Great customer service. Always satisfied. Great pizza. Thanks Both the girls at the front asked if I was taken care of. The person on the phone spoke clearly and was very professional. I never have any problems with the business, and the one or two times they made a mistake, the employee went above and beyond to fix the issue. Great place. Great people. read more

We were visiting my mother a mile away from the Round Table. Thought it would be nice to have a pizza delivered for a change. Two hours later and still waiting. Why bother? Round Table if you are listening...You just lost me as a repeat customer. read more

For having such a good reputation, The Pizzas we had last night fell short of expectations. Sure, toppings are generous enough, but flavor is what matters. The next time we have a birthday pizza party, I think we will be searching yelp for a different supplier! : ) read more

Round Table Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Windsor, California

Been coming here on and off for over a decade... Service and pizza quality has steadily declined over the years; though the last couple pizzas have actually been quite good. Their estimated times for pickups are always way too short and you spend extra time waiting for your order. If they say 20min, they mean 35... AT LEAST. The place is kept tidy, atmosphere is dismal, can't remember the last time I saw an employee smile. I think the reason I keep coming back is a combination of nostalgia and hoping they've improved after a visit to any other Round Table where the standard is still where it should be. Pizza is pretty pricey for a chain pizza joint, but it's better(usually) than other chain pizza operations. Place could use a revamp. read more

Multiple times now I have stood in line for a pick up order for 15 minutes just to be told my pizza wasn't ready when I ordered it hours ahead of time online. This never happens at any other location. Will order pizza at a different location from now on. read more

I am so sick horrible service in horrible product for what we pay for. I normally don't post reveres but last week went to outback in Rohnert Park and tonight Round Table in Windsor. The Pizza was cold and just looked not good. Look at pic yourself. Called and spoke to Branden who said "oh sorry about that". 50 bucks down the drain. I suggest you stay away from this place. Go to Marys or little ceasars, yes I said it.....Little Ceasars over this. read more

Round Table Pizza - the interior of a restaurant - Pizza Near Me - Windsor, California

Growing up in town round table was the best pizza I ate. Still is. I have my favorite restaurants and as I've gotten older and I have traveled, nothing beats round table pizza. It is so delicious. read more

The Round Table app is stupid. Like, bad AI. Bad design. Most of all, bad user interface. I guess I am just a bit too far from a Round Table franchise to get the delivery service that the ads on the app keep pushing on me. If that is really the case, then man up, Round Table, and tell me so. Don't suggest random addresses that have nothing to do with mine because you are too chicken-s**t to say you can't do what you are advertising because you are too cheap. read more

I call for pick couple times aweek because the pizza is good and always the same. The last time I order it was very bad ! When my friend bought the pizza back . I called that night . I was told to come in th next day . I got there expecting what I was promised. She told me that the managers will be in later . I have been dealing with this issue for almost 2 months . I call the main office no call back. I have been getting mad at the service that is! I have the recipe. Bring it back bern told to come back .I hear from them I am not authorized to do that. I have been hand off every time ! I have the recipe and it is fading out . I can't believe this over a pizza? It is so much bs from them and I have to deal with this ! No one from Round Table Pizza has not called me back !!! Why is that? read more

Sweet service guy's!! Placed an online order will never do that again!!! Ordered a personal pepperoni pizza and a chicken bbq pizza. I have dined hear Many years. As with many restaurant the food depends on the cooks in the back. While I was Ordering my Dinner I listened to laughter coming from the kitchen. this made me happy to know that my pizza is being made with laughter around it. 2nd best thing to " Made with Love". My pizza experience is 90% great with this Windsor Round Table. But the Customer Service is always 100% I believe Tips Help this % They remember me and greet with Smiles. My Dining experience only lets me down on Halloween. And Round Table Always makes it right If there are bubbles or if I wait to long for the food. read more

If you want cold pizza that probably had been sitting in the delivery drivers car for an hour before it shows up to your house. This is the place! The pizza showed up 40 minutes late. I get it we are dealing with a pandemic and they probably got busy. No big deal, but when it is totally cold like it has been sitting in the delivery drivers car for an hour that's a bit unacceptable. Especially when your throwing down $60 on two cold pizza. Thumbs down ! Better off buying a frozen pizza from the grocery store. read more

When you're in the mood to spend $35 on a pizza, this is the place to go! Seriously overpriced but sometimes worth it. Their problem is inconsistency. We have resolved that by asking them to make sure the crust is cooked and to go easy on the cheese! Nothing worse than an undercooked pizza loaded down with flavorless cheese! Other than all that, they are capable of making an excellent pizza and they deliver! read more

I tasted anchovies on my combination and nearly threw up! I usually LOVE Round Table but someone was not paying attention. ANCHOVIES ARE NASTY and weren't supposed to be on my pizza. I had to throw some out. read more

Never again will i order or go into this RT in Windsor.......... I will continue to go only to Healdsburg RT It took them a half hour to answer my call after 5 tries..............ordered my pizza and Sam didnt ask me what kind of crust so i call back and of course he answered right away and he says " RT i want to kill my self" i was excuse me and he said "YES MARY" i said pls cancel my order and he hung up on me! I have never called a place and have been treated this way. Saying that to a person is not a joke seriously. I hope the manager gets my msg i left her. I dont want a free coupon for a pizza ..... just fix your problem send your kids you hire to take a class how to talk on the phone n treat others . I guess their parents didnt teach them manners. REALLY SAD! read more

Love this place. I really like the pizza of Round Table. We usually get to go when we dont have time to cook. Haiwaiian is one my favorites. The pineapple is fresh and the cheese is good. The thing I like about Round Table is that they add veggies on the pizza, which makes me feel not too bad of eating pizza as unhealthy lol. read more

Pizza was fine, typical Round Table pizza but there were no free drink refills?! I have never been to a pizza place that didn't give free refills including all the Round Table pizzas I have been to. We even asked if refills were discounted and were told no. Refills were charged at the original price!? So I pay $50 for a family of 4 to eat pizza and I can't have a free refill on the soda that cost you 20 cents or less?! Plus we were visiting from out of town and had pulled a coupon up on our phone. We were told it had to be printed. Why do I have to print an online coupon? The employee said she could check with a manager. The coupon was good on a choice of 6 of their specialty pizzas. We asked if we could do half specialty and half cheese. The answer - No. Seriously?! We can get half one specialty and half another specialty but since cheese isn't one of the options the coupon would not apply on half cheese. Doesn't getting half cheese save you money? So since we couldn't use the coupon anyway we never had her check to see if we would have been able to use it from our phone. So ultimately the pizza was good but I have never had such a difficult time trying to order one pizza in my life and I would not go back here. read more

I have been to many Round Tables However, although the Pizza is pretty consistent in general, I must say that the Round table in Windsor has that & more. Their "other" food such as Lasagna, Ravioli, Soups, salad's are ALWAYS fresh & have that " home made flavor. Their Italian food alone is worth the price of admission! The service is friendy, helpful and eager to please. They are very affordable & generous with their portions. Many Beers are available on tap as well as bottled beer. Kudo's!! Great place & good atmosphere as well!! read more

Wow all the employees do is stand around and complain. I had to wait 20 minutes for a personal pan pizza. There was only one other customer in the place today at 2pm. They are all standing up there griping about how sucky this job is. Nice. The girl wait in on me is wiping her nose with her hand..ughh I want to puke. When I worked in the food business they had a saying if you got time to lean you got time to clean!. Oh yeah and wash your hands and keep them off your nose.it's too bad me and my family used to come here when my kids were young. 10yrs ago and much better service and environment. read more

I ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza here the other day and it was insanely good! Even though they were really busy and the line was long, the wait was not more than 15 minutes for our dinner. One of the employees went out of his way to explain the different specialty pizzas to us over the phone (I think his name was Jonathan). Anyway the place was clean, the salad bar well stocked and neat. Even if Round table is pricier than some places, overall I've never been disappointed with my experience with the Windsor location. P.S. I too encountered the redhead/brunette manager as did someone else who wrote a review but just like all the other times I've been in there, she was polite and genuinely warm so maybe she was having an off day on that other review? read more

Round Table has the best pizza in town, but this location's service is always slow no matter how busy the restaurant.

I've been to a few round tables in Santa Rosa, and the one in Healdsburg. BUT NONE of them compare to the Windsor branch. ALWAYS nice, I have had multiple employees COME to ME and ask me if I am okay, if I need anything, its CLEAN, the people are CLEAN, and always a peaceful place to eat. Not to mention their best employee Mike Rainwater, sweet man. Very helpful :-) read more

This girl Athena is a baddie she stole my heart as she walked in no cap. Like deadass her personality and vibe got me feeling some type of way. This restaurant is an automatic five stars. LOUSY customer service- we showed up today for lunch- there was No one in store. I signed up/texted for the Free 6-garlic cheese sticks as my husband was placing our order of 1-cheese med pizza, The advertisement says their for free as long as you order ANY pizza. When i approached the counter with my Redeem tab which is good for 5-minutes- the clerk said I couldn't order it since we've already ordered & paid for our pizza AND that our Pizza must be a Large- I said no where does it say what size on the advertisement- he didn't acknowledge my request, neither did the manager- she told me my Pizza and sticks must be ordered together. Also, we found it very WEiRD and Uncomfortable when we were asked how many TRIPS were we going to make to the Salad bar, 1 or 2- (I wonder how much they charge if we would have said 4 LoL)- AND, there we re NO Pizza sticks at the salad bar- so the clerk baked a few and brought my husband ONE!!! LOL In the meantime their lunch pizza bar had a selection of pizzas just sitting there the entire hour we spent there. We were their only customers. Crazee- We will never return there!!! read more
