I am so upset at this place after been a costumer for 20 years im sadly to write this review!! I made myself a salad in the salad bar and while i was eating the salad i realized there was a black weird shape thing in my salad i didnt add olives so i was confused after i moved it and touched it with the fork i realized it was RAT poop!! I approached the manager and she was telling me that it was not poop that it was a rock im clearly googling pictures of rat poop infront of her and she kept denying it and been rude in my face.. this is so unsanatary im glad i caught it before i feed my 2 year old, she gave me a number to call and complain and gave me my money rudly and still charged me for the drinks when we didnt even touch the drink fountain..for the safety of ur health and you families do not go to this place, i will be calling the health department! read more

However it's unprofessional to hold a very loud discussion regarding pay in front of the salad bar AND have the nerve to make rude comments about patrons being "nosey". We don't need to be nosey to hear your discussion when you put it on blast to begin with CHAI. Learn to be more respectful and professional. read more

Came here today for lunch 11:30 am. Ordered the lunch special with the salad bar on the phone and came in to pick it up. Upon arrival the pizza was not ready just yet so I collected my TOGO containers for the salad bar and proceeded to put my salad in my containers. After getting my salad I sat down at a table until my number was called. The nice young lady walked my pizza to my table which I thought was really nice but proceeded to tell me that the Owner (Greg M.) instructed her to tell me that if I order to go I can not eat inside of his restaurant.....Wait what? "Who said that I was going to eat here?" I asked the young lady.. "I am just sitting here waiting for my pizza to be cooked." She shrugs her shoulders and says: The owner just told me to tell you that you can't eat your pizza here. So of course I ask to speak with this "Owner" and of course he isn't available. She tells me: "He's in a meeting" Uhhh???? I just seen this guy standing behind the counter now he is in a meeting? Anyway long story done this Greg sends a young lady out to do HIS JOB and accuse me of something which wasn't even accurate. OMG the best lunch place!!! The salad bar is super nice and clean and has these screaming breadsticks. I get a personal pizza and salad bar for ten dollars. I can have any Round Table flavor I want. It is always hot and fresh. They have TV, WIFI, and are always un-crowded. For parents with kids, they have the only indoor play structure that I have ever seen at a Round Table. It is really the gold standard for Round Table franchised restaurants. read more

Pizza is good as always. Didn't have the salad bar but it looked fresh, clean and well stocked. Staff is adequate behind the counter. No one in sight bussing tables. I cleaned my own table before sitting down. Dining area is moderately clean. Dined in and it took forever to get our pizzas. Kids play area is fun for the kiddos (under 4ft which isn't enforced). But it's poorly ventilated and completely chaotic. I wouldn't let your toddler go in. They'll get trampled on. The fact that there are kids running around the restaurant in their socks grosses me out for some reason. There are a few video games to distract the older kids. Nice sized meeting room that will keep your ears protected from the kids' screams. I wish it'd been empty because I would have had my pizza there without all the noise. STOLE MY MONEY!! Out friends just moved in the area a few weeks ago. Today we ordered pizza online and decided to get round table since we passed it on the way here. We checked online and seen a promotion for buy a specialty pizza and get a Two topping pizza for 15.00. When we finished ordering I double checked to see our order and saw we were charged $37.10 for ONE large pizza. I ended up calling, and letting them know I just wanted to get the promotion. A lady who acknowledged my order said if she could put me on hold and a man picked up, he said he didn't know what to do and put me on hold for his manager. THREE different times I had to explain what happened. The I mistakenly said the promotion was for everything I said above BUT I accidentally said 15.99. The manager told me, that I was wrong on the promotion and to go back online and REorder. I told her that's fine but I already had an order placed, can I stop that one and just retell her my order. Since I already paid. She said that there is NOT a receipt for my order. I told her the lady I first talked to said she seen my order. And by this time my friends just told me to order somewhere else and get my money back because she was really giving me a hard time. I asked her if I can just get refund and not worry about. She said she can't give me a refund on the weekends because only person who can give refunds has a really busy schedule and they don't come there in the weekends. Apparently her being the manager she doesn't get to do everything. I understand if it's only like $10 or whatever but this is almost $40 and your saying only god knows when I'll get my money back? Then she HANGS up on me and I go to the store to talk to the manager and WHILE I'm there my friends call me on FACETIME and says the delivery guy was there to drop of the pizza. I tell the manager and she says "I can't believe if that's my delivery guy or not because I don't know his route." So now I'm still here on the phone with my bank!! This is really ridiculous. Listen to the rest of the reviews and UNTIL this manager is GONE. They're going to CONTINUE to lose more and more customers. read more

We loved Round Table Pizza. Even though it was somewhat expensive, the ingredients were fresh and of quality. Now that they see to have changed ownership, they look cheaper. I really like this round tables location. I haven't really had a problem with ordering over the phone or in person. Employees look to be pretty young but they've always been friendly to me. Pizza is cooked to perfection as always. And they cook it In a timely matter too! My only complaint would probably be the dirtiness of the salad bar/restroom/tables. I've often had to wipe down the tables before sitting down. They need someone to take care of those easy fixes more often! read more

Been in California for almost six months now and just today tried round table. I must say I am absolutely in love with their garlic twists!!

Horrible front counter service. Ordered boneless chicken wings and had to remind them twice where's my order. After waiting 45 minutes it finally arrives at our table, cold, and look more like chicken nuggets than wings. Will never come back to this location again. Well the pizza taste good so I give it two stars., It was not cooked enough. We had to put it in the oven to cook longer at home. For what they charge almost 60 bucks for two pizzas and wings they could at least cook it right. I'm a fan of the pizza ONLY. The staff there except for a couple of people seem very disengaged. I usually order for delivery with the occasional dine-in. I am always placed on hold when I call and sometimes forgotten about. By the time my pizza arrives, it's semi-cold and I normally have to pop it in the oven again for a 5-10 minutes. I'm not too crazy about the hoops I have to jump to get my pizza but I will say that the pizza is consistently good. It's my favorite pizza place hands down, minus the customer service! read more

I am beyond disgusted by this place. Ordered a pizza, and wings to go on Friday night 04/15/2016 and to my dismay I had hair in my pizza. How unsanitary. The hair was logged in the pizza which means it fell in when the pizza was being prepared then baked. When I called and informed the assistant manager she didn't seemed phased or apologetic, she said "well we can make you another pizza as or we will offer you a credit to get it another time",as if I would ever order food from here, ever again. When I requested a requested a full refund she said I would have to bring the pizza back to the restaurant. Waste of my time, and my gas. I returned their hair pizza and to top it off the refund was not immediate she said it will take 3-5 business for the money to reflect on my account. The only complaints I have for this particular Round Table is that it is very small inside. And the play area is cramped. But the kids seem to like it. We used to come here all the time with the family salad and pizza coupon. They don't honor the coupon price if you don't have the coupon with you, we called in to pick up once, and the bill ended up with over $50 for 2 pizzas, since we forgot the coupon at home, the cashier said they have to charge the full price. read more

I ordered pizza here @ 5:13 pm to pick up, and picked it up @ 5:42 pm that's about 29 minutes. When I picked up the pizza it was just slightly warm and looked kinda old. I called and spoke with the manager and informed her that it was my first time ordering & picking up a pizza @ their location and told her the quality of pizza I got from them, asked them why it was kinda just warm & looked kinda old. She said that it takes 10 to 15 minutes to make a pizza. So if I ordered @ 5:13 pm and picked it up @ 5:42 pm, so that's 29 minutes in between minus 15 minutes for them to make the pizza, so the remaining 15 minutes the pizza that's sitting in the box and in the warmer according to her should have been moist & kinda hotter that warm and the cheese should kinda ooze out, but not the case. If you let the pizza sit in the box itself that just came out of the pizza oven for 15 minutes should still be fresh & kinda HOT!!!!!!!!! This Round Table Pizza is the best! Their food is delicious. My favorite pizza is a simple Peperoni and extra cheese. That leaves room for their salad bar. They have a big selection on their salad bar. It is always fresh and well stocked and kept clean. The staff at the Pinole store is outstanding. Every time I come in to pick up a order I am always greeted in a friendly manor. The staff is on the job! I was waiting for my order and the lady at the pick up line made sure I had my cheese peppers etc. Then she offered me a drink while I waited for my order. The manager at night is very friendly and helpful. When I realized I did not have my coupon he took care of me. A good staff is a reflection of a good manager. Always great pizza and always great service. Nice and friendly employees. Good family atmosphere and pretty clean. We always try to call in our order so that our pie is right out the oven for us when we arrive! Sometimes if we forget our family meal deal coupon the manager give us the discount any way.
