Ordered 6 ranch and they gave me 6 marinara with two pizzas for a party. Who orders 6 marinara for two pizzas? The worker said it's door dashes problem so call them and hung up on me because they couldn't own up to their mistakes. How is it door dashes problem when YOU put the orders together. Tried to call back and all of the sudden there's a party and the manager can't answer the phone. (Per the phone operator) Said employee never even apologized and said it was his manager was on the phone when I was on the phone with him the whole time! Threw his manager under the bus and can't even apologize he just hangs up. What a coward. Spoke to the manager and the employee was lying to him and the call center about my order and just assumed I wouldn't call back. read more

On a sunny Sunday afternoon in July 2025, I had the unfortunate luck of getting a flat tire right in front of Valley Hospital in Spokane Valley, WA. Knowing the area well from my mom's time working at the hospital, I was familiar with the nearby businesses, including one of the few remaining Round Table Pizza locations in Washington. I love Round Table Pizza. With fond high school memories of Round Table Pizza nights before football games, I decided to limp my car across and down the street to enjoy some delicious pizza while waiting for AAA to tow me to the nearest Les Schwab for a tire repair. I don't live anywhere near its current locations. The Round Table in Woodinville closed years ago, and it had some pretty serious management issues that I can only assume led to its closing. The experience at Round Table Pizza was elevated by Assistant Manager Jaymes Gardner, who truly made the day memorable. Despite my stressful situation, Jaymes greeted me with a warm, welcoming attitude that instantly put me at ease. He was very professional and very funny. He showed me how to order off their weekend menu without accruing a $50 charge on a personal pizza and without having to go to the app and try to figure out there as most places where I live do these days. He was attentive, ensuring my order was taken quickly and accurately, and even checked in to make sure I was doing okay while I waited. His professionalism and genuine care stood out, making me feel like a valued customer. The pizza was as delicious as I remember perfectly crafted with that signature Round Table quality, with toppings all the way to the edge, just like their website boasts. Jaymes' leadership was evident in how smoothly the restaurant operated, even during a busy Sunday afternoon. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the food came out hot and fresh. It had to be one of the cleanest pizza restaurants I had ever seen. Every part of this pizza place sparked. Maybe it was a slow day but I did notice how the salad bar was unusually gleaming. There was not one splash of dressing or ingredient that had wandered somewhere else. The salad bar was pristine and delicious. They had a lot of video games for kids to play too-way, more than last time. I really appreciated Jaymes ability to create a welcoming atmosphere turned a frustrating day into a nostalgic and enjoyable experience. I can't recommend Jaymes and this Round Table Pizza location enough--whether you're grabbing a meal to relive high school memories or just passing through, Jaymes Gardner makes this spot a must-visit. First of all I paid for Sauces for my Garlic Bread Twist. They forgot to put it in the bag. Plus Extra sauces at an EXTRA charge that also wasn't in the bag. Secondly! The bread twist weren't baked all the way through, chewy on the inside and white like the cream sauce that they used. They need to pay attention to details. Medium Pizza and 6 pieces Garlic Bread Twist $60. Ridiculously priced. I don't recommend anyone ordering from this location. read more

My family stopped in for lunch and I was so happy to see their salad bar. I love a good salad bar and theirs didn't disappoint!! We ordered a little bit of everything; pizza, wings, and knots!! The guy working the counter was super friendly and stopped by to ask how everything was. Very impressed with the customer service. They also had a few arcade games which my daughter enjoyed playing. Forgot how much I miss eating pizza in the restaurant vs take out or delivery. Will for sure be returning!! read more

Bottom line, don't walk, RUN to this amazing place! We were visiting the area from NC for a couple of days and ran across Round Table. We were greeting by Jaymes who was the friendliest person! He was patient and described the entire menu! We got pizza and the salad bar on our first trip... yes, I said first, and we were only here 3 days. The pizza was the best pizza I've ever had, and we travel a lot!! The salad bar was huge, fresh and was the reason for the second visit! Jaymes greeted us on our second visit and we were pleasantly surprised to see him again, as we needed a friendly face! Not only did he greet us in the same friendly manner but he remembered us and where we were from! Round Table is lucky to have Jaymes, people like that are hard to find! I Ordered two pizzas on line , showed up to pick them up and they were not ready, after further investigation they "pushed our order out" to take care of a 2000.00 order. These were their words not mine. I wish they would have at least called or done something to let me know. I did learn not to order lunch for my guys here again. read more

Food is great! The best pizza ever. Been going here for over 10 years and never disappoints. The reason it's not five is because I am ocd and the salad plate wasn't clean or should I say it's just old and stained. When I requested a new one the same issue but I said oh well this is probably the best I'm going to get. My family and I dined in but they never come check which I'm ok with cause it's a pizza parlor. The kids always enjoy the games because it's also like a mini arcade with about 5 games including car racing, the claw, and a hunting game. The pizza can be pricey but worth it. There were 3 adults and 1 kid and we ordered a large and had some leftover. Also the bathrooms usually aren't clean so I don't even attempt anymore. We ordered 2 pizza's One with everything on it and one with pepperoni and add more cheese and onion. What we got for $111 Was two cold pizzas and one with just cheese and onion. MY FAV!! Pizza is SO good. It's really the only pizza I crave and it's usually a splurge every few months. We ordered delivery during the #stayhome order and added an order of boneless chicken wings. I must say, the chicken wings were outstanding! The chicken was thick cut white meat chicken, lightly breaded. We got the Lemon Pepper - very tasty. I would definitely recommend. The pizza was heaven! We ordered a double pepperoni and mushroom on thin crust. The pizza has both large pepperoni and a tinier version that really crisped up and was super tasty. Roundtable is one of my very favorite pizzas. But everything about my experience at this location that night, was lacking in quality control. I know this is a long review, so let me make it brief up front: Undercooked doughy garlic twists Toppings crossing over the halfway mark in a problematic way Bonkers uneven slicing Now, the extended version. My garlic twists were still doughy, and I had to put them in my oven for 10+ minutes when I got home. I ordered a pizza w/ meat on half, plain cheese on the other. OK, things go over the line, nothings perfect. But there was pepperoni on every single slice of my cheese-only half. I just think when half the pizza is cheese only, restaurants might consider, "hm, vegetarian? Let's be careful." If it were food allergens, they'd actually be legally vulnerable. But then, after seeing how they sliced it, it really seems that this restaurant just didn't care about quality tonight. There were slices 1 inch wide @ the crust. If it was just the toppings going over the mid-line, I'd brush it off as a "meh, that's what I deal with sharing food as a vegetarian." But it was one thing after another that all pointed to a chef who was just phoning it in. I've edited this review since the original posting. Do yourself a favor and sort these reviews by date, not by Yelp Sort. Every new review says the same thing I'm about to reiterate. Wish I'd done this earlier today. I've loved this pizza since I was a kid. Was thrilled to find after 5 years away, we still have one semi-local. Happily drove the 45 minutes to pick it up. Unfortunately, the pizza was super gross. We got two large pan pizzas - $60! - and ended up with old dough (you know because it doesn't rise, it stays looking uncooked no matter what you do) and a small smattering of toppings that doesn't look anything like the loaded pizzas from years ago, or the advertisements currently. And they definitely don't use fresh ingredients anymore, it's the same minced sour garlic you buy from Costco in a tub. All around wtf. I wasted an hour and a half driving and $60 on this garbage. Would definitely not recommend. Even if it were free. Ps. Leah - if you really wanted my business you would have private messaged me and either tried to make it right somehow or offered to comp the "make it up to me" meal. Telling me to come back for more without incentive? Hard pass. Crappy service is just adding insult to injury. read more

I ordered a small Italian garlic supreme with extra garlic cream sauce I couldn't taste any sauce at all and that so disappointing. to me that's the next part of the pizza. the price you charge for a small pizza and don't get it right is the reason I will not be coming back. Have not been in since Pre Covid - nice remodeled interior was first thing that caught my eye. Staff super friendly. Lunch buffet is back - great for quick lunch ! For a long time to visit this locations was my favorites. But today, May/17/2024 around 3:00pm, so disappoint for the medium size of veggies for 28$, with lack of topping ( No pineapple , jalapeño, black olive, green pepper, spinach, zesty sauce and cheese) which the young guy with curly hair recommended will have everything as the list show up,, further more, the cook is not done yet, so the taste so terrible by the base). After my little family enjoyed pizza , we figured out the reasons why so different before, is there a new owner? I checked reviews which are the same my options. Shameless who made this pizza for me. I've visited all pizza business chains over the past fifty years and Round Table Pizza isn't above and beyond the best, but neither is any of the others. It's a personal taste I've acquired about Round Table Pizza. The one on 43rd street in Renton has had a lot of turnover this past 15 months I've been here, but the service has always been good even if the person I'm dealing with is in training status. And the recipe they use for their chicken wings, well in my opinion, is the best around that covers all chicken wing chains around the area. The Parmesan breadsticks are ALWAYS the best!! And for some reason round table has the best ranch! We ordered this for pick up and it was right on time! Highly recommend carry out because it's so fast and doesn't take too long! I usually love the BBQ chicken pizza but sadly there was not that much bbq sauce which I think is the best part... so when I got home I added more BBQ sauce. Overall it was decent! read more

He was going behind the counter and into the back. A grown man yelling at who looked like a very young woman, maybe a high school student... so sad... he threatened to slap her!! The other employee had to step in the middle to make sure this girl was safe. What kind of employees do they have working at this place? Will never go back. That girl deserves better. The guy at the front counter said nope I'm about to close up. I KNOW if a manager was there they would heave said "make a pizza we close at 9:00. Called these guys 2 hours before closing to order for PICK UP and the girl stuttered and said" uh oh oh uh uh We are not selling pizzas anymore because it's been a really busy Friday" ... Are you F'ing kidding me?! I then told her well I'm coming in to pick it up it's not delivery. She the stutterers and stammered again and said "we're out of dough" ... when I asked for her managers name or the owners name she literally hung up on me. I love round table pizza but I will NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN. And that's too bad for them because I'd regularly order $200/$300 for my office but never again after this trash. I used to frequent Taco Del Rey, it's in the same plaza as Round Table. The family at Taco D, told me that the guys that bought this location were good guys. I don't know the situation that lead to new ownership, but I do know that Issaquah, Kent, Fairwood and other local locations have all closed. Everyone here was really nice, honestly too nice to be running a pizza joint, but where it fell apart is the pizza wasn't that good. Round Table, at least my previous experiences where crispy crusts and hearty toppings. My pizza had about half the topping I had come to expect from Round Table. For sure half the meats and about 1/3 less veggies. Rather than recount all the negative, I'll just say the pizza was not up to Round Table standard. I have been eating Round Table for 40 years and this was hands down the worst pizza I have had. It appears that Shakey's is the Last Honest Pizza, so I suggest you keep driving up the hill to Fairwood, and just so it's said, some claim Covid closed the Fairwood location, but it was years of terrible service that caught up to that owner. Even worse, I and others brought the terrible service to Round Table leadership and they chose to ignore our request for intervention. Clearly as long as they get their franchise fee, they could care less about the customer experience. 100% disappointed with this place. read more

Finally received a refund or "void", however it was like pulling teeth. Spoke with the owner and tried to have a discussion on his assistant manager. He was not trying to hear anything, and proceeded to call me "buddy"? I really felt slighted and it was clear that the guy could care less about losing 1customer. Iam a grown man, not a youngster but it's clear that the issues with communication and respect start at the owner down. I really am sorry that I will have to go to a different location for my pizza. This Round Table Pizza fails to deliver the Pepsi more than half the time. When I called to get my refund, the manager told me how busy they were. I understand being busy, but they forget it so often, I asked if they were just super busy all the other times too. I explained they should find a solution, as the current situation continues to fail. Apparently this was too much attitude, and the manager, a woman who would not provide her name, refused to refund my "measly" $2.50, as she called it, until I apologized. Of course it's not about the $2.50, and I won't be apologizing for their failure to provide the product I already paid for. It's the principle, that this pizza restaurant continues to miss something, and I figured it should again be pointed out, so they could remedy the situation. Nothing beats Round Table, whenever I am in Maui I always go to the one near Whalers Village for at least ONE lunch. I just started a new job in Renton and am thrilled to be close to the one there. Today, I went there for the lunch buffet which is a steal; 11.99 for pizza and salad which is all you can eat. The salad bar was stocked with sheer deliciousness and the fresh pizza came out about 5 minutes after I got there, the staff/owners were incredibly friendly. While I was there an entire team came in for some sort of meeting/presentation and stood behind me at my table and talked very loudly which was annoying. They had NO concern for their surroundings, so I only stayed for one serving. This is not the fault of the owners, and I will go back but I will sit in a corner ;-) My only request is to ask that you open a franchise in downtown Seattle where I live. We have few decent options. Specifically in Belltown. On 5th Avenue near either Wall or Vine. read more
