Excellent service! As the other reviews say, communication is great from reservation to drop off, and beyond if necessary. Doug, our driver, kept us informed throughout the ride and assisted us with loading and unloading. After the ride, I realized I mistakenly left my daughter's jacket in the van. I called Doug and he said he would hold it until I was back in town. Life got in the way, and I didn't get to calling him until nearly a month after the ride. He said he was so glad i called, and that he had been spending time calling other numbers, trying to find me. He met me that night after he was done with work with the jacket. Pretty easy. I texted the number provided to book a future reservation she got back within the hour. She opened the schedule so I could book my round trip reservation! I showed up at the pick up site, the shuttle was on time and departed promptly! She knew who she reserved. She was super sweet and even helped with my bag! This shuttle is reasonably priced, always on time or early, the drivers are very nice and professional. My baby and I rode the 230 AM shuttle and he stayed asleep the entire ride because the driver was driving at a good speed and there wasn't too much noise.
