Perfect! We planned on having a small family birthday lunch and it ended up being more people than expected and the employees were totally cool with us not having a reservation. So sorry about that. We had Nicole as our waitress I guess you would say, she was very nice and helpful. The pizzas were amazing and done in a very timely manner especially with the lunch crowd there and it being Football Sunday. Will definitely return especially after a not so good experience last visit. Things definitely changed for the better and my family appreciates that! The WORST service I have ever experienced. Ordered two hours before. Went to pick up at the time they said it would be ready. Checked in, paid for my pizza, and was told that it would only be a few more minutes. 30 minutes passed after I hovered around patiently, then they told me they lost my order and had to make it again. They told me they would make me an extra large pizza to compensate and LIED about that. Gave me my exact order and said they "thought" they made it an extra large. Also made me pay for ranch then told me they didn't have any. I am very easy going but this is absolutely ridiculous and I'll never return to this round table again. EDIT: I was told that I would have an extra large half cheese, half pepperoni + pineapple. Unfortunately I only opened the box when I got home and discovered probably someone else's order. I hate having to leave a one star review for my favorite pizza but here I am. I called them today to place an order, held on the phone for 12 minutes, the girl periodically would come back to the line and say "please hold" but she never did. So I drove there instead. There was one person ahead of me and technically out the door, so I placed my order for "dine in" as I still had half an hour to eat. 25 minutes later I asked for an ETA, was told another 10-15 minutes because they were too busy (while I was there I only saw three people after me place orders and at least 4 employees behind the counter) Anyway, the pizza was delicious as it always is, but service is absolutely terrible. I have ordered from these people for the last time. On 11/02/2021, I ordered a large King Arthur, wings & a personal cheese pizza. I was delivered what was obviously a medium. Toppings were burned. The gentleman who delivered my pizza acknowledged an issue and advised me to contact the store to have my issue resolved. After waiting on hold, I was put in to contact with someone named "Dan", who identified himself as an assistant manager. Dan informed me that he personally made my pizza and assured me that it was a large. Apparently they put a bold "M" on the side of their large boxes. I would expect an assistant manager to be able to tell the difference between a large and a medium. This was the last time I blow $60 on Round Table. TL;DR : I paid for a large. A medium was delivered. The assistant manager lied and told me that he made me a large. Patronize at your own risk. read more

WORST. ROUND TABLE. EVER. And I eat A LOT of Round Table pizza. They refused to make a regular crust small pizza. Said they "can't" cut the regular crust in a small size, they don't have a template for that. Small only comes with gluten-free crust. But I can buy a medium or personal with the regular crust. What?!?! That's the most idiotic excuse I've ever heard for running out of pre-cut small crusts and being unwilling to resolve the issue by either trimming a medium or rolling two personals into one small. What moron can't cut pizza crust in a circle? And how is it that you can cut that size in gluten-free crust, but can't in regular crust size? How stupid do you think your customers are to drop that explanation on them? I absolutely love Round Table, but never this one again! They don't deserve the business. read more

My parents went in to order salad bar and a personal size pizza as they occasionally have done in the past. The employee taking their order told them that the only size pizza available was large. My parents said no thank you and left. In case they misunderstood, my parents went back last week and were once again told that the restaurant only served large pizzas, no smaller sizes. Very strange...maybe the place is going out of business...certainly will be at this rate. RT never fails! Yes, my fam even orders this stuff in random cities that we don't frequent. Recognizable logo and a love for their cheesy, carb goodness, we needed a snack before the wedding. This RT keeps up the RT standards. Even though our pizza was to go, it was awesome. Nothing wrong with it at all. The interior of the joint could use a make-over, maybe the corp office hasn't been to Sonora in awhile, but they need a face lift ASAP. Staff was genial, but nothing amazing. I try to be patient with the food service work force. They take crap all day long from customers, simply for trying to do their job. With that said, it's hard to defend a team when every level of it fails. The family in front of me must have endured five separate problems resulting in me waiting nearly 10 minutes to pick up my order, which was placed and pay for online. When I got home, nearly 15 miles away, I was presented with a cold and flavorless pizza which was missing toppings, overcooked (dark brown) garlic twists, and 24 bbq wings. The only problem with the wings was that I ordered 12 Buffalo wings and 12 garlic Parmesan wings. Needless to say, no one in the household at the 24 baked bbq wings. I remember watching the 49ers destroy the Chargers in the Super Bowl in that Round Table. But, another trip like this and I will definitely have to start going elsewhere. read more

Consistency is not a priority at this RTP location at the Junction Shopping Center. I get Take-n-Bakes a couple times a month and the common thread is that only two out of ten are to standards and the problem is between the dough thickness and the amount of sauce. When the right amount of sauce is applied, its a great pie but most of the time, the pizza tastes like they freely pour the sauce out of a can with no measuring and the result is a pizza you almost need a straw to eat it with! No other RTP I have visited is this bad. As for my baking, it's 425oF for 17 minutes in a commercial home kitchen oven. A quick note on the service and staff, its always good and on time. I believe the owner of this particular store has done away with all of the dead wood they use to have who could not give a rip about any level of customer service. PIZZA! I love pizza. If I had to choose one food to live off of forever, it would be that! I happen to thoroughly enjoy Round Table's pizza as well. They've got one of the best chicken and garlic pizzas around! They also have a great weekday lunch buffet for $7.99 that includes lots of pizza varieties (all you can eat), and a salad bar too! Definitely worth it if you're in the area! The pizza though, is ooey and gooey and flavorful! Their pepperoni can be a little spicy, I've found, but definitely worth it for the taste. The place is usually pretty busy, and I've seen times when the tables aren't cleaned for a while, but overall, it's a good spot in the junction for some pizza! read more

Okay, so due to Covid 19 it's understandable that the dine in is limited. So, there was only 2 ladies sitting in the large diner area and all the other tables where dirty, so I decided to go to the front right "secluded" area, hmmmm... tables all dirty and when I say dirty, yes left over food on the tables on the seats the floor around. I seen an okay table and I asked if they could turn the tv on in that area and was informed NO, management said NO. ???? But damn near the whole damn restaurant was dirty af! We asked 3x if the can come clean the table or borrow I rag and I would have cleaned it (no issue) Customer service for starters was bad, then you have a young kid eating by the beer tabs in front of "management" licking his chops then handling the register and the food..... smh I WILL NEVER RETURN BACK! Pizza is greasy but the pizza was so soggy from all the grease... my wings sat out for quiet sometime ...and I believe the boy licking his fingers helped toss them, yuck! However, we called in for a take out order last night and had a special request of extra garlic sauce on the breadsticks. This was our second visit. At our first visit, our order was lost, and we waited over an hour to follow up, as we had beverages and salad bar. They acknowledged our order was somehow lost. The second visit, the staff was super nice... But the pizza was dry and lacked flavor. It was almost as if they reheated a mistake or returned pizza. It was exceptionally slow so the staff had forgotten about our beverage order. It is very unlikely that we would ever go here again. read more

Wow. This place's new staff is the worst; the employees could not care less about service and manners. We order ahead, calling in so we can have our pizza ready when we get there, and so we drive, 20 minutes to town, and get there. They said they never got the order. We leave hungry, and very upset. We then call them, and request that they deliver a pizza to our house. They refuse. Absolutely, turn down our buisness and offer no help. The did not offer a reason as to why they refused, they just said "uh" and "uhm" a lot. More than likely, because the pizzas were not the only things baked in that establishment. So, we call some time later to express how upset we are. And they do not apologize, they do not empathize. They laugh on the phone at us, thinking that we are a joke. I have witnessed bad customer service in my life, but not such a blatant disrespect and pure distain towards customers, 0 stars if I could. ///UPDATE/// I spoke with the owner today, and he is actually very nice. He is giving us a free pizza, and I am sure it will be very much up to standard. While the service was very rough, the owner is not. I feel like with the negative attention, staff changes will probably happen, he seems very reasonable. The only reason I don't put 3 stars, is because the service was deplorable, but the owner is truly kind.
