Missed my opportunity with Boulevard Chauffeur to have my aunt chauffeured to the Austin airport, but looking forward to when we can once she's able. Lawrence provided me with white glove service when I had to cancel. I will definitely contact Boulevard Chauffeur again in the future when I need airport service from Georgetown to AUS. Thanks Lawrence! read more

Lawrence went above and beyond! I contacted his company this morning urgently looking for a ride from the airport tonight as my other car service canceled. Lawrence met me in the airport, got my luggage from the carousel, escorted me to the vehicle parked in the loading zone and I was on my way to my place. His car was absolutely clean, great conversation and he is a small business owner who I absolutely recommend 100%. Looking for a corporate partner for execs? Look no further this service is top notch. read more

Fantastic!!!! Tad was a great driver, got us to our location quickly and was very professional.

Great service. Outstanding timeliness. Very good with details and area information and history. Clean high grade vehicle Mercedes.

Punctual, have a great response time. Cars are clean and driver is personable. Have a selection of cars to choose from as well

Top notch experience... awesome overall. Very easy to coordinate scheduling over text + email, professional, and great Sprinter. Our party had a great evening largely in part because Lawrence did a phenomenal job getting us there and back both reliably and effortlessly. Looking forward to using Boulevard Chauffeur for our party transportation needs going forward. So should you! read more

I recently booked Boulevard Chauffeur for an early morning ride to the airport. Ubers tend to be hit or miss, so I wanted the reliability of an established service. I was up and ready on time which is sometimes a challenge. However, 0615 came and went and no driver. Made a few calls with no answer to the service. Finally, I gave up and drove myself...will just have to eat the parking fees. I received a note later in the am with an apology, the driver hadn't followed thru on the reservation. The owner made an offer to comp their next usage. Nice, but that certainly didn't help me out with what I needed them to do. As always, I leave it up to the reader of my feedback to decide whether it's worth the risk to do business with this company. read more

I had an outstanding experience in receiving a quote and booking service. I will definitely use Boulevard again when I travel to Austin.

Can't say enough great things about Boulevard Chauffeur. Excellent drivers and exceptional service. So glad to have found Boulevard Chauffeur. read more

Absolute best service in Austin. We tried many other car services before we met the team at Boulevard.

These guys are awesome and very accommodating! They squeezed our group of 18 people last minute and even tried to help us by referring us to other transportation services if they were not able to accommodate! Definitely will use them for all our future transportation needs in Austin. Also, extremely affordable and cost effective compared to other companies. read more

I had the absolute pleasure of having 3 round trips from Hutto Texas to San Antonio Texas with Lawrence and Sadeem as my drivers for a special cancer treatment. They both were professional, kind and a pleasure to talk to. I felt I was in great care and enjoyed not having to worry about a long drive after that kind of treatment. I appreciate their professionalism. Great job gentleman! Wes Kirkman read more

Highly recommend. Our first post-Covid trip started with a flight departing ATX at 6:17 AM. We didn't want to try our luck with Lyft/Uber/cab drivers at 3:45 in the morning, so we booked ahead with Boulevard. At the specified time, an Escalade showed up and delivered us to the airport. A sober, drama-free driver in the wee small hours. Escalades are really nice. I thought I read the fine print, but I didn't see that a tip is automatically added; so we gave the driver an extra tip in cash. Not really that big of a deal, but I wish we had known. read more

Pros Very responsive and transparent on initial contact. Pricing was clear and communication for pickup and itinerary were well handled. The Escalade was nice and overall it was a smooth and safe ride and I am grateful my wife and her friends had a safe night. Cons Pricey for the experience. We paid for a 5 star experience and that was not the case. Below is my wife's take: For my birthday, my husband hired Boulevard to drive me and three of my girl friends to dinner and karaoke. He picked me up at 5:30pm and dropped me off close to 1am. The final bill came to $900 (plus tip). Considering how much the service cost, I would've expected the driver to help me with my bags and to at least open the door for us. I was wearing heels, carrying a very large cooler bag with a couple bottles of wine, beer, and other drinks for our BYOB night. Two other friends brought large shopping bags as well. The driver got us to our destinations on time and in one piece, but with regards to service, he never left his seat. It took me a few minutes to even get out of the car at the end of the night because I had so many bags to take with me. I had to go in and out of the car twice just to get all my bags out of the very cramped area in front of my seat. He also dropped me off on the street and not on my driveway so it was a bit of walk. I'm no princess, but when someone is paid $900 to drive you somewhere, you'd think they'd at least help with the bags and doors. I also think I shouldn't have to ask. My friends use other drivers and found the service this night to be lacking as well. At the end of the day, if we are taking a ride share or a taxi van you get what you pay for (plenty of these drivers hold doors and help with bags of course). We just expected more for what it cost. read more

Great company, the chauffeur was very accommodating and took care of my wife and her friends all night. They felt comfortable which was a big deal. I will recommend Boulevard chauffeur in the future for sure. read more

My husband had a somewhat last minute business trip to Austin last week and Lawrence saved the day. I called the day before on a Saturday morning to book a car for Sunday morning. Lawrence answered the phone and took the information down. He told me he would be the driver and promptly picked my husband up the next day at the hotel. My husband had him for almost 5 hours on a Sunday. Lawrence is professional, responsive, reliable, and Boulevard Chauffeur is an all around quality service. When in Austin again, we will definitely rely on Boulevard Chauffeur for our needs. read more

Professional, punctual, courteous, personable. I have lived in bicoastal cities using various chauffeur services for business, weddings, special event celebrations, and personal trips to theater and dinners. Since living in Austin, it has been my good fortune to hire the impeccable chauffeur services of Lawrence Wohl. His commitment to customer service is of the highest quality and has been consistent over the years. He has far exceeded the chauffeur companies experienced in New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and Miami through his personal, hands-on attention to detail assuring your experience is one of comfort and efficiency.... Enjoy this experience! read more

My daughter is a student in Southeast Texas and I looked long and hard for someone reliable to get her to and from the airport for breaks. It was important to find someone, reliable, communicative, professional and understanding of the fact I was trusting them with my daughters safety. In this crazy year of 2020 I am very thankful I found Lawrence and Boulevard Limo Service. Not only is Lawrence always on time and communicative, but he understands the mindset of a parent when their college student is traveling. When I communicate with Lawrence I feel like I am speaking with an old friend. He truly cares about his clients and their experience and well being. I will be a loyal customer of Lawrence and Boulevard. read more

I was actually a little unsure of locating a great chauffeur for my son's wedding. I found Boulevard Chauffeur and could not have been happier. Lawrence was wonderful through the entire process. He answered all of my questions, was very accommodating, and communicated every step of the way. Our Rolls Royce Phantom arrived on time and was absolutely beautiful. Lawrence was very professional. My son and his bride LOVED the car. What a lovely send off after a beautiful night! Thank you so much, Lawrence! read more

Apparently they don't have a "chauffeur" license...so you can't drink. Very unfriendly, complained about playing music. Did not pick us up at the door. Good times not by all. Do not recommend this service. Save yourself hundreds of dollars, and get a 50 dollar Uber.... read more

Lawrence was very easy to work with and very organized. The driver was on time, van was very spacious, and great service all around.

Highly recommend calling Boulevard Chauffeur for true service if you need a car service. We've only used them for trips to and from the airport but they meet you and help with luggage which is a huge help. I understand they do driving for wineries, parties, just going to Austin restaurants without the hassle of parking, etc. There's a difference...the chauffeur difference. read more

Lawrence is the definition of first class service. I use him for short trips around town and longer distances. I probably have over 2,000 miles logged with him. He's always early to his appointments with me, wearing a suit, and has the most impressive shoe style. Take note! He communicates well with me as a client and have no reservations recommending him. Whether business or personal, client service or loved ones, this is a first class treatment. read more

Lawrence was ready and waiting for us after the hubs booked our reservation. He was on time (maybe had to wait a bit for us- cuz kids needed a potty break after deplaning -lol). But Lawrence called and confirmed he was here. He was excellent in assisting us with our luggage - cuz with kids you can't really go without checking in the max bags per person. Then we got to all pile in to his very clean and spacious Escalade. He even had car seats ready to go, which I was a bit worried about. But phew~! He put my mind at ease right away -and it was a very professional service! Kids were so chill they even fell asleep during the ride! Would def recommend again. Thanks Lawrence~! read more

Truly exceptional transportation experience. In the midst of the COVID19 pandemic, our family decided to visit Austin from Las Vegas for my husband's hockey tournament. I was already anxious about traveling, but Boulevard Chauffeur did an excellent job communicating about our transportation needs, ensuring we had an additional stop at a local grocery store between the airport and hotel, and the driver and cars were in impeccable condition. So grateful that we were able to rely on such high quality transportation during our visit. Highly recommend Boulevard Chauffeur for all of your Austin transportation needs. read more

I used Lawrence for the first time this week, and will not be using another service. Living on the fringes of Spicewood, I wasn't sure about what car service/cab options would be available to me, OR how badly I would be tuned up for a ride to the airport... Neither of which was an issue. Lawrence arrived on time, has a route to the airport that was insanely faster than I was even aware was possible, and was less expensive that a conventional cab. Add the great conversation, and he has a new customer for as long as he's driving. read more

We had an important investor meeting and I chose Boulevard Chauffeur because not only was Lawrence very responsive, but I relied on the great reviews I read on Yelp. We used him for 2 days and we were very happy with him and the service he provided. His rates were better than others in town as well. We don't use transportation service very often but when we do, I will definitely use Lawrence again! Thank you! I highly recommend! read more

When you travel as much as I do, finding a reliable and safe way to the airport is essential! But, a trip to the airport shouldn't be just a ride, it should be an experience that puts you in a great mood before you begin your journey or it should ease your mind from any anxiety that you may be feeling about your trip. This is exactly what happens when Lawrence from Boulevard Chauffeur picks me up and takes me to the airport. He greets me as if I am an old friend. We exchange stories of our families, talk about the latest tech gadgets and Lawrence never disappoints with new jokes to share. Lawrence has a fantastic sense of humor and maintains professionalism and courtesy for the entire time that we are together. If you want a ride to the airport, get a van or a cab to pick you up. If you want a relaxing, comforting and thoroughly enjoyable experience, then book Lawrence with Boulevard Chauffer for your next trip to the airport or for your next event. read more

Great service from beginning to end. Easy to book...driver on time with immaculate vehicle. Driver stayed with us until he found porter to help with bags. Reasonable rate for such exceptional service. Will highly recommend. read more

I've used Lawrence with Boulevard Chauffeur about half a dozen times now, for taking my wife and I to and from the airport. It removes part of the stress and hassle of travel. Lawrence is easy to schedule with - I just drop him an email with the specifics, and he always responds promptly. When flying back home, a quick text and I know exactly where he'll be to meet us. He's always on time, courteous, and professional. He has a few different cars - all very nice. Mercedes S class, BMW 7, Town Car - very comfortable rides. It's a bit of a treat for my wife and I to have a car service to and from the airport, but it really does make things easier. We'll continue to use Lawrence for our chauffeur needs. read more

I booked this trip while I was still jetlagged on a long trip to Australia where not everything went quite right. As it turns out, I didn't even give the right flight number for my pickup but Lawrence messaged me multiple times and places to try to confirm (unfortunately I was in the air). When we did finally arrive, Lawrence was still there waiting, even without a definite flight number. Excellent personal service, friendly the whole time, beautiful clean vehicle, and my new go-to for both work and personal trips. Thanks so much for making our Austin arrival smooth after 24 hours of traveling, even with wrong info! read more

Lawrence at Boulevard Chauffeur is a breath of fresh air. I travel almost every week, and have been a client of his for almost 2 years. Lawrence is timely, professional, and conversational; everything you want in a consistent driver. Many times that I have a friend or family member picking me up, I will mention him to someone on a flight, and will hear nothing but great feedback from their experience as well. Unfortunately for me, he is becoming less of the frequent traveler's best-kept-secret, and I'm realizing that he is surely becoming a hot commodity! read more
