Anyway back to Round table. this location has a 2nd floor available also for customer overflow, an arcade, dine in area is good but could use a remodel(this is franchised location so take that up with manager/owner) their staff are very good. they stick with the all the menu items and have good tasting quality pizza as Round Table pizza always does. Too bad I can't give negative stars. We ordered one pizza at 645pm. We called at 830 to check on it and we were told it was in route. We called at 855 pm to ask for money back, or discount, or a discount on next pizza, or apology, or anything. The manager ARGUED with us!!! Actually ARGUED. We ordered 4 personal pizzas, three were delivered. This is the second time this exact issue happened. I called and spoke to the Manager and she said she only saw 3. She kept talking over me and would not let me speak. I asked if I could order the 4th pizza and she said it would talk almost 2 hours to be delivered because they were busy. I usually like mom & pop pizza place. I decided to go to Round Table Pizza, my go to is the Parmesan twists and chicken garlic gourmet with the red sauce. At times it does get busy with birthday parties and whatnot, plus they are next to an In & Out burger, so parking can get crazy. The staff when I went were chill and I had a to go order, that it was ready when I arrived. They asked me if I needed any plates or condiments with my order. The time I picked my order up, a lot of people were leaving. If you dine in, it's going to be maybe loud with all the families or parties they have, they also have a small Game Center. We came at closing time me my wife and our little baby with dad and he's a older man and we came and the wait was a while but we understood it's was so busy but we wait it's one of my wife favorite places for pizza we got the maui pizza and a small personal cheese pizza for my daughter and the guys were so amazing Angel was the sup and Guillermo Roberto and miss Amparo were the beast and he pizza was amazing they helped me sign up and save on my order. If I can give 0 stars I would. This place was a complete disaster. I visited with my family and had the worst experience ever. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with no acknowledgment from the staff. Their facial expressions showed that they were annoyed by our large group. Despite closing at 10 p.m., they seemed irritated that we were there at 8 p.m. The staff was incredibly rude. One female employee approached my parents in Spanish, rudely asking if we were reserving a room. We had no idea about how seating worked, and we politely excused ourselves. She could have spoken to them in a more polite manner. Another female worker was aggressively telling us where to move other items to place our food on the table. In order to really get the most of it, you'll need to order online through the app. There are deals here that I have never ever seen at any other round table(online only). They also are super fast. I had the most positive experience at this location. I put in an order online to pick up during my lunch break. My orders are always a bit complicated and are rarely correct the first time. Since this location is close to my nephew, I have ordered a couple of times for his pizza parties and the staff has been always been courteous, friendly and on time delivery. There was on one occasion where my nephew didn't hear the doorbell and the driver was nice enough to take a pic of the pizza on the porch and notified me of the delivery; really appreciated the customer service! I placed my order online and I went to pick it up with my young daughter, upon entering this location we were not greeted, the young lady looked at us walked away and continued her phone conversation which I'm pretty sure it's against code considering it was not the work phone it was a cell phone which she had connected to her AirPods. When she finally approached us she was very short and told her phone conversation to hold on for a split second. While I was receiving my receipt she continued her phone conversation. Round table is the location that is known for handing out peppers , cheese, ranch and napkins. They have the best tasting pizza from a chain restaurant. This restaurant is part of a franchise that also owns the RT in Hercules and Richmond near Hilltop. Of the three, this is the best for speed and accuracy. The customer service is lacking, and I'd avoid calling within an hour of closing because they may not answer. Hi, I'm a customer of roundtable pizza, I buy pizza 2 maybe even 3 days of of the week, I go to this round table in Pinole on Fitzgerald drive a lot since it's closest to my house, but now I will not due to giving me a pizza that was not fresh, the manage had told me I'm sry we are under staffed and I waited for like 20 minutes after ordering 45 mins prier, my kids would not even eat it seemed to be stale, not sure what they did but it was not fresh, I would rather drive out of my way to the San Pablo round table it's way better. This review is due to the customer service. I called at 9:35pm and the employee answered the phone saying, "I'm sorry we're closed! Sorry we're closed! And immediately hung up before I could respond. I decided to call back the following day to speak to a manager. I asked this person (they said they were the manager of the day) what time they close and what time can the last order be placed. They said they personally take orders until 9:45 bevy it only takes 15 minutes to make the pizza. I explained what happened the night before. Afterwards, all they said just said oh, well I normally take orders until 9:45. Ok... I asked if they communicate that to their employees and also the fact that the person answered the phone, didn't give me a chance to speak and hung up was disrespectful to me.
