Sure it's a bit expensive for a "fast food pizza" but I can't go anywhere else where the toppings are falling off the slice due to over abundance and there's always some kind of coupon code to use. Not to mention the lady at the front desk has not once but twice now helped me with my coupon and tonight even asked if we wanted our pizza redone because the oven folded it a little bit weird. THIS IS BANG FOR BUCK and the pinole location consistently does it better than the rest. read more

Honestly, back in the day or pre Covid this place was still popping The food was good. The ambience was family oriented and the service was usually fine. We went there a couple days ago and the food was OK. We got the lunch deal. So a small one topping pizza with a small drink for like $18? It was fine The pizza was not bad, it was OK. But we did want a salad from the salad bar and the salad is Hella expensive now at $14 and there's a big sign that says you can only go once. Which is fine but they give you a pretty small bowl that looks big, but it's small. They also don't have the complementary breadsticks anymore, which in my opinion used to make that salad bar. They were the BEST breadsticks from like any pizza place. The service was not very good to be honest. The girl at the counter was honestly rude and I was a little confused with the fact that it wasn't busy yet every single booth was super dirty... tables were not cleared and the person at the counter was just pouring ranch into little to go cups. But the ranch at the salad bar was completely empty...? Like in my opinion before you start doing the side work, you should 100% make sure that every single table is bussed at the least... and I don't know if it was because every single table around me was super dirty but when you look up at the ceiling, it feels even more grimy because the ceiling has a bunch of water spots and mold on it so yeah, just the whole experience ended up grossing me out... and even though the food was OK it feels like my money was wasted. I will say the person who brought my food out, was very nice and brought my partner, and I two sides of ranch, which we didn't even ask for so that was very cool. He was the one saving grace of that whole experience. read more

I usually like mom & pop pizza place. I decided to go to Round Table Pizza, my go to is the Parmesan twists and chicken garlic gourmet with the red sauce. At times it does get busy with birthday parties and whatnot, plus they are next to an In & Out burger, so parking can get crazy. The staff when I went were chill and I had a to go order, that it was ready when I arrived. They asked me if I needed any plates or condiments with my order. The time I picked my order up, a lot of people were leaving. If you dine in, it's going to be maybe loud with all the families or parties they have, they also have a small Game Center. I like getting my pizza to go from this location, haven't had a mess up to my order. read more

Anyway back to Round table. this location has a 2nd floor available also for customer overflow, an arcade, dine in area is good but could use a remodel(this is franchised location so take that up with manager/owner) their staff are very good. they stick with the all the menu items and have good tasting quality pizza as Round Table pizza always does. Will return to this location again soon. read more

Another horrible experience. Long Saturday and my kids want pizza. It literally took 44 minutes from the minute I ordered to get a pizza. They didn't look busy. Once they handed me my pizza the manager told me sorry for the wait, but they had made me the wrong pizza and basically didn't tell me till the very end when they handed me the pizza. It was a 3 topping XL pizza how can you mess it up when you're not busy. It wasn't the first time this location made an error. Last time I came in they gave my pizza to someone. Had they told me right away the pizza was made wrong I would have asked for a refund, be better Round Table! read more

We ordered 4 personal pizzas, three were delivered. This is the second time this exact issue happened. I called and spoke to the Manager and she said she only saw 3. She kept talking over me and would not let me speak. I asked if I could order the 4th pizza and she said it would talk almost 2 hours to be delivered because they were busy. The correct answer, should have been " Yes, Im so sorry this has happened twice now, let me get you your order expedited and without the delivery fee. I can understand a computer complication, I cant accept bad customer service, especially from the Manager. Very disappointing. read more

Too bad I can't give negative stars. We ordered one pizza at 645pm. We called at 830 to check on it and we were told it was in route. We called at 855 pm to ask for money back, or discount, or a discount on next pizza, or apology, or anything. The manager ARGUED with us!!! Actually ARGUED. Denied any responsibility for any pizza related problems and made excuses for slow service. We have ordered a lot of pizzas from these thieving, lying jack*sses. Never again. I will drive to Orinda and get a real pizza from grown ups who value customer service. read more

Ordered $60 worth food last night. Took almost 2 hours for it to arrive. Once it did, the pizza was completely burned and we ended up tossing it out. If I can give 0 stars I would. This place was a complete disaster. I visited with my family and had the worst experience ever. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with no acknowledgment from the staff. Their facial expressions showed that they were annoyed by our large group. Despite closing at 10 p.m., they seemed irritated that we were there at 8 p.m. The staff was incredibly rude. One female employee approached my parents in Spanish, rudely asking if we were reserving a room. We had no idea about how seating worked, and we politely excused ourselves. She could have spoken to them in a more polite manner. Another female worker was aggressively telling us where to move other items to place our food on the table. The customer service was atrocious, and this will be my last visit. read more

Though there are many round table pizzas in the area, this is by far the best one. In order to really get the most of it, you'll need to order online through the app. There are deals here that I have never ever seen at any other round table(online only). They also are super fast. I had the most positive experience at this location. I put in an order online to pick up during my lunch break. My orders are always a bit complicated and are rarely correct the first time. That being said, my order this day was not correct. The woman helping me took note of the problem and offered a more-than-reasonable solution. I wish I had gotten her name. Anyway, she corrected the error quickly and got me all of the sides and additions I asked for without any issue at all. I so deeply appreciate how she handled it and got me EVERYTHING I asked for. To me, THIS, is what service is about. I understand that every business is either short on supplies or short on staff, but I was so grateful for this woman who (I feel) went above and beyond to make the situation right for me. This was lunch time on Wednesday 12/8/21. So ma'am, if you're reading this, thank you so much for saving my day. read more

I completely understand the concern with a salad bar now after the pandemic. However, if you're just going to dump green salad with cucumbers and tomatoes in a bowl, I believe you should lower your salad "bar" price of $9.99! I called 25 times...... they were open for another hour. All i wanted to do was place an order for pick up. They refused to answer the phone and when they did, they immediately hung up. Usually I would give round table a great review but this location need some type of new management. I placed my order online and I went to pick it up with my young daughter, upon entering this location we were not greeted, the young lady looked at us walked away and continued her phone conversation which I'm pretty sure it's against code considering it was not the work phone it was a cell phone which she had connected to her AirPods. When she finally approached us she was very short and told her phone conversation to hold on for a split second. While I was receiving my receipt she continued her phone conversation. Round table is the location that is known for handing out peppers , cheese, ranch and napkins. Unfortunately this young lady obviously didn't feel like coming to work today because customer service sucked ass, as well as her actually engaging with the costumers who spend their hard earned money. read more

They have the best tasting pizza from a chain restaurant. This restaurant is part of a franchise that also owns the RT in Hercules and Richmond near Hilltop. Of the three, this is the best for speed and accuracy. The customer service is lacking, and I'd avoid calling within an hour of closing because they may not answer. Fake pizza. AVOID!!! This is not anything like what RTP was, or should be. Super rude staff and management as well.

No salad bar. No good smell of cooking cheese. Oh well. Not sure why there was no salad bar.

*** why I hate corporate China: Attitude from staff who are kind of unprofessional** 1. Please don't pick the phone up while you're yelling at other staff in the back... it's okay to tell the customer " can you hold please" until you get your life together instead of interrupting me to yell at others 2. Please don't y'all over me when I'm telling you my order- you have no idea what I'm about to say 3. I asked for a X-large combo with 1:4 cheese o my - apparently you only do half and half and leaving toppings off 1/4 (4 slices) is too complicated That's cool- I'll just go to Qs Halal Pozza because apparently what I asked for wasn't difficult at all- annnnd they're more affordable $21 for a 16" read more

I ordered one vegetarian pizza once a month ago and that took more than 2 hours to arrive.
