Ordered at this location regularly depite them making mistakes several times on our order because we figured nobody's perfect. The last time we ordered, they got our order wrong again. Finally called them 'coz we got fed up. I spoke to their GM and she agreed to refund us the amount charged on our card but 2 weeks later, she still hadn't. Called 4-5times more after that but then she was nowhere to be found. Long story short, will never order from this location ever again! read more

I ordered take out here and was very happy. Busy Friday night, pizza was done in 15 minutes. Cooked perfect, got the thick crust and it was great. Service was fast and easy. If you are picking up the pizza, best to have a 2nd person with you so you can just jump out and run in and out without having to track down parking. read more

Live less than a mile away and took an hour and a half for delivery- was quoted 40-50 mins for a small gourmet veggie. Would have picked it up myself if I weren't in the middle of baking. Called after and hour, was quoted 4-6 mins, called back after 10mins, and was quoted an additional 10-15. Absolutely ridiculous! If it will take longer that's fine but don't quote me half the time it takes you and keep adding additional 10mins here and there when I do call! read more

Had two great pizzas delivered last Sat night. They arrived w/in 40 mins of ordering and were hot, fresh and delicious. Rocking dinner and breakfast. Thx RTP team. read more

9/6: called to make a delivery order. Heard them pick up the phone and hang it right up. No answer. Nothing. Rude and unacceptable. Wtf?

Staff is super nice and food is always good. I come here at lunch to grab a personal to go. Not much more I can say but defiantly come here for pizza. I like their sandwiches too which I've recently started trying. read more

This Round Table location is horrible. We've had issues with them in the past but our last order was 45 minutes later than they said it would be ( we only live 0.5 miles away) and they didn't apply our coupon that they acknowledged when we ordered. Needless to say the pizza wasn't very fresh by then and even if it was it wouldn't have been very good. Last time we are ordering from them when there are so many oter options in WC read more

I wrk in Rossmoor (in Walnut Creek) I called the Walnut Creek Round Table for an order and to have my order delivered. The person on the phone with a rude tone says "we dont deliver to "THAT PLACE". One it's down the street and two what do you mean that place. Ridiculous how Walnut Creek treats ppl and the residents. read more

Really disappointed. We order from here quite often, and they never, ever bring coupons-even though I ask for them. So tonight I decided to call them instead of ordering through the app. I thought maybe I could just ask if there was a discount or promotion going on. Waited on hold, then was told the supervisor said that without a physical coupon, there's nothing they could do for me. I know it's just a coupon, just a few bucks, but years ago they used to do that. There was a decent sense of customer service. Just look at my account and see how often I order! There are so many other places I can call, that I will call now. After the call, just for fun, I did a quick online search and there on their own website was a coupon code (cyber15) for 15% off. Just type in code, no physical coupon needed. Nice. So now the three times a month or so that we order will now go to a different pizza place. I know, it's not going to put you out of business, but if you keep up this level of customer service, my family's orders won't be the only ones you lose. It adds up. read more

I have ordered from this Round Table several times. The first time it was great. Then my order started taking longer and longer to arrive but I never said anything. Tonight I placed a $50 order, it arrived 20 mins late and was cold and they made the pizza completely wrong! I called to complain and they guy offered to give me 20% off my next order when I was given a coupon on the top of my box for 15% off! Wth? That is what I call bad customer service! There are tons of pizza places that would love my business and fix their mistake when one is made... I should not have to heat my own Pizza upon arrival read more

We have ordered from them before with pretty good success. Lately they have been very late in delivering pizzas, and the pizzas are not hot enough. Tonight we ordered two pizzas, waited 90 minutes, and when no pizzas were delivered, we called, only to find out that they had not even started on them yet. They never told us they were going to be running late, or that they were busy. Time to move on...as this lack of customer service is a real turn off. read more

I've never been befote, but the pizza was pretty good, place was clean, ordered the garlic knots, they were delicious, ordered a salad, and only recI ever one small serving of dressing. read more

Have tried them several times over the years because of the convenient location. Have never been impressed with the staff or the pizzas. It appears there is no supervision or management on duty. The very last pizza I ordered was back in Spring of this year and was only able to eat one piece. It tasted like someone poured the entire salt shaker on it. (It was brought to my attention, that I neglected to post a review at the time this happened-but better late than never!) Never ever again would I purchase anything from this location. read more

Picked up 5 pizza's during Sunday Night football. The pizza was great, same as the Round Table's in San Diego where I live at. Saved 15% off through their local coupons. Parking was also easy on the weekend with a ton of spots in front of the store. read more

New management? Correct orders and polite staff! My family is very happy to have their favorite pizza spot back in rotation.

First time ordering from this location and the last. -Expensive. -Poor quality pizza. -Delivery took way too long. One small, one medium, and one large. The small was the only one with with toppings and it was only two. We added 12 wings, and with a coupon it was over $70 delivered cold, and late. Forty five minutes late after the initial estimate of one hour. The quality was not much further from Little Ceasar's or Domino's. I agreed to the total price because the last time I had Round table pizza the quality was very high. I don't mind paying for good food, but this was very far from that. Being that is was so late and have a hungry family to feed we decided to eat it and write a review in hopes to save some other family the time, money, and frustration of dealing with this place. Avoid it like the plague. My disappointment, along with my wife and kid's, was unbelievable. read more

Their customer service is horrible waited for my online order to arrive for 2 hours the driver yelling on the phone telling me where I have to go to when am right on the same street. He didn't wanna drive a min to my apartment. Sounded like he really wanted to cancel an order. read more

I'm not from Walnut Creek I came down from Modesto I was in the area waiting for my car at Nissan and I had been waiting for a while and got hungry I had originally seen a Burger King earlier when I drove by and decided to walk there but I noticed round table across the street and decided to go eat there instead the person at the register was so friendly I didn't wait anymore than 10 minutes for my food. I love round table and the pepperoni pizza I ordered was good and cooked well. I enjoyed the atmosphere it was a smaller round table than I've ever seen but I ate comfortably and was greeted from start to end! read more

I was shocked because round table has always been the best. Not this one though. The pizza dough was so old, it was disgusting. The sauce had no flavor and the Parmesan cheese packets were orange instead of white. read more

I always come to this location when I'm in the area and always have the best experiences. Every time I come the employees are incredibly sweet, kind, and down to earth. They are also very professional and bring out the food as quickly as possible. The food is always without fail delicious and worth it! read more

This roundtable has been more professional, courteous, expedient, and cleaner than most other Round Tables in the area.

I was treated so nicely here. They don't have a salad bar (yet), but they'll make you a beautiful salad. Keep up the great work, Round Table WC! read more

This place would not accept my gift card, so I called another location that accepts it in Walnut Creek but only if you pay in the store. Gift card option online is available to use but keeps asking for a PIN which has no entry anywhere on the website. ugh... just ordered using my own card. there is nothing on the gift card saying that i would have to only use it in store. read more

They are easy to order with and usually deliver few minutes before estimation. Food is always cooked just right and arrives warm but ready to eat. They forgot my ranch once for the breadsticks but the next time gave me 3! The delivery guys are always friendly and it's a quick transition. read more

The pizza was extremely salty to a point we had to stop eating. I' guessing that was a mistake. They are also not a bargain and in this price range, there are a lot of better pizza spots in Walnut Creek area. read more

The best Round Table ever been to. Wow. Self serve beer?! WTF! And the people working there are awesome! This is my new go to whenever in Walnut Creek read more

This particular location of Round Table has single handedly converted me from Dominoes Pizza. Their Boneless wings are now better quality than Dominoes' Kickers used to be. When I ask for thin & crispy crust they accommodate without question or hesitation, like I've typically gotten when ordering from Dominoes lately. The best part of this location though, is their delivery. It starts with their terrific customer service while placing an order over the phone, but the delivery itself is really where this Round Table shines. Paul, in particular, has truly made an art out of his profession. He uses technology safely and effectively to hone his craft. I am notified by text within minutes of placing my order of a usually quick delivery time. If I ask for extra Ranch or 5 sets of plates and utensils the only reply I get is "you got it." When Paul arrives, he has an assortment of Parmesan, cracked red pepper, forks, knives, plates, and dips to choose from. And most importantly, he always remembers my exact unit, (I am in somewhat of a complicated apartment building that usually throws even the more experienced delivery person.) After a long string of being burned by other competing delivery services, I honestly feel grateful and at ease knowing I have such a reliable and delicious pizza delivery service so close to me. My wife is very happy as well, as she has always preferred Round Table over Dominoes, and now she thanks this location for showing me the light. read more

The last couple times ordering here was a joke. The first time the delivery driver wouldnt come to my door, he called me and said he didn't want to look for my apartment come out front and get the pizza. Then he said he didn't have change and took the change. The last time I called (about 2 months ago) I got delievered an uncooked pizza. It was hot out and I had no working AC and I was not going to turn on the oven. I called and spoke with the manager and asked him to replace it. He said they can't and offered me a 15% off. I said no I just used a 15% off coupon. So he offered 20% off I told him that doesn't help my food problem here... Im still hungry and I'm paying for something I can't eat?! Finally he offered me a refund and it would be on my card in the next couple days. Never showed up on my card so I called back and asked. They said that they would look into it and it should be there in a few days again. Check couple days later and still nothing. I called again and they said they will speak with the manager and call me back. Got my name and number, it's been 2 months and I still have not gotten my refund. Id give this place 0 stars if I could!! My refund would be nice!!! read more

I went online to order pizza to be delivered but the site said delivery would take 75 minutes. Because I needed the pizza sooner I said I would pick up. I was told my pizza would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived at the shop exactly 30 minutes later to be told my pizza wouldn't be ready for another 15 minutes. Although I paid online, she wanted payment. Without any questions or verification she accepted that I had already paid. When the pizza was finished she brought it to me and forgot about the salad I had ordered and paid for. After another 5 minutes she brought over a bag with the salad. I had checked to make sure I got the right pizza ( several times in past had been given wrong pizza) but I was in a hurry because I was now late, so I didn't check the salad. When I arrived and opened the bag, I had been given an individual salad instead of a family sized. Horrible service. So so pizza. Go anywhere else. read more

I ended up eating in the store, and my pizza was prepared quickly (it was ready in about 15 minutes) and it was very good. Their pizzas are unfortunately priced accordingly, though, but I can't fault the pizzas themselves. read more

LITERALLY, the worst service ever. I wish I could give zero stars. I've ordered here many many times and it's never been good. One time I waited over 2 hours for a cold and smashed pizza. I called to check on the pizza after 1.5 hours and they told me "ten more minutes we promise". Another half hour passed. I called back and they just stopped answering the phone. Clearly, there was an issue but instead of dealing with it they just stopped answering the phone. Plus, no apology, no reason given for the delay (if you can call over 2 hours a "delay") AND they charged my card. I vowed never again, but tonight I gave them another chance. I called and specifically asked "how long for delivery". I was told there was no wait. I waited one hour and decided to call to check because I was expecting the pizza after 30 minutes. Lindsey answers and tells me "your pizza never went out. It's been sitting here for a while and no one picked it up." My reply was 1) I ordered delivery 2) if it was sitting there so long why had no one called my number and 3) why did you take my credit card number if I was doing pick up? Instead of being nice, I was told I ordered pick up and they didn't even have my address so how could they deliver to me. I called bull on that because when they take your phone number they look you up and can see your address in the system. However, I was told it wasn't the case. Also, the girl who took my order told me after she'd taken my cc (for a pick up order) that "i'd need to sign the credit authorization when the delivery guy arrived." Huh? Once again instead of apologizing, the people running this location practically called me a liar. Now usually I would feel like maybe I made a mistake because I'm human and it's possible, but due to my initial question of "how long is the delivery wait" taking my cc and the comment about signing when he arrives, I know I'm not wrong, BUT once again no apology, no explanation, a crappy attitude and no freaking pizza. Simply put: this place sucks! The pizza is okay. It's roundtable. However, if you want okay pizza because you're hungry, you better call two days in advance and maybe just maybe you may get a pizza, but you still better call and check on it every so often to make sure it arrives. Oh and the authorization for the pizza that never came is still sitting in my credit card. Amazing. read more

I have been a customer for 25 years so I expect there to be problems but today they refused to honor a coupon for 15% off. The chick argued with me about it even though the coupon doesn't say there is a price limit (apparently you have to spend $12.99 and the $1.95 I would have gotten off was way more important than taking care of a customer). The funny thing is, I ordered the exact same order I placed today and it was delivered with no problem. WTH? They lost a long time customer over $1.95. I will not be eating there again. read more

I ordered from this Round Table and was told they would be here in about an hour. After an hour and a half we called them to see where our pizza was. The phone was disconnected. Two minutes later they called us to tell us they were on the street but not our house. When we asked them to spell out the street name it was the wrong street. We were told that we had to go to the store to pick up the pizza. When we get to the store they got the name wrong as well. It was an awful experience and you should never go there. read more

We ordered delivery from here twice and were highly diappointed both times. We thought we'd give it a try a second time and it was AWFUL! Not only did it take almost 2 hours for the pizza to get to us, but the manger and employees were very rude and unhelpful when we called to inquire what was taking so long. When we finally did receive our order it was not good, it was wrong, and we were overcharged. We were very disappointed with the overall service and experience, and we are not picky people. Needless to say I would NOT reccommend this Round Table nor will we be returning! read more

Ordered King Arthur Supreme and received a soggy undercooked unappetizing mess. The toppings had all but migrated to the center of the pie and fell off as you picked up a slice. The dough was soggy and necessitated the use of a fork and knife in order to try to eat it. Ultimately the pie was thrown in the garbage as a waste of money, and to think I left a $5.00 tip. I've had many Round Table pizzas over the years and usually they are pretty good in a late night pinch but this one was god awful. read more
