Jason is an amazing park manager. He made my entire experience so frictionless, and I'm a first-timer. He's patient with newbie questions, thorough with the process, and I think I'm really gonna like it here! The park has everything I need and nothing I don't. There's even a vending machine for snack attacks! This place is a little hidden gem right if I35 southbound, right by the Belton Expo Center / Cadence Bank Center. 2 gas stations are within reasonable walking distance for last minute needs if you don't feel like driving. read more

Had a smooth experience. well lit on highway. THAT IS A MUST!! for those of us coming in after dark, and after hours. WHAT WOULD REALLY BE NICE, is, once you get to the "which way to go" part, if there were some small signs with NUMBER SLOTS a1-20 this way, { 22-40} etc....Just saves lots of late night stress, and sleepy Husband aggravation syndrome to be LESS!! read more

I highly highly recommend this rv park. I have stayed here for 4 months while house hunting. Jason the manager is awesome!!!!! Very helpful, great at communication and accommodating. Residents are friendly. Park hosts keep up with maintenance. The pool is kept clean and ready for enjoyment for all. Unlike several other parks in the area. This one has many mature trees that provide shade for much of the park. A week before departure from the park, A new swing set was built for the kids near the dog park. Other than some highway noise this park is VERY quiet at all hours of the day. Since it is located next to the Expo center you are well within walking distance to events held there. I didn't mention affordable!!! Compared to many other parks in the area this one is more affordable since it doesn't have a bunch of unneeded amenities, it has what is needed. Laundry, pool, vending machine, covered hangout patio, and air conditioned Rec room. One other big perk for the park that is not directly connected is the sunbelt rv parts and repair building you pass to get in and out of the park. Great guys in there. I hope this helps someone in their search for a temporary stay or long term. read more

This place is to expensive for what you get .. tight spaces , not level , other RV residents block roads from going in and out .. trees need trimmed back .. roads are awful!! The only thing this park offers is right off highway! Should not be rated so highly on yelp. read more

This is a great place to stay! I've been here for several months and have had no complaints. Great staff and amenities. They are constantly updating things in the park. Shower houses, swimming pool, and washer and dryers they have it all. They do back ground checks so you don't have to worry about anything coming up missing. Super convenient, relatively quiet (only noise is from 35 and not bad), affordable park. Jess is super accommodating. Lots of long term folks, everyone is friendly. Pool was closed due to Covid. The park has the cleanest laundry room in 7000 miles of RV travel! 15 minutes to town. Good place, great rates if you need a monthly spot. Low frills but budget friendly. read more

Great people and a great location! We were Hurricane Harvey refugees. What started out as a few day camping trip to escape the wrath of Harvey turned into a week plus extended trip. Tried to have propane bottles filled here, all bottles inspected but SHE would not fill them because they did not have a knob on top that had just three sections on them. Said it wasn't safe or legal. She is wrong told me bottles were illegal. She's so stupid. read more

My wife and I stayed here when it was owned by the family associated with Sunbelt RV Center. It's not the same as then (different owners), It's an older park, mostly full timers (which is what the new owner has groomed it for, more like a mobile home park then a RV park). However, it has a very nice pool, laundry room, restrooms are very clean, lots of hot water for long showers after a day at work or on the road, ample supplies in the store, book and cd exchange, exercise room, etc! Convenient to the Belton Expo Center. If Melissa is in the office you'll be treated well! They do have slots for over night guests, but call ahead first, the ofc closes at 5 and it's not open on weekends. They have full hook ups and sell propane. Then if you have a need for parts or service, check out Sunbelt RV Center at the entrance. They aren't associated but are close by! read more

we stayed here before, a few years ago it was better back then, office staff had changed a few times, place is going down hill. they got rid of the cable but still charge the same rate. WIFI doesn't work hardly at all. maintenance man recently quit, his replacement was fired within a week. same washers and dryers were still not working from our last stay. pot holes in roads are bigger. not kid friendly, office manager says complaints made about kids running loose around the rv park but will not provided evidence of complaints. lets other residents pile clutter around their site. she parks right in front of office entrance so others have park further away to walk to office or laundry room. she made up lies about a disabled veteran and his family and had the home office evict them. only half the grass around our site was cut. slow turn around on filling propane tanks. office seems like its never open during their "business hours". almost impossible to get ahold of anyone by phone. read more
