We couldn't have asked for a better service than Hello Sunshine Tours! Sunshine was so friendly and efficient from the very first interaction on the phone until the end of the tour. She was very communicative and timely. The vehicle was spotless, supplied with bottles of water and a cooler you can store your bevarages in. The kareoke singing was a nice perk during the trips. Wonderful experience! Very communicative while setting up arrangements, amazing conversation during the ride, and the most pleasant experience from start to finish. Thank you so much for the airport drop off!! read more

I arranged an airport run the night before for a 6AM pickup. They were no shows. At 6:30AM I get a text saying something about a passenger being sick and they don't know when they can get to me. I was able to get a hold of Tim at Tim's Taxi and he managed to get me to the airport with just enough time to make my flight despite losing over half an hour. I can't fathom why they didn't notify me sooner than a half hour after my pickup time that they were not gonna make it. read more

We enjoyed having Sunshine drive us around to all our scheduled tastings. She was punctual, fun, offered recommendations and very professional. We will book her every time we visit Fredericksburg! read more

Sunshine is an absolutely fantastic driver and her car service is second to none! We live in Austin and wanted to do our own brewery tour up in Dripping Springs and Sunshine made sure our day was safe and enjoyable for everyone. Her van was comfortable and clean - she was always ready to bring us to our next destination and she was flexible as our initial agenda changed throughout the day. Sunshine and her services are an absolute must to travel safely to and from your destinations! read more

Sunshine is fantastic!!! We had a wonderful day touring Fredericksburg wine country with her!!! She was very professional, punctual, and communicative. And she helped us stay on schedule. The car was very comfortable, and she had it fully stocked with snacks and water. Sunshine is very attentive. When we were walking from Health Sparkling Wines to the restaurant, she came over to offer a ride since it was so hot. Her services are very reasonably priced. Our experience with Sunshine is the antithesis of what Jessica G wrote. We will definitely use Sunshine's service again and highly recommend her!!! read more

If you're looking for a chill, comfortable, pressure-free way to safely drink wine all day in Fredericksburg, then look no further -- Sunshine is the driver you need to hire. My wife and I had an incredible day checking out the wineries and we owe that to her. She took fantastic care of us and even went above and beyond helping us pick and reserve places to go on-the-fly. Her recommendations were top-notch and she was never pushy or intrusive. Her personality truly lives up to her namesake and we'll be going to her exclusively in the future for all of our FBG driving needs. read more

Two airport rides with Sunshine and she couldn't have been more professional and accommodating. Last minute and on top of that my inbound flight was delayed an hour and a half and she was understanding and kind. I was half asleep and she engaged in conversation only when I did. I love a driver who "reads the room." Thank you, Sunshine! read more

I am a repeat customer of Sunshine! I first used her services back in 2020 and I will be booking my fourth time next weekend for my annual Fredericksburg trip. Sunshine sets a whole other standard of service. I have dietary restrictions and she went above and beyond for snacks. She is always punctual and attentive. She takes pictures for us to look back on from the day. She is super organized and will go thru excessive steps to ensure the day is perfect - she has jumped thru hoops to get us last minute reservations when we wanted to switch up plans. She has great relationships with the vineyards to ensure you get that elevated experience. I can't imagine not having Sunshine if I travel to Fredericksburg. I will continue to see her every year and recommend her to everyone. read more

BEWARE!!! Deserves 0 stars! Worst Service ever and OVERPRICED! Was also rude and had quite the attitude for being a "woman owned business" Please save yourself and ride with someone else! Also you can't get a word in because all she does is talk talk talk and even puts down other companies - which I am NOW going to try out for our Next Fred adventure!!! See you never CRAZY LADY!!! read more
