The service was just perfect. The young lady who helped us gave us a tour (first time being there) of everything. The bastions were clean and nicely decorated. I highly recommend this establishment if you like family-friendly people and great food!

Unfortunately, after our visit this past Sunday, we won't be returning. On our very first plate, my sister found an aluminum wire mixed into her fried rice. Not a hair, not a bone but an actual wire. As you can imagine, everyone at the table immediately lost their appetite. We flagged down the waitress, and she quickly took the plate away before anyone else nearby could see it. Thankfully, I managed to take a photo. She brought the manager over, and his explanation made the situation even worse. He claimed that the wire must have come from the "brush they use to clean," and insisted it was okay. That reasoning made absolutely no sense. If the wire came from a cleaning brush, why wasn't the wok rinsed properly? And if it somehow ended up inside the fried rice, what exactly is going on in the kitchen? How many people have eaten these wires without noticing over the years? Food safety is not something to be brushed off with excuses. This was our last visit here. If you care about cleanliness and proper kitchen standards, I would proceed with caution.

The food is kinda same quality, same taste with Flaming buffet and other with the same price range. It was very crowded inside and a bit difficult to get around for food. They share the parking lot with Seapot, so make sure to park on King Buffet's side (there are signs saying the vehicle would be towed if you park on Seapot's side to go to King Buffet). Won't come back. I rather go to Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon Chinese Buffet. Paying more but much better selections, clean and nice seating area, better quality and taste.

Unfortunately, our visit became very embarrassing due to how my wife was treated by staff. After being seated, we waited several minutes before our drink order was taken. During dinner, I briefly left for the gaming floor while my wife stayed behind to finish eating. A few minutes later, my wife called me upset because staff members were accusing her of not paying for her meal. When I returned, there were several employees surrounding my wife in front of the entire dining room. The hostess stated she did not recognize me, and the waiter, who had already served us multiple times, initially failed to remember us as well. My wife attempted to show proof of payment on her phone, but it would not load due to network issues. The waiter had also already removed the receipt from our table. After I reminded the waiter of our drink order and details from our service, he finally remembered us and confirmed we had paid. By that point, however, my wife had already been publicly embarrassed while numerous guests watched the situation unfold. We understand mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and humiliating. We hope this matter is addressed so future guests are not treated similarly.

Very dated and the air conditioning needed to be cranked up. 100+ degrees outside and the pumped up grills in use were canceling out the air. SERVICE: Here is where ALL the deductions add up.
