The pizza was cold and the service sucks. I ordered pizza and bread twists and asked for my appetizer first but I still ended up getting my pizza first and then my appetizer 5 minutes later. I pelitly complained and told them I did not want them because I asked for appetizer first and a small lady named Lucy refused to listen to anything I had to say and was completely rude to me. I won't be going here again. Marry pizza is 10x better read more

Placed a to-go order, came in to pick up when they told me, they said it's still in the oven and they'll bring it to me. Nobody in the restaurant or line, I sat and waited an extra 20 minutes and nobody ever came up to me. Ridiculous for not being busy. read more

My sister-in-law called in to order pizza for delivery for my nephews and specifically told the person she spoke to "my son is going to be paying for the pizza, he has $80 and to please tell the delivery guy to give him his change back so that he can then tip accordingly" this is not what happened he did not give him his change back and therefore collected a more than $20 tip. A call was made to the restaurant and the situation was explained and the manager did not give back the change that was supposed to be given and did not compensate nor offer to compensate to fix the issue. She stated that "this happens all the time and u should question your son he's probably pocketed it" Needless to say that this restaurant has some very unhonest employees and we will no longer be giving this location any business. read more

I order two pizzas n bread sticks called ahead for pick up with in 30 mins i was home n happy. Hit da spot oh yeah! I spent around 70 bucks so its pricy read more

This was the WORST Round Table pizza I've ever had. Hardly any red sauce, dry as a bone. In addition, it wasn't fully cooked and very doughy. I brought it home and after my husband and I ate some, we both looked at each other and said "this pizza is horrible." Very, very disappointing -- we expected our pizza to be a delicious, quality Round Table pizza, like we usually have from other Round Table restaurants in Sonoma County. Not even close, a one star rating is too good for Windsor Round Table. read more

Wow, I as well have been going to this round table for like ever. But I had reserved a room for my sons birthday recently , and i was calling to confirm that the space was reserved. It took them almost 2 min to actually answer the phone, then i was put on hold for a bout another miniute. Finally when someone got back on the phone, the barely spoke any english and thought i was calling to cancel the party room. I had to repeat myself about three times, until the man finally understood i was calling to CONFIRM the party room. When he told me to call them back twohours later becuase they were too busy to answer my question, that would only take 45 seconds. I know round table gets super busy but on a wednesday night at 8:15, come on!!!! Talk about horrible customer service. Only if the CEO would read these reviews..... read more

I have been eating at this round table since its been there and never had a problem on paying close to 30 dollars for a Xl pizza but after coming in today and having a semi warm pizza with cold chicken and trying to explain to the manager Tara that I didn't want any money back or anything for free just expect good service and hot food and her telling me it was hot enough I don't think I'll be back she was very rude and she's not the one who was eating it and having to wait for it.... Beware of the Windsor round table and the evil red head Tara read more

Emilia has been here 20 years. Best server in Windsor. Loves her job and is good at it. Pizza was round Table Pizza. Same everywhere. Good

Came into this place thinking "wow this is a nice area, this will be a nice place".... WRONG. It's dirty, no forks and things missing from the salad bar and service was horrible. A bunch or rude teenage girls, and a crotchety older lady. They walk around and eat and drink whenever, in full view of customers. Only reason I gave it two stars is the pizza is good. But please...stay away if you can. read more

In general the roundtable pizza is good. I think this was just not my lucky day. I ordered the barbecue chicken pizza. I got the crispy crust option. I asked the server if the pizza was crispy and she assured me that it was. The pizza was under done. So it was a gummy moist mess. The wait time seemed long for the store to not be that busy on a Sunday evening. read more

Just spent $35 on raw garlic twists and a raw large pizza. That's cool! I want my money back! That's super annoying that it's obviously undercooked and they still boxed it up. Great job round table employees! You must be blind. read more

when you go too a round table you would think there all the same . well there not poor service ! I wont be going back to this one maybe its what they pay there people I don't know . read more

Took my boys there to watch the Big Screen TV and have good food. They use to love going there, because they could watch the Big Screen TV and be kids while being out at a restaurant. Unfortunately, Round Table Windsor has changed their rules and now will only allow News or Sports on the TV's. Even when there were no Adults present. When we were there, there were several kids staring at a base ball game. Totally boring for them, we won't be back for our Boys Night Out Dinner again. read more

This is my first restaurant review ever on yelp. So angry with these folks....it was enough to start reviewing on Yelp. Customer service was awful. They put me on hold without notice. I could hear private conversations about moving and security deposits in the background. They refused to deliver pizzas to us because our driveway is on a side street that is out of town limits. Our property is actually on the town line. It is a simple and easy delivery for them. In the past, there has been no problem but the manager today Tara decided that today it was a problem and wouldn't listen. She was horrible. It was absolutely ridiculous. We called Mary's pizza in Windsor afterwards. They were totally nice and NEVER questioned our address. Go to Mary's folks. read more

Ordered a pizza for take out at this Round Table location. I should have checked the pizza before leaving but I just assumed it was the correct one. After arriving home, I realized it was the wrong pizza. I called to let them know and they said they would mail me a coupon for a free pizza next time. I told them I didn't want to wait for a coupon and I would like to come by the next day to get it. The girl said that's fine. So, the next day I call for my free pizza but no one knows anything about it. They tell me the only way to get the free pizza was with a coupon. Really? Never going back to this Round Table again. read more

I have been a huge advocate of Round Table for 2 decades now, but never in all of the years I have ordered pizza for dine in, take out or delivery, has anyone offered to have the pizza cut in smaller slices for children. Misty answered the phone, asked how my evening was, heard we were getting pizza for a slumber party and not only offered to cut the slices in smaller pieces, but told me to remind them to offer me Paper Plates when I came in to pick the pizzas up. That is not just customer service, that is above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you Misty and thank you Round Table for your continued excellence in serving me and my guests!! read more

Ordered a pizza to be delivered & we never got it. There was a miscommunication the first time, but when they said they would come back, it's been 1 hour later and we still don't have our pizza. After calling again, they said they called us 3 times saying they were here, but we never got any calls- even after confirming our phone number. Overall poor service and commutation. read more

The worst pizza in town. You can't always rely on this place for a simple good pizza.

Pizza Good! I do wonder why though that people think it's ok to share a salad.....are they too cheap to buy 2? If they don't want to eat much, then they need to buy a small salad! Oh wait, I know RTP needs to make a price for the "family" to have all the salad they want! RTP DOES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK YOU "NOT" TO SHARE! Uhhhh, Ya, do people eat off of each others plates at home? Ya, right read more

Thank you for being so consistent! Placed a large order yesterday and they were very prompt and courteous! Even helped me out to my car with all the pizza. This is my preferred Round Table location!!! read more

Excellent pizza. Worth the extra bucks. Great staff. Delivery people always have the packets of Red Pepper and Parmesan Cheese. Everybody else forgets it. read more

Ordered online and used curbside service. No one came. Waited 20 minutes. Finally went in. Was told sorry but they didn't notice me waiting and they must've been busy. No they weren't. read more

I have to say, I am a huge fan of round table and there pizza, I think it's some of the best out there. They are more expensive but usually worth the extra money, well not this one! Do not eat here! I have given this location several try's even after reading other bad reviews. My pizza has been made wrong several times. The people who work there are to busy socializing to get things done in a timely manner. What really did it for me was the last time we ordered pizza for delivery. It was a Wednesday night, after being told there was an hour wait we ordered anyways, however an hour in a half latter our pizza still had not been delivered, so I called to check on the status, the girl I was speaking to was rude and said it was on its way... It wasn't! I didn't get our order for another hour and ten minutes! Outrageous! After I called them to ask for a manager (after getting once again a poorly made pizza) I was told our order would be refunded, well it wasn't! I was charged the full amount. I would call and complain again but they would just offer me another poorly made cold pizza, no thanks! read more

pizza is ok, however the restaurant is filthy. staff member handed me 2 dirty plates, after i handed them back they had to go through a whole stack before a clean one could be found. this restaurant needs to be inspected and either sited or shut down. not the first time this has happened. i would not go back to this location. obviously poor management. read more

I'm a very loyal customer and come on a weekly basis to this roundtable location with my family, since it's down the street from my house. I have never been treated with such disrespect and horrible customer service ever in my life. I had come in with my family and my card had been declined so I had to try again, as u see that would b very embarrassing, yet the staff that night still had the audacity to keep my receipt and tip themselves a very generous tip along with writing vaulgur things about my name ( ex: writing "Monica Lewinsky") all over the receipt. After approaching upper management they did not take any steps in talking to their staff, let alone apologize for the inappropriate actions taken. To this day staff and management talk about this encounter to customers and amongst each other. Obviously having no shame in what they did. I wish I could give this "restaurant" a negative 10 stars. read more

This was one of my worst visits here. The people that work at this round table suck the customer service is really horrible. I had my sons birthday celebration there today and the people treated us really bad. The cashier was so rude even before we ordered and the rest of the employees acted so disrespectful towards us. In the morning the service is so much better Michael is the cashier there and he is super nice. But in the afternoon the employees seem to hate their job there. If dealing with people not your cup of tea don't work at a place where you have to represent the company. And treat your customers like shit. The food took more then 40 minutes to get done and they seemed to be bothered by my sons friends. The salad bar was so disgusting that I don't think they cleaned it. The salad bar was all mixed together and dirty. I don't recommend anyone to do a party there we spend a good amount of money there but not worth it. I recommend the occidental one in Santa Rosa or the one on marlow rd. Please don't go there worst experience ever. read more
