We always place big orders here for work (think 30+ pizzas in one day) and we've never had any issues with our orders. The pizzas are always fresh and our staff loves when we order from here. Pizza Guys staff are always easy work with. Customer service these days can be hard to come by, Pizza Guys staff is always friendly on the phone and the delivery drivers are accomodating despite the multiple trips to deliver our order(s). A 10/10 local business to support. read more

Ordered online. Very user friendly. I knew I was going to be late for pick up time so I called and had no problem changing the time to an hour later. And when we walked in, very nice, smiling counter person helped us with order. read more

Here in support of the local business in my town during this tough times. I like to stay as local as I possibly can when it comes to dining out or take out and I decided to give this place a try aside from my usual place Round Table Pizza. Well let me tell you Two large pizzas for $37.00 can't beat that and also got some chicken wings that were $12.00 a tray, maybe I could of done better there but they were delicious. The Pepperoni Pizza was delicious nice and crispy just like I like it and the jalapeño pizza has just the right kick to it. I do recommend Pizza Guys for your next Super Bowl and definitely when the 49ers are playing "GO 49ers" I definitely give this place Ten Stars. read more

I ordered one medium pizza and as a vegan I unchecked the cheese box, so none were marked. Altogether the total of my order was $176, 4 pizzas and two breads. I got the pizza home and I saw that there was cheese on the vegan one. When I called, they said that the cheese box wasn't marked but they put it on anyway because I didn't also write it in the comments. The lady on the phone was nice, but she called the owner and the owner said that they would not fix their mistake and if I wanted another pizza I'd pay full price. $176 order and they mess up a $20 pizza but won't provide a new one for free. That was astonishing. I will never go to that pizza guys again. read more

I wanted to give a shout out to the Windsor Pizza Guys. We ordered 67 pizzas for the Brooks school kids for raising money and they went above and beyond, made sure the teachers got appreciation coupons, gave the Mattie-Brooks PTA a discount on the huge order and were really just awesome to work with. Took me two trips to deliver them! I look forward to working with them again! read more

I honestly did not know about Pizza Guys in the Shiloh Shopping Center even though I visit this spot quite a bit and I am ashamed! Pizza Guys is tucked away hidden from its big brother competition nearby (Mountain Mikes). First and foremost, the service was outstanding here! I am not one to boast about service at pizza joints to often, but the staff was very kind and was willing to explain everything about the pizza I was ordering. I was told 20 minutes before my pizza was ready, showed up 10 minutes early and it was good to go, perfectly cooked! While some may shy away due to prices, but the pizzas are made with care here, which is rare it feels like nowadays. As for the pizza I ordered, it was very delicious easily more delectable than some of its rivals. Nothing was burnt, not too heavy on the garlic and they did not skimp on artichoke hearts or chicken. I guess I should let you know I went for the chicken spinach garlic pizza, which is new for Pizza Guys, but has me hooked quite honestly. They also offer others good as well, but I was there to demolish some pizza goodness! Am I sold? Well yes I am, cannot wait to revisit and further explore some more of their pizzas. read more

First time here. Good solid showing for pizza. What we loved was the pizza base. It was lighter than many for a regular crust. For me I would have like just a little more flavor but overall we all liked it a lot. We had the Bacon, chicken supreme. Service was fast and courteous. So nice to see smiling faces these days, does not take a lot of effort. We will be back as want to try some more of the offerings. read more

I love giving support to Papa Murphey's since we know the staff there but at the same point we don't like having to bake it after a busy day. Good pizza. Sub par service Our wings looked more like McDonalds chicken nuggets. The food is good but I was confused by the person taking our order because she seemed to not understand where we live. I am sugar coating this but she was very spacey and our order almost didn't get processed If this wasn't the only thing close to delivery we would have cancelled read more

Horrible service!! Ordered delivery thru DoorDash. I can see my order, and it clearly shows I did not make any adjustments to the Hawaiian Luau stuffed crust, except to cancel the whole order if out. I also ordered wings with 2 sauces (which I did receive) and Garlic rolls with 2 sauces (did not receive); total of 3 items, which all came in individual boxes. Not one of the boxes had a name on it, which would make it very easy to see who the order belongs to!! I don't want a driver opening my boxes to see if the correct pizza is delivered!! How stupid can a restaurant be, not to do something so simple, especially when they have signed up with a delivery app! I talked to 2 people from this location, supposedly a manager after I requested, and they really need to learn customer service. read more

As we are going through this critical timing, I love the fact that we are coming together as one big family, it will take everyone help and participation to win this battle! I ordered online from here for dinner. The order was accurate and the food tasted great. We had the spinach salad, perfect to split for two. The pepperoni sausage pizza tasted good. The best part was the garlic cheese bread sticks. It was a creamy garlic bomb in my mouth. I would go back just for those. read more

Called in my order for a large pepperoni, half with onions. I wanted pepperoncini but the don't offer them. Very friendly service on the phone and inside business. There started to get a little line and others jump right in to help at the cash registers. My pizza was ready when I got there. Again, great customer service, good hot pizza and easy parking = we will be back read more

Review Update: After reading my previous review about an issue I had with delivery, the manager reached out to me to apologize about my experience. He even credited my account in the amount of a free large pizza. I appreciate the extra effort he took to make things right, and I will give them another shot. Way to go Pizza Guys! read more

This is such a convenient spot. The sauce has just the right amount of seasonings. We ordered a pepperoni mushroom and olives. The mushrooms were fresh when they were put on the pizza and I love that. There are four different crusts to choose from, Even a gluten-free crust. Ours was the original and I'm eager to return to try the thin crust. We picked up a menu on the way out. They have delicious looking salads and much more. read more

It was a Friday night, tired and hungry, too lazy to go out. Called for delivery, ordered The Hawaiian, added jalapeños. Was told it would be 55 minutes. It is Friday night! I didn't look at the clock, but it was less than 55 minutes, much to our delight. The Canadian bacon is smoked and succulent, the pineapple is sweet, and for us, the jalapeño was a perfect match. The crust wasn't too thick but delicious. We will definitely be ordering again! ***this would have been a 5 star, but the order taker overcharged us. I mentioned the coupon for the large gourmet pizza, she said the Hawaiian isn't included. It is on the Specialty Gourmet Menu. I was annoyed, so that's when I added the jalapeño. She told me the total, including everything, was $25.99 When delivery guy got there, it was $28.06 or something. This is just wrong. :( read more

I must have missed the memo - when did Pizza Guys get so expensive? $20 for a large cheese pizza. I mean, if the quality had changed I would understand but this is the same cheap, dry, processed, cardboard garbage that it's always been. I wish I would've bought 5 large Totinos frozen pizzas at Safeway. Never ordering again. read more

I called in for a pick up order and the person who answered the phone was so friendly, polite and had awesome suggestions; I had ordered a half and half of the chicken garlic and pizza boy's combo. When we arrived to pick up our pizza we ordered wings, so we went with a six piece of mango habanero and we also added a two liter cherry Pepsi. They have a small dining area of two tables. They're are benches out front of the restaurant. My son and I decided to sit inside. The restaurant is very clean and orderly. The employees are very friendly and thoughtful. We were taken care of very well. Now the food was very very delicious. Pizza was excellent and had awesome flavor! The wings had great flavor and with ranch dressing....oh, so delicious! We were very satisfied! We would definitely return for more pizza and wings and try out some other item choices! Thank you so much Mr. Pizza guys for the wonderful experience! 5 for food, service, and cleanliness! read more

Really good and fast delivery from them and Better price than on delivery service. Artichoke veg was super good.

Delicious and fastest pizza service! I ordered the garlic lovers and absolutely loved it! Would recommend

I had to get the Gluten-Free crust. Let's be frank, in general that idea really sucks! It was just OK. I really have only had one decent Gluten-free crust and it wasn't here. As far as the ingredients, they were pretty good. Very tasty sausage and pepperoni, but the sauce could have been a bit more flavorful. I would like to try again with REAL crust. Service was very good and super nice people! read more

its was a good experience from ordering on the phone to the attentiveness of the staff on pick up and having my order come exactly how I wanted it. I'm very big about pizza, I'm going to be clear and honest. My initial thoughts weren't kind at all, I had figured this to be like that little roman leader chain... Well, I was significantly wrong about this place. Top notch, I highly recommend this place if you're unable to afford the mountainous name. The Calzone needs to be recognized as something other than a side/appetizer it is rather filling, and delicious! Get it with Italian sausage, feta cheese and white sauce, you won't be disappointed! They have to fry up the sausage before hand, and they fry it right, burning it slightly to bring up all those flavors. Juicy, and delicious, just right! If I could have one thing added to the menu, it would be Taylor's Linguica (I found a shop in Oakland: 907 Washington St, Oakland) trust me, there is no other better sausages. Bacon cheese bread is TOO good. If you want olives, go easy on them, they are super flavorful and over powering. YUM YUM YUM YUM YUM YUM YUM!!!! read more

This used to be mine and my families favorite pizza place. We would drive from Healdsburg to get it. That's how much we liked it. The owner always so nice. Same with staff from the past. So nice, accommodating. The last couple times we were there weren't so good. Staff was rude, argumentative. The pizza wasn't very good. Over cooked. We tried one more time.....we had the same experience as above. Really sad. We really loved it there. Now we don't go at all anymore. Customer service blows. Food quality has gone down hill. I never see the owner anymore. Maybe its changed hands? I hope somehow it comes back to life. read more

Needed a new place to try in the area. So last night, We ended up ordering the Calzone & Loaded backed potatoes. Ordered around 8:55pm or so, They said come pick up in 25mins, So we did & we were later than 25, Anyways. We get home & open the food.. The Calzone was cold, along with the potatoes.. not the type or cold where food just gets cold... I mean not cooked all the way thru. The calzone meat was still almost frozen, and the potatoes were hard to chew and damn near felt liked they were just pulled outta the fridge.. Upset for sure, only cause we just wanted to find a new place & continue going back. read more

A large pepperoni, mushrooms, and olives pizza with an order of garlic cheese bread and ranch. Forgot our complimentary 2 liter , that's okay lower calorie intake. The crust was a little tough to chew but the sauce peeked through spread out pepperoni and a mountain of sliced, salty olives to which only a few didn't tumble off going from box to plate. Not much chese action, so those olives just rapidly ran away. What about the mushrooms? Glad you asked; Where are my mushrooms? I found 8 paper thin slices! That's right, eight!!! :-(( On a "large"...??? Cold delivery. Had to reheat!! At least there's garlic cheese bread....wait where's my ranch?!! Absolute crooks! Too bad we can't get negative stars! I'm the girlfriend from Greg S.'s post below - I would not give these people your business. When even at CORPORATE level the company ignores you... that's saying something! We did get a reply and they said they would contact us the next day, weeks went by we emailed again, nothing. So we added their facebook page and finally got a reply and looked like we would finally get some resolve... Nope, they deleted us off facebook. Note: our posts were well thought out and were not distasteful in the slightest. We just wanted a conclusion to our story! With all the competition these days.. and importance of word of mouth you'd think they would do SOMETHING for us! This Pizza chain is honestly really good and with their new addition of pizza bacon rolls has made my expirence here much better.

We were in town for a graduation at The Wells Fargo Center and it ran long!! Didn't get out of there until after 10 pm! We were STARVING! I saw an ad from our timeshare for this place. Called them up as we were leaving the parking lot (one way in and out = long wait to actually get out). We order a special that was called One for them One for us. Which was 2 large pizzas, one with 2 toppings and one with 1 topping. Plus a salad. The price came out to $27! NOT Frickin' Bad Pizza guys! by the time we got out of the parking lot and to our timeshare we had about a 15 min wait for the food. And it was pretty good. Thin pizzas with pelnty of toppings. Could of used more cheese but I like it cheesy! The pizza's were a good size. We had plenty left over for breakfast and after swimming lunch! There were 4 adults and 2 kids. So for the convenience, price and prompt delivery when nothing else was open at the time I am a Fan! read more
