Stupid late at night...like 1am and I NEED pizza, you have been there... I highly recommend tossing garlic knots on your order which come with marinara. Also, what I did was a medium - half cheese and the other half? Fresh spinach, roma tomato and roasted garlic. This place got my order wrong, again. I specifically added the garlic crust topping which they can always seem to forget to put on the pizza. I also tried to substitute the ranch sauce for original sauce and the label on the box even said that it printed out from the computer, but they made the pizza incorrect anyway. When I got home after work I was advised that my Wife and daughter (son is away @ sleep away camp), went to Olive Garden for dinner...left over breadsticks in the fridge as evidence, so I was left to fend for myself for dinner. My previous company gave me a $10 gift card--let's just say they were really bad at Monopoly--and it was burning a perverbal hole in my Apple Wallet. I had converted it into a Papa John's gift card so I figured I would cash it in. It wasn't much...good for a 3 topping 10' pie, but free dinner and lunch tomorrow isn't too shabby. The employee working the front was pretty cool. Obviously gift cards are very rarely converted to e-cards, but he let me enter the number on the cc pad and it worked perfectly. The food was alright but I could not get over the customer service I was treated too. The person helping me was named denise and she had the biggest attitude towards me for absolutely no reason. I than saw her and another person with purple hair, I believe , screaming/cussing at eachother saying the most vile words you could hear in this type of environment. Well, Papa Johns is usually the only "chain" pizza place that I order from. It's affordable, consistent, and not far from home for easy carry out.. I don't know what happened last nite, but someone dropped the ball. Always do the 2 topping medium x 2 pizza deal. Always no cheese, extra sauce, and two veggie toppings. Arrived home last nite with the pizza, all excited to eat. Opened the boxes, and was utterly confused. Barely any sauce. The least amount of toppings I've ever seen. Weird extra flat, borderline raw, dough. Disappointed to say the least.. When I decide to get fast food pizza, I chose papa John's. I have gone to many locations across multiple states. I have ordered from this location multiple times now. Each time the pizza is constantly coming out with raw undercooked dough. I am not complaining about one time experience, this has happened each time I've ordered from this location. The pizza is not bad, it just isn't cooked all the way leaving some parts of the pizza raw. The bottom of the pizza crust is done, but the inside and top is raw squish dough. This is not how other Papa John's locations do it. Please fix your oven or whatever so it cooks all the way through! read more

Very disappointed. I was excited about the gluten free. It was one of the worst pieces of cardboard I have had. They were generous with the toppings. With the exception of the cheese. Hardly any. With the price being almost twice that of a regular pizza it was unacceptable. The website also, wouldn't complete my order. The pizzas are good but the workers are not. I came in for pick up late at night and the guy making the pizza was playing and messing with the dough. The girl that took my order was just wearing a tank top and wasn't even in uniform. Initially she was making the dough then she went to the front register and took my credit card and started ringing my order. So, we ended up ordering from here the other night after not eating pizza from there in a couple of years. The experience (ordered online, inexpensive, had it delivered) was great. The pizza was not so good. The crust is definitely pre-made, and if not, is just really bad. The sauce is very sweet, and the cheese was not super melty. We've been eating a lot of Pizza Schmizza and Bellagios lately, and even though the online ordering thing was really cool, Papa John's just doesn't even come close to them. Superbowl morning, I plugged in my online order for carryout to be picked up at 3:45pm. I know, I know, the game started at 3:30pm, why would I do that? Do I hate football? No. I was with that population of people who thought it was going to be a blow out with Panthers winning but secretly hoping that the Broncos won. (And they did!) I was patting myself on the back for the forethought. Superbowl afternoon, I walk over to the pizza place just shy of 4pm but I really do still live a football throw away. I arrive to a flurry of activity. It's Super Bowl and there are people waiting for pizza, the phone ringing with people ordering pizza, and people making pizza. I learned upon arrival that on the day of all days, they're down one oven. I did end up waiting a little longer than I had anticipated. Given the state of things in the kitchen and customers being not-so-happy that they have to wait much longer for pizza, I thought that the employees handled themselves very well. Superbowl Sunday brought everyone together and as a customer, I couldn't be mad about the situation. It sucked but they worked through it and I hope they ended the night well. read more

My BIRTHDAY experience with papa johns was horrible from the online ordering system ( from the offsite) which was a scam as they tried to overcharge us by 7-8 dollars. Trying to talk us in circles as well as overcharging and screwing up ur mind. I challenged him and he suddenly had a rebated the 7-8 dollars saying he made a mistake which is complete bull shit. When he used the discount which took off 8 dollars 25$ so far. We checked prices online supposed to be $23 dollars but didn't want to argue. Once arrived to pick up our order the lady was wanting a tip and we told her we didn't wanna pay a tip. She didn't want to tell us how to use the no tip button and then somehow after we got home a notification popped up and the total came up to be suddenly $4 additional. In all good conscience, four stars? Husband was right when he said, "It's fine, American pizza" - this is not fancy herbaceous fresh mozzarella with gorgonzola pear, no no. I love that! But this was exactly how we decided to make it online, together, sitting in front of the computer. Or you can pick one of the standby originals, like the all meat, etc. We tried a regular crust, spicy sausage pizza, with light sauce and extra cheese. I would have given five stars if there had actually been "extra" cheese. I believe it is a license for the pizza industry to charge us a buck or so more, and there is no noticeable blobbi-ness of a good large amount of cheese. I mean, come on! Still, despite my cheese gripes, the pizza was delicious! The olives were in perfect amount, and fresh not dry and wilted, and the spicy sausage was a bit hot for grandma, but not for me. We put Ass Blaster (a type of Ass-Kickin' Cajun) hot sauce on a couple a' slices, and that was very good, especially on the side with the pineapple and jalapenos with bacon - good and smoky bacon - and definitely hot jalapenos! Good job. Not greasy enough, really, but that's the tendency these days. It was so good, I forgot to put olive oil on it, and frankly I didn't remember the lack of extra cheese until I sat here to write this up. So now you know. Still, I want more cheese. Is that a crime? YES, says my trainer as she adds 40 minutes to my treadmill routine. Bitch. Delivery was stated online to be up to 40 minutes - and the guy showed in 10 minutes.
