but he was also parked in the lot at the event. When we arrived home I was a bit put off that because we arrived 30 minutes later than the time we had booked he added that to our bill. Yes, it is 30 minutes after the time allotted, but we also missed 30 minutes of our event. I tipped him roughly 25% of the fare even though a $99 gratuity was already added to the bill as a matter of their business practices. We use limousines about four times a year, but will likely use another company if possible. I want to reiterate that Doug was very friendly and polite. read more

Huge shoutout to Alex of Limos of Austin! I can't recommend this company enough. We booked Limos of Austin for our 6am Christmas Day travel to the airport. Their service far exceeded our expectations and began the day before, on Christmas Eve. Our driver, Alex, sent me a "hello" text the day before our trip to introduce himself, assure us that he will be on time, and to confirm the pick up address. That text gave us such a relief. The next day was like clockwork. Alex showed up, wore a mask, helped us load our luggage, made my wife and kids comfortable, drove us smoothly to the airport, dropped us off right at the front, and helped us unload. It could not have gone smoother. The day after, Alex texted me asking if we arrived 'ok' and to thank us for the tip. ALL AROUND GREAT EXPERIENCE! If you're unsure who to book and still searching for a company to fulfill your limo or black car needs just stop and book Limos of Austin. read more

We had a BLAST bar hopping in North Austin for a surprise birthday party. Gary was so relaxed and able to help us have so much fun!

Alanna was super helpful in getting things organised for me (multiple stops) and Aurora was the world's sweetest driver. She was super chill and a great communicator, totally fine with small changes in plan. I couldn't be happier with this company's service from beginning to end. Professional, kind and would use them again in a second. Highly recommended. Tip: bring extra ice (there is only a small amount provided) to keep your bottles in read more

This is long over due. Back in March our group of girls flew in from all over for a 40th Birthday. 7 of us made it. They communicated well all steps. They were professional and accommodating and didn't make us feel high maintenance. Our driver Anthony was the best!!! He took someone back to the house that wasn't feeling good, he text often, took us wherever we wanted to go and was just easy. David was responsive and simple to make the reservations with. I like doing business with these kind of companies. Great job! read more

We were very impressed with Limos of Austin. Their service, attention to detail, quick response and professionalism were bar none. Our driver, Anthony, was fantastic. He showed up on time, was able to pivot to any changes with our event, and handled everything so well--he was outstanding. I called a couple of other limo services before I found Limos of Austin, and without reservation, I would HIGHLY recommend Limos of Austin for any of your business or personal needs. read more

Limos of austin was very helpful and informative throughout the booking process. The limo van they gave us was clean, had good AC and fun lights! The driver Tryanian was great too- took pictures of our group and was so funny! However the suspension on this vehicle was off bc it made a couple ppl in the group carsick. One of the ladies whose bday it was - felt sick and asked the driver to pull over but he said he couldn't and didn't have any kind of bag handy .. my card got charged an extra 200 without any notice for "cleanup". I would have appreciated some sort of notice and a chance to explain what occurred before the charge was made. Not sure what cleanup costs 200 as it was not on any of the seats. If this incident had not happened and the vehicle drove smoother and it was handled better - I would def have given them 5 stars! read more

The bus had zero suspension and made me car sick before the party even started. I asked the driver to pull over and told him I wasn't feeling well and he literally said there was nothing he could do about it. Luckily I skipped dinner but still ended up sick. This was my birthday and we were headed to the Madonna concert so I tried not to let it ruin our night. The company ended up charging $200 for clean up and charging a friends credit card without telling us. Obviously if there was a charge I would be handling it, which I told the driver. The whole thing was handled with zero care or customer service. Not to mention I've never been so sick in a bus and there is no way it cost $200. I'm guessing that fee is really meant for younger patrons getting drunk? I don't know but really disappointed in the experience overall. read more

Limos of Austin have always come through for us! They even stepped in when another company left us high and dry. Always professional, always the best price and always the best driver! (Highly recommend Mark as your driver) Clean vehicles in tip top shape. The care and concern from this company is over the top! Everyone in the office is quick to respond with quotes and questions. Loved our experience with Limos of Austin! We booked them two weeks ahead of our small company's Christmas party, and they were able to accommodate our request for a particular vehicle. Not only were they very competitive on pricing, their vehicles weren't super dated, and were clean & comfortable inside! Our driver Anthony showed up a few minutes early and made sure we knew how to connect to the Bluetooth and gave us his number before we got started. He was a great driver too - maneuvered through Friday @ 5pm traffic on MoPac like it was nothin'! Truly a great driver, and made our outing memorable! read more

I live in LA. I needed to book a car for my boss who was traveling. I dealt with Samantha for the booking. Couldn't be easier. I dealt with Mark when I needed to adjust the pick up times, again couldn't be easier. And my boss just texted to thank me that "Val is one of the best drivers he's ever had." We'll def use them again when in Austin, for both personal and business needs. I found them on Yelp, so thanks Yelpers! read more

Best experience I have ever had with a bus company. From the booking process to the actual event - everything was absolutely SEAMLESS. Our driver, Mark, showed up early for pick up and was waiting for us the second our event was over. I could not say better things about Limos of Austin. The 24 person bus was perfect for our group - definitely recommend booking this for a fun time! I will only be using Limos of Austin from now on!! read more

I have never used another limo service and I doubt I will have to. Limos of Austin gave my group the perfect experience. David helped me with deciding on the vehicle, the amount of time we needed, some bachelor party ideas, and logistics. He was extremely helpful and kind. The Mercedes Sprinter van was immaculate. Clean, spacious, luxurious; it was everything we wanted and more. Our driver PJ was polite, timely, efficient, and professional. We couldn't ask for a better driver. I honestly dont have a single negative comment. Everything was perfect. Thank you David, PJ, and everyone at Limos of Austin for helping make my brother's bachelor party a night to remember. read more

We hired Limos of Austin for my daughter's wedding. they drove bridesmaids and groomsmen back and forth from the chapel to the reception venue. The driver did a great job. He was punctual and followed our instructions. The problem we had was that the 14 passenger limo bus we requested did not have air conditioning. The ladies had on long dresses and the men had 3 piece suits. It was 106 outside and felt like the same temperature inside. i emailed Limos of Austin and did not receive a response. I would not reccomend them, read more

we had the kindest driver named Alex, we wanted to see the murals of Austin. He took care of the itinerary and took us around. He had the patience of a saint. We had to make a detour and he took everything in stride. He then suggested a lunch spot for our drop off point and the view was spectacular. The hospitality was over the top and should we return we definitely us Limos of Austin again read more

We had an amazing experience. Don was right there on time, actually minutes early. He drove efficiently, calmly, and professionally. We had 1,2,3,4 stops and we had 3 minutes to spare at the end. Very quick to pick us back up from each stop. Additionally, one of the passengers needed to go back to the house while we were still at stop 1. He did so with no hesitation or grief. This place was also affordable , compared to EVERYONE I spoke to. Use this awesome Austin company before anyone. read more

Giving Limos of Austin anything less than 5 stars is beyond me! Their rates are great, they're always courteous, on time, proficient, and know the best spots to hit up around Austin and its surrounding areas! They have a vast array of vehicle options to choose from no matter the occasion which is sooo nice. The driver, Anthony was wonderful! Suuuper helpful & informative too. Now the limo itself, their White 6-passenger Chrysler was fantastic with its colored LED lights, amazing sound system, and plenty of room with an A/C system that'll keep you at the perfect temp with this Texas heat (obviously a necessity). 10/10 would (& have) recommend to anyone!! read more

Very prompt in answering questions, and we have a few, only because we have never booked a limo, but this one is special. Professional Service I was very impressed by the professional and speedy service of Limos of Austin. Starting when I inquired for a quote for a 4 person sedan transportation to the day of the wedding, Limos of Austin has nothing been short of professional. The admins at Limos have been super responsive when I was telling them about my needs for our wedding as well as when I was making payments. They were flexible in terms of accepting different forms of payment as well as the amount paid each time. On the day of the wedding, our driver arrived early to pick me up (the bride) from the bridal suite of the reception venue to the church. He also made it clear that if I or we needed anything, just to let him know. He was also ready for pick up when we wrapped up from the ceremony. We booked the ride for 5 hours and ended up using the whole time due to the distance and traffic between the reception venue and the church. The interior of the luxury car was clean and comfortable. The drivers was also very professional and drove with caution both rides back and forth. Overall, I highly recommend Limos of Austin for any luxurious rides you want and need for any event! read more

I used Limos of Austin for my birthday bash and I would rate my overall experience as EXCELLENT! Booking the bus was super easy. The owners - Brad & David are extremely friendly and very helpful in finding the best limo/bus for your occasion. They can accommodate almost any need/service requested. Party bus itself was flawless, one of the nicest/newest buses I have seen in a long time.
