I needed to take time to Praise Boulevard Limousine Services and Lawrence. I have used this provider twice now. On Saturday morning 20 of us set to leave for Vegas. With a 4am pick up time, Lawrence arrived early and was dressed professional and was quick and polite while loading all our luggage. Our return was set for Thursday but the Coronavirus had its own plans for us. On Sunday afternoon I called Lawrence and asked if he could please pick us up on Tuesday because Vegas is shutting down. With restaurants closing, shows cancelled, pools and spas closed, we needed to leave. Lawrence went a step above and responded by saying......."I'm really sorry this is happening to you but no problem I will be there and if your flight gets cancelled I will drive to Vegas and pick you up"! My system was shocked with the kindness he displayed and calmed me down. Drive to Vegas to bring us back to Texas!!!!!! Things were changing minute by minute. On Sunday evening I received a message from MGM group that all guests had until Tuesday at noon to check out because they were shutting down all their properties. PANIC MODE!!!!!! I called Lawrence and in a panic asked him he would please pick us up on Monday evening. Again he calms me down and comforts me by saying yes I will be there and I mean it, if your flight gets cancelled I will drive to Vegas and pick y'all up. Upon arriving home, Lawrence was there waiting for us at baggage claim. I travel often and have used other services but NO ONE HAS EVER CARED ABOUT MY FEELINGS. This is the best limo service I could ever imagine. So this is basically what happened: I am currently out of town and my husband had a birthday yesterday. I really wanted to get him a nice cake. First, I contacted all bakeries open on Sunday and asked them about delivery options. Surprisingly, I could not find anything. 3 hours later I had an idea to try taxi services for delivering my cake from a selected bakery. 8 or so places didn't even have an operator. Some places said that they can't do it. A couple of the places sort of agreed to do it, but then when their drivers called me, they could not understand what I was asking for because their English was so bad. When I called Lawrence he said he could help me but he didn't feel right about charging me the limo fee for a fast cake delivery. So he actually suggested that I reach out to a couple of places which may offer the desired service (Whole Foods and GreenLight). I went ahead and tried to reach out to these places. Right when I was giving up any hope, he called me back and said that if I don't find anything he would do it for free. Unfortunately, I didn't find anything and I had to use his offer. I did ask to pay him something because I felt uncomfortable, but he absolutely refused to take any money. This was great experience. I would definitely recommend him to everyone! read more

Typically our family shuttles us to and from the airport, but on our last visit to Austin, we needed a 4am taxi for our family of four. I had seen the name of another car service, and almost booked them, but fortunately checked Yelp to find that the other service had horrible reviews. I saw Boulevard's listing, spoke with Lawrence, and he scheduled Blake to pick us up in a new BMW SUV. I instantly had the peace of mind that this was handled, and sure enough, when I looked outside at 4am, Blake was there. He was a pleasure to talk to, and we easily made our flight. One morning, a competing service left me stranded at 3:45AM. I waited. 4:00... 4:10... 4:30... the other service was a no-show.
