I'm a delivery driver and had a catering order for pick up. The pick up time was 11:20 and was supposed to be delivered by 11:45. When I approached the counter with my catering bags, I get the blank stare. He wasn't aware that they had a catering order. After searching, they found the email with the information about the catering order. They said they just started it, and it would take 20-25 minutes to complete. I let the delivery platform know. The platform would reach out from time to time asking me the status. If I saw someone, I would ask, and the restaurant would say it's almost ready. Not once did they apologize for being late. I got the order the night before. So I assume the restaurant got it at least the night before, perhaps longer? I think the store manager needs to make it a habit to check what is on the books for the next day. I waited a whole hour!! I had an appointment that I had to move the time out. I've taken orders in the past from this restaurant, and I've had some issues. Just not this bad. When I got to the customer, she was really unhappy. As we were unloading the pizza boxes, she noticed that they didn't write what the order was on the box. So they had to open all the boxes. She said she's had bad experiences in the past and was never going to order from this restaurant again. I know I will never take another delivery offer from them again! read more

And it's over. We're done, even though the pizza and wings were good and timely. How in the world? Very simple. Bear in mind that this is a $50+ order including the delivery fee, so this is not a situation where El Cheapo Pizza aims to give the El Cheapo experience. This is a premium price and one expects to tip. One expects apathetic service from places that charge $12 for a lousy pizza, not from ones that charge triple that. What did it was having our food dropped on the porch. Our doorbell doesn't always work (though I can usually tell if anyone rang it), but I saw the delivery person pull up. I waited for them to get up the driveway, and to avoid startling them, hung on for about five seconds before opening the door. Normally, if one method doesn't work--you knock. We have a door knocker so that was not going to hurt any knuckles. Opened the door and my food was on the porch, the person was halfway down the driveway. Then I did an idiotic thing. I always tip the pizza people and it didn't even occur to me that this should be the exception, so I called out: "Don't you want your tip?" The person said they would like one, and like an idiot, I gave it to them. I should have said: "Then have some patience. What if it took me a few moments to come to the door?" That's the last tip this place is getting from us. My take is that the pizza delivery business model is essentially dead; if Round Table, which is a premium brand, can't attract people who care even when it charges a premium price, that's the end. We'll just have to say goodbye to the pizza delivery concept, and I suspect most of the market has already done likewise. Farewell. read more

Decent 4 topping personal pizza lunch special and drink for 9.99. I ordered from the app for pick up and it was ready within 15 minutes! Hot, ready and cheesy. One of the personal pizzas toppings were a little on the toasty burnt side. My Maui Zaui with Polynesian sauce instead of red sauce was pretty tasty. I ordered a carry out and unfortunately they missed it when I came to the restaurant. However, they offered us a free drinks while the pizza was being remade. That was really good. Later on, I was a little bit pissed off as they were taking a long time but after I received the pizza, the great surprise was that pizza had a great amount of toppings and that was amazing! We were amazed by that and it tells us the interest they had for giving us an excellent service. I am attaching pictures! Has gone downhill so badly. Look at how they delivered our pizzas. Tried to scrape the cheese off the cardboard lid without success. Disappointing that nobody cared to put the plastic spacers in to keep the pizza safe. The crust is also different, it's nothing like it used to be. I think it's premade. Not going back if this is their new game. Grew up with Round Table and it's a shame to see Round Table go so far downhill. No wonder they're closing stores.. I should ask for a refund. Seriously. My concern is yet again with their website. All these companies that think having a franchise model can produce the consistency they tout are mistaken. The corporate website doesn't tell the franchisee the whole story. I ordered a pizza and accidentally made it just cheese. At checkout, you can hit edit, change things, and the price will reflect that. The problem is that the corporate website keeps the "cheese only" verbiage, leading to the franchisee seeing that request. This led to them remaking it when that shouldn't have happened. Just be aware that you may have to do the job for corporate to keep the franchise informed. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would but it won't let me. Ordered a pizza and was told it would be 45-60 minutes for delivery. They are less than 2 miles away. Waited over 1.5 hours and no delivery yet. Called twice but they don't speak good English so it was hard to talk with them. Was told wait another 30 minutes. So now it's over an hour and a half to get a delivery this close to them and another 30-45 minutes. Almost 2 hours is ridiculous so I won't be getting pizza from here anymore. Omg guys ....1) creamy garlic sauce yes should be garlicky but also creamy. I literally am chewing on spoonfuls of RAW GARLIC like it came out of a jar on a spoon. I mean I love garlic but I can't even taste the pizza! 2) when someone asks you to do a half and half pizza , half garlic chicken and half pepperoni and then calls specifically to ask if you will do this, please do it. I was told "yes of course. By default the pepperoni side would come with marinara and the chicken garlic side would come with creamy garlic sauce.. you do not even have to ask" But I did ask. I really like Round table Pizza. I stopped in today at 4:00 in the afternoon to pick up a pizza to take home and sip on a cold beer while I wait (it's hot out side). I walked in - there was nobody watching the front area and there was no way to signal that I was there. So I waited. After a while somebody looks out from the back and notices that someone is waiting. It was hot in the restaurant - like the air conditioning was off or something. I placed my order but I'm told that there is nobody there that is allowed to sell me a beer though there is a full tap behind the register and a fridge full of bottles. Really? I sit to wait for my pizza in the hot dining area. One table has a stack of flat pizza boxes the need to be assembled. There are several brooms, dust pans and cleaning equipment here and there in the dining area. Not a great environment - couldn't wait to leave. The pizza, when I got it home, as expected was good. It looked like there was either no store manager or the store manager simply doesn't care. It is my hope that it will get back to the good restaurant that it used to be. read more

A good place to get a pizza buffet with no frills. The interior of this location is pretty spacious and clean. We went here last night (Tuesday) for their dinner buffet. They have a decent simple salad bar, cheesy breadsticks, cinnamon sticks, and a decent selection of pizzas. What's nice is that if you don't see the pizza you want, you can request them to make it for you. The pizzas taste pretty good as they come out every few minutes nice and hot. I do wish that they had some other items to choose from... like wings and jojos... but then again, it's a pizza buffet. Overall, a decent experience and definitely filled up on pizzas. read more

Look, the pizza is good. At least most of the time. The garlic twists are never consistent- they can be either really good or way over done or without any of the sauce. This is the third time I've been here to this specific location and they have been inconsistent each time. This time I ordered over the phone for a 5:45 pickup and I show up at 5:30, no big deal I pay and wait. At 6:15 they bring the pizza and garlic twists out (calling out using the wrong name, btw). Luckily I checked the pizza and the simple pepperoni I ordered somehow now has jalapeños? So now I wait AGAIN, at least they have TVs in every corner of the store, which was almost empty for the hour or so I sat waiting. So when they bring out the pizza I comment and say that it was a 30 minute wait and then the wrong pizza and the guy looks at me and says, "yeah".
