These idiots CANNOT get an order right. I ordered a pizza they had on special, minus ONE INGREDIENT (to which I am allergic), and they couldn't even get that right. Fifty minutes later, the pizza arrives, completely inedible from my perspective, so straight in the trash it goes. I need to leave for a meeting well before they could deliver a correct order, so no lunch for me today. (My online order clearly reflects my request, so it was not "user error.") I wonder if anyone who owns the RoundTable Chain really cares about what people say about their restaurant's. It's pretty bad when you see so many bad reviews. We went here July 9, 2018 and the service was horrible. The Staff was horrible except for the 2 ladies that have worked there for awhile. The young adults aka the "Children" including the manager who acted like a 2 year old. should get some Serious training and if not fired from their jobs. The acting "manager", Chai, who was there, was so loud, panicking and running , (yes Running) around like a 2 yr old because he couldn't' find his cell phone, kept raising his voice in the kitchen to other staff members, yelling at them on how he wanted something done, never gave them any praise, always telling them, while raising his voice, they did something wrong. He was Rude to the customers and more so me because I told him he shouldn't be an acting Manager as he was not a responsible person. I asked him why he is allowing an employee to walk around the kitchen with his cell phone and then touching kitchen equipment/food. The breadsticks were not cooked all the way through. When I asked him about that, he said that's the way they come out!!!!!! Ummmm, I don't think so!!. Then the " Child Manager sat down at the table next to us, facing us, and proceeded to make phone calls to other RT to ask if the kitchen/restaurant was clean as the Mangers were coming back and he would be back to his own position. Really? You have to call the other RT to see if they are clean? They Should Be Clean!!!!!!!!!!!! Sad to say, they had an awesome crew working here in the Winter months.. I think someone needs to check those cameras in there to see what is going on. If I had a business of food, I would want to know what goes on in my business and I would take action on my negative reviews.. but I guess RT really doesn't care in the end. read more

This is by far the best Round Table Pizza in the area. It's always clean inside the restaurant. The food is great,, a favorite of ours is pepperoni/ Ham and Pineapple. The staff is wonderful they always greet you with a smile and are ready to take your order. I have never had a bad experience at this Round Table. The salad bar is always delicious. There is a play area for kids and upstairs dining. Their staff is always willing to do what it takes to make the customers experience there an enjoyable one. They even offer me a drink while I waited for my order. They might charge a bit more then other average restaurants but their good service we always received here, and the delicious food, is well worth it. You just cant go wrong with Round Table food and service in Pinole. I don't live in Pinole area but I go here for their service and good food. read more

Just had a Gourmet Veggie delivered. We can usually count on this being a very good pizza, but not tonight. The crust tasted like cardboard; the artichokes were stringy and chewy; and the garlic sauce tasted funny. Overall, it was not a good pizza. On a positive note, the delivery driver was positive, friendly and helpful. 5 stars! In fact, all the drivers who have delivered our meals have bee great. read more

I wish I could give this place no stars! I come here every once in a while for the salad bar, and I've never had any problems. Until today. For whatever reason, the manager there today, named Dave, felt that he should scold me for using a napkin to get croutons. I was sternly told that I was strictly not allowed to use a napkin, and that "we use plates here" like I was some sort of idiot. I explained that my plate was full, I just wanted more croutons. He continued, louder and more disrespectfully, to tell me how I couldn't use a napkin. Then he walked away from me WHILE I WAS TALKING TO HIM. I paid money to come here and be disrespected? Are you kidding me? When I go somewhere and spend my money, I expect to be treated with respect as a paying customer, not like some sort of idiot. They just lost my business for good. I know the manager to the Pinole restaurant, and the Hercules restaurant. I'm constantly taken care of. The pizza is always good, and I never have to complain about anything. Both the Hercules, and Pinole stores are good, but the Richmond one often has rude people in it. read more

Decided to try round table pizza delivery, been in pinole for 09 months, why not! We ordered a medium olive mushroom and pepperoni with anchovies on the side. It arrived 90 minutes later, cost 25 dollars and was so cold we had to reheat it. wow, what a deal. read more

I normally order from here around once a month. Recently service has been extremely slow. If you do a web order it tells you delivered in 1 hour almost no matter how busy they are. Not to mention you can't use any coupons with this store online 99% of the time. If I order in the middle of the week it will still take 1 hour for them to deliver which they charge for as well. Today I ordered and it took more than an 1 hour and 30 minutes even though the web order said 1 hour as per usual. When I call and ask I get the usual oh we are really busy. Well then don't have the web order say will be delivered in 1 hour and charge tons extra's for your subpar pizza. This is a prime example of why I feel less and less likely to tip any delivery person regardless if its their personal fault or not. If you want pizza find somewhere else to get it you'll just end up hungry but with a lighter wallet if you get it from here. read more

The tastiest Round Table pizza that I have ever tasted! I don't know how there could be a difference with a chain, but this place is irresistible. It first caught me one evening when I was filling up next door at Shell. The smell lured me in like a cartoon aroma chain. I am a glutton for punishment. I keep ordering from this Round Table, and every time I do, there is a problem. The pizza has the wrong toppings or arrives cold or arrives undercooked, or it takes two hours to arrive. The managers treat you like criminals when you complain, and at best will offer to remake your food (so you get it an hour late) or offer you a few dollars off your next order. So either way, you're either eating something you didn't order or waiting long past when you planned to eat. I managed a Round Table many years ago, and the customer service here is by far the worst I have ever witnessed. Do yourself a favor and set your expectations low before ordering. read more

Well today was the final straw that broke the camel back. I called to order a pizza, when the clerk answered the phone she put me on hold. While waiting on hold, my boyfriend got dressed and we drove to Round Table, all this time Im still on hold. We go inside there were three customers ahead of us. Place was not crowded. Remember I'm still on hold. Finally after about 2 minutes i was the second customer in line. Then the clerk answers the phone, i told her i was standing in front of her and that i was on hold for 23 minutes. This is unacceptable, i spoke with the manager and she is worthless with excuses. You should go to Round Table pizza in Hilltop because of the food, service, and atmosphere. One reason you should go to Round Table pizza is because of the food. I ordered a personal pizza half pepperoni and ham and a Pepsi. The cheese and sauce were dripping off the pie. When you taste you the pizza you will want to marry it or go to heaven. It's so perfect. The service is really good because they don't make you wait. They have all the materials you need like cheese, red pepper, and napkins. Please tip the waiters well. I hope you get Rachel as a waiter. Terrible terrible terrible terrible service!!! Called last night before I went to work to order my kids pizza for dinner I pacifically asked the girl on the phone do I need to leave the credit card there that way I can pay for the pizza she said oh no someone just needs to sign for it!!! So I left on my way to work a half an hour later the pizza gets there in the pizza man will not leave the pizza!!!! So then I called the manager and explain the situation to her she did nothing to help me and just said she'll train her cashier better!! I explained to her that my kids dad did not have a car and that was the only way they're going to be able to eat dinner she still did not care and said those are their policies!!! This is very terrible and rude! I will never order pizza from them again ever!! A lot of restaurants are good, but Round Table Pizza is the best because of the food, service, and atmosphere. One reason I recommend Round pizza is the food. One of the foods there are bread sticks with cheddar. They were so good we wanted to use our tip money for more sticks. Another food they have is pizza and they have different kind of sauces and toppings. We ordered an extra-large, half pepperoni half barbecue. Another reason I recommend Round Table Pizza is the service. The waiter at Round Table Pizza was nice and would laugh a lot. They also brought the pizza over their shoulders like we were kings and queens. The last reason I recommend Round Table Pizza is the atmosphere.
