In His Hands Transportation service is literally a life saver! Story time--April 15 was Day 1 of the inaugural Two Step Inn music festival held in Georgetown, Texas. We had an awesome time at the festival but the only issue was that when they crammed 30,000+ people into little Georgetown, there was not enough cellular service to support the demand. Lots of people, including us, were left stranded without ways to get home because there was no way to get in contact with many rideshare services. Enter: In His Hands Transportation. I was able to get enough signal about 1.5 hours after the concert to call information and get in contact with In His Hands. Initially they were unavailable but the operator assured me they would call back when a driver was available. About 5 minutes later, I get a call back and get a ride scheduled! TL;DR: Jason exceeded all our expectations. He's someone I could trust with my family. Context: It was the first time our family had traveled with our boy/girl twins. They had never traveled on a plane, never taken a ride in a car that was not one of our family vehicles. As parents, you know what's coming! A few weeks prior to our travel date, I decided to take a look at my options on yelp for securing transportation from and to the airport. My wife and kids were coming back alone as I had to head to Miami for a work conference directly from Cabo. Jason assured me he would have car seats, and he called me that evening to say he did. On the day of the seats were in good condition and installed correctly, no wiggling, installed to perfection. Day before he called to confirm pick-up time. He showed up to our home 10 minutes early and waited patiently while we struggled to get two kids and 8 pieces of luggage from the house to his Dodge Van. He was helpful getting the luggage in the van. Here's how you know your a dad. Jason said calmly, "Does your daughter like the movie Frozen?", as he hands my daughter a cup with Elsa and Ana, which immediately stopped my daughter from crying. The car was exceptionally clean, the car driving was smooth and patient, and the conversations were pleasant. En route, we planned how my wife would coordinate with him on her return with the luggage and kids by herself. When we got the airport, he helped us with our luggage, and even picked up my boy from the van to the floor. We shook hands, parted ways and he ensured me everything will great. Needless to say, the trip back for my wife and kids went flawless thanks to him. These little details matter. They resonate. It provides a sense of security and relief for a family. We were a little nervous as this was the first link in a complicated trip to Europe but Jason was very dependable and thorough - he even suggested a modified pick-up time to accommodate a very busy Austin Airport. Jason recently took our church to a service in another city, and he was extremely professional. He was polite, patient, and friendly! These traits are something missing with other transportation companies as they are only concerned with money and not the patrons riding, but Jason was/is a 5-star driver. My husband, toddler 3 year-old, and I moved to Austin from the Bay Area and needless to say, planning the move was already so stressful. We needed a ride from AUS to our new home, so I searched on Yelp - there were other companies with great reviews, but I found their prices to be somewhat steep. I stumbled upon Jason's company In His Hands (great, catchy name btw), and decided to put in a reservation request on their website. I followed up with a call right afterwards, where Jason confirmed an AUS pickup time at 4pm for our arrival, and he also quoted us a price that I couldn't believe - it was less than half the price of the other companies I looked into! We told him we will have 9 luggages and he assured us his van will be able to fit it all. We arrived at AUS and got our luggage way earlier than we anticipated at 3pm - I called Jason and he arrived around 3:40pm instead of 4pm, 20min earlier than our original reservation. All our luggages fit his clean van, conversation during the ride with him was great, and he's the real deal.
