I used this company twice when I recently had foot surgery. Very pleasant to work with and I felt much safer than going with an uber driver. I'd definitely use them again. read more

Jason is amazing!!! We used him during Two Step. We stayed in Leander; he was way better than Uber/Lyft. Very dependable and accommodating. We used him both days of the festival. You can't go wrong...give him a call for transportation if you are in the Williamson County area. :) read more

Communication. Jason was very courteous, but did not follow through. Said he would call us the day before our trip to the airport. He did not call. We called the day of our trip, he apologized, but then we found he did not even have our complete address. Sadly, I cannot recommend his company. read more

Jason has taken us to and from Austin-Bergstrom Airport on more than one occasion. He's courteous, prompt, reliable, and an excellent driver. Plus he's a great conversationalist and his pricing is reasonable. He handles more than just airport transportation. Can't ask for much more than that! read more

Texted a couple of days before our departure and the night before. Message that he was on the way and then when Stuart arrived. Perfect-one less thing to worry about. Very nice guy and excellent driving. read more

My friend came for a visit from California and I was supposed to drive her back to the airport but I had a minor toe procedure that she was worried about me driving. We talked about a door to door but wasnt sure if it would be too late. Flat rate and no stops along the way. Driver came on time even with me giving him directions and brought my friend earlier to her flight. Thank you for coming out to Jarrell and getting my friend to the airport. read more

i am a very happy passenger of this company. So reliable for a senior like me who is unable to drive any more. On time and always getting me to the destination and pick up. Since I am back also with the news that I won.t be driving again, I turn to my friends In His Hands. Thank you I look forward to being able to get around, freely and safely and with my excellent people who care. Sheila Wilson. read more

A very dependable service. Jason is smart and saavy and great to talk to! I go to the Cancer Center in Georgetown Texas and Jason is always on time. And a great listener. Soon I will have to go to Court in December and I know I will be on time and will be returned home afterwards! In His Hands is highly recommended by me and other Taxi services as well as Doctor offices. I tell all other patients at Cancer Center to keep Jason and In His Hands in mind. Dependable and great pricing. Car is remarkably clean and fun! read more

I would have given a higher rating, but I paid an extra $10 to go from Georgetown to the Austin airport via toll roads. Instead, the driver went via Hiway 35, even when I questioned him about it. We still made it on time, but I feel cheated. read more

In His Hands Transportation service is literally a life saver! Story time--April 15 was Day 1 of the inaugural Two Step Inn music festival held in Georgetown, Texas. We had an awesome time at the festival but the only issue was that when they crammed 30,000+ people into little Georgetown, there was not enough cellular service to support the demand. Lots of people, including us, were left stranded without ways to get home because there was no way to get in contact with many rideshare services. Enter: In His Hands Transportation. I was able to get enough signal about 1.5 hours after the concert to call information and get in contact with In His Hands. Initially they were unavailable but the operator assured me they would call back when a driver was available. About 5 minutes later, I get a call back and get a ride scheduled! The price was very affordable and the customer service was aces. Thank you for everything, In His Hands! read more

TL;DR: Jason exceeded all our expectations. He's someone I could trust with my family. Context: It was the first time our family had traveled with our boy/girl twins. They had never traveled on a plane, never taken a ride in a car that was not one of our family vehicles. As parents, you know what's coming! A few weeks prior to our travel date, I decided to take a look at my options on yelp for securing transportation from and to the airport. My wife and kids were coming back alone as I had to head to Miami for a work conference directly from Cabo. Jason assured me he would have car seats, and he called me that evening to say he did. On the day of the seats were in good condition and installed correctly, no wiggling, installed to perfection. Day before he called to confirm pick-up time. He showed up to our home 10 minutes early and waited patiently while we struggled to get two kids and 8 pieces of luggage from the house to his Dodge Van. He was helpful getting the luggage in the van. Here's how you know your a dad. Jason said calmly, "Does your daughter like the movie Frozen?", as he hands my daughter a cup with Elsa and Ana, which immediately stopped my daughter from crying. The car was exceptionally clean, the car driving was smooth and patient, and the conversations were pleasant. En route, we planned how my wife would coordinate with him on her return with the luggage and kids by herself. When we got the airport, he helped us with our luggage, and even picked up my boy from the van to the floor. We shook hands, parted ways and he ensured me everything will great. Needless to say, the trip back for my wife and kids went flawless thanks to him. These little details matter. They resonate. It provides a sense of security and relief for a family. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again, and again, for my kids, parents, parties, all occasions. read more

Great experience. Called 9:30 pm for a 3 am pickup. Both the person on the phone and the driver were very professional and efficient. Driver showed up on time and was very pleasant to talk with. After calling a few other services which I thought others prices were way to high, I was lucky to find this service was extremely reasonably priced. I needed a last minute ride to Austin airport and this company was the perfect fit for me. Thanks and I will think of you guys anytime I need a ride anywhere! read more

Had relatives coming in from out of town and staying in Round Rock. So needed a pick up from airport and then a drive back to airport a few days later. This service was the best price and came with a great driver. My guests loved him so much they wanted to invite him to the family event they flew in for. read more

This was our first time using In His Hands Transportation. We were a little nervous as this was the first link in a complicated trip to Europe but Jason was very dependable and thorough - he even suggested a modified pick-up time to accommodate a very busy Austin Airport. Our trip was to begin with a morning connecting flight to Dallas but at 2am I got a message from the airline that this flight was cancelled. We were lucky to rebook on an earlier flight and so I called Jason - the owner - at 4am and explained the situation. He immediately came and picked us up and got us to the airport in a reliable and safe manner. We found Jason to be friendly and very professional and we have already booked his services for a future trip. I have no hesitation in heartedly recommending In His Hands Transportation. read more

Jason recently took our church to a service in another city, and he was extremely professional. He was polite, patient, and friendly! These traits are something missing with other transportation companies as they are only concerned with money and not the patrons riding, but Jason was/is a 5-star driver. The van was very clean, it had enough seating room, and the climate control was excellent which all made for an enjoyable ride. Jason drove with care, and paid attention to the other cars on the highway so that we were not in an accident. Everyone in the van agreed that Jason was excellent, and we look forward to riding again with In HIS Hands Transportation in the future! read more

This is the second time I've used this service. A year later I can still say that they're still great! This was just a local trip to collect my car in Liberty Hill. Great service, great price, on time, lovely car, water and nice music. Glad to use them again! read more

Hired Jason to drive my daughter to ABIA. He was very nice and professional. He Made my reservation, gave me a quote, and called to confirm the day before. He arrived on time (5 am!) carried luggage to the car, and whisked my girl safely to the airport. She said he was very nice during the ride as well. I highly recommend. Thank you Jason! read more

My husband, toddler 3 year-old, and I moved to Austin from the Bay Area and needless to say, planning the move was already so stressful. We needed a ride from AUS to our new home, so I searched on Yelp - there were other companies with great reviews, but I found their prices to be somewhat steep. I stumbled upon Jason's company In His Hands (great, catchy name btw), and decided to put in a reservation request on their website. I followed up with a call right afterwards, where Jason confirmed an AUS pickup time at 4pm for our arrival, and he also quoted us a price that I couldn't believe - it was less than half the price of the other companies I looked into! We told him we will have 9 luggages and he assured us his van will be able to fit it all. We arrived at AUS and got our luggage way earlier than we anticipated at 3pm - I called Jason and he arrived around 3:40pm instead of 4pm, 20min earlier than our original reservation. All our luggages fit his clean van, conversation during the ride with him was great, and he's the real deal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jason's service and company - thank you Jason!! read more

Jason has been very reliable. His car is nice and clean, he is very polite and timely. Or price was less than the local SunCity shuttle. We have used him 3 times now and are just booking the 4th! It can't get any better than this. Thank you for this great service. read more

Jason has a great local transportation company. He is responsive and conscientious. We called last minute, he showed up on time and he was as ready when we needed a ride back home. My sister flew in from Atlanta for the weekend. We only had a couple days to see the sites and catch up on lost time. I contacted In His Hands Transportation and they put together a city hot spot tour package for me. The rates were reasonable for what they offered. And the tour was super fun. It allowed us the opportunity to enjoy beverages and chat while viewing beautiful scenery! Our driver was prompt, courteous and professional. I certainly plan on using them in the future! read more

Jason drove my wife and I to the airport earlier this month. We were able to establish the cost and route on the phone several days in advance. The price was slightly higher than Super Shuttle, but we were the only passengers. Jason was right on time and everything went smoothly. We would use this service again if the need arises. In His Hands Transportation is a very professional and reliable company. Jason was Excellent to work with. I used the transportation service to pick up my son from his summer job 3 days a week.
