Great pizza. Great sauce and cheese. Been going there for several years and hasn't changed at all.

Reviews are all about expectations. This is a carry out or delivery only local pizza chain. I called in placed my order and when I arrived I had to wait 2-3 minutes. No problem. I d rather wait than have my pizza sit longer in the box. Ordered the garlic chicken and it was great. My expectations were met. Draw back the crust always get slightly soggy on the ride home. Pro tip heat your over to 400 degrees and place on a rack or pizza pan and crust comes out crisped. Definitely would go back. read more

Second trip recently for takeout to satisfy the pizza craving. Each time the pizza has been consistent, good crust, good sauce and toppings. The one star deduction is for a lack of added topping. I ordered a butcher block twice and added mushrooms and each time I was underwhelmed by amount 1.75 buys you in mushrooms. Have a HUGE complaint for this place.... Been going to Bellagios for over 20 years. Last night I ordered a XL pizza. I go to pick it up... I had to wait a few minutes, no biggie. I notice the the SAME EXACT pizza I ordered is "Pizza of the Day", save $6.00. I ask the manager why I was overcharged since placing my order. I showed him my receipt. He was VERY LAZY and UNINTERESTED in helping. He grunted that in order to get that price I had to PHONE CALL the order in!!!! I said " Really?" I use online ordering, I don't bother you with my phone call I do ALL the work on YOUR ONLINE website and I get dinged $6.00???!!! He grunted "yeah "!!! Well after 20+ years... you lost this customer and I will tell All my friends and company NOT to do BUSINESS with one that is so lame and backwards as to no honor their pricing policy for a faithful customer!! read more

First time trying bellagios. The employee answering the phone could use some tips on being more friendly. Noticed some employees there making pizza without gloves. Only less than half the employees were wearing gloves. The inside is pretty small and there doesn't seem to be any attempts in enforcing any policies neither signage or from the workers. Doesn't have any dine-in at the moment. The pizzas were pretty good, but alittle undercooked. Had to toss it into the oven alittle bit to get it right then it was ideal. Food has definitely started to slip, and I've watched as the manager there, Tasha, treats the employees like absolute dogshit. It's actually disgusting the way she feels she can treat and talk to these KIDS. Would not recommend this sub par pizza to anyone, especially if it means putting money in her pocket. read more

Incompetent and inconsiderate of customer. Should have asked to reverse the tip I gave before picking up. Arrive 2-3 minutes after estimated pickup time. Walk in, provide name and inquire about online order. Was told "oh should be 2-3 more minutes" cool, no biggie, go sit down and scroll on the old iPhone to kill the time. After 8 minutes I text the wife that I'm a little irritated, but there is a couple by me who only received their food as I sat down and there was two others in the rooms as well as delivery folks, wife cools me down and reminds me things happen. I chill out, play a game for a minute. But like don't say 2-3 minutes if you need more, just be honest if you are slammed. However the demeanor of all employees aside from one of the 4 younger guys assembling bread-sticks and a diminutive elderly Hispanic man who spends the entire duration of my visitation refilling the soda cooler. Carrying heavy two liter crates while many stronger folks stared at their cell phone screens. And after the other waiting patrons received their orders and leave after I have forgone reading any of the posts or ads I am scrolling past, I am simply NOT looking at the time as every time I see the clock the number has increased yet again and final at the TWENTY minute mark I have begun an internet search of "how long pizza takes to bake from start to finish" as the previously quoted 2-3 minutes has elapsed at a maximum overage of 10x the estimate. I walk to the counter and inquire if my order is done, the young adult man, after a brief inventory of orders locate a pair of boxes sitting over on the oven where no employee is near. After confirming on the receipt that I have already paid he hands me the boxes nonchalantly and says "you're good". And so I experience a moment of cognitive dissonance, "no I am not "good", I think. "I was told 2-3 minutes and have been waiting 20." I say, "How long have these boxes been sitting over there?" I ask. The answer I receive in the impetus for this review, "uhh they came out of the oven like five minutes ago?". Seriously? I mean the pizza is one of the best of the chains, I have to pick up because I'm JUST outside the delivery radius (and I'm not going to pay door dash, THAT'S WHY I'M ORDERING PIZZA DUMMY, pizza delivery and chinese delivery are the only two foods I get delivered), I wait and you don't have the competence to call out a waiting order when it's done and instead let the WAITING take out order GET COLD while you WALK AROUND ON YOUR PHONES. Will be a LONG WHILE before I come back. The pizza again is the BEST quality of the places I've been to, will experiment with other local pizza places that are closer and better serviced. We have been ordering pizza from Bellagio's for many years primarily because they have a good gluten free pizza (family member with a gluten allergy). I placed an order over the phone and once it arrived, the order was wrong. I immediately called and they said it was not what I ordered. They checked and told me what I received is what I ordered. After back and forth the employee went to discuss with another employee. He got on the phone and reiterated that the order was correct, but these I didn't pay for it, which made me very angry since I gave my credit card info over the phone. So obviously he input the info incorrectly. Then while he was still on the phone he explained the situation to another employee and they laughed. Then what really irritated me is that they offered to redo the order but I would have to pick it up and pay for it. GOODBYE BELLAGIOS!!! read more

Hmmm. The pizza was decent. The chicken Cesar salad left much to be desired. Some of the lettuce had was a slimy brown leaf leaves so I think it was old.....yuck.. Chicken breast seemed to be pre packed and prepared, the dressing was to thick and strong and the only other ingredient was croutons. I think I had my hopes up it would that it would be a bit more exciting. I generally enjoy parmesan cheese with mine. Pizza was decent. Could really taste the garlic which is a plus for me. Pizza in our area is just pathetic and sad. Mostly a frozen or a quick homemade pizza at home is faster, cheaper, and often better. Sometimes though a new movie to watch ( hello Black Panther) calls for pickup or delivery, so you don't spend your precious movie time dicing veggies. We gave Bellagio's a call. The dude said 45 to 60 minutes for pickup. Heaven only knows how long delivery would be. We went for pickup. I asked for a medium BBQ chicken. Pizza comes in small, large, and extra large. No medium. I totally forgot about that. Is that not weird tho'? Like ...why? Is it so you feel ok paying large prices for a medium pizza? We were there at the 45 minute mark. It was not ready. This did not surprise me. After 20 more minutes my chauffeur returned to the counter only to find our pizza cooling it's slices in a box on the counter. No one called them over sayin' , " hey your pizza is ready!" while clearly it had been asked for and then waited for. Nope.Nada. Zilch. Zip All this can be yours for $20+. The pizza was okay.Lukewarm. Not awesome. Passable. Not very cheesey. 15 years ago we used to get Bellagio's in Sellwood. That was better. I think they don't care anymore. Captive audience means not so much effort is needed. My chauffeur says they do not have enough staff. Regardless I remembered too late that Mod pizza is not that far away. Tonight was my first time trying Bellagio's Pizza and it was just mediocre. I love pizza and it's rare that I find one I don't love but here we are. The crust wasn't crispy nor was it fluffy like a pan pizza, it was just kind of doughy. Several pieces tasted burnt around the crust edges so that was a bit of a disappointment but there were some pieces that were OK. The topping quantity and quality were good so no complaints there. The weirdest thing about the pizza is that it was super greasy. Most pizzas are greasy but this one was oddly shiny all over, almost like wax food. In town for our family vacation. Stayed at the nearby Hilton. Didn't even know this place was so close. My wife wanted to try Taste of Sichuan. I wasn't feeling Chinese food and decided to see what was nearby or anything on the way there. When we drove into the strip mall I noticed this place. Wife went to order her food and I walked over to Bellagios. Ordered a large combo to share with the family back at the hotel. The wait was 30min. Meeting back up with the wife it turns out her order was also the same wait time. We walked over to the plaid pantry In thesame lot to get some drinks. When we got back there was still another 15min or so. We stood outside waiting. Not the best because this was when Portland got all that smoke. Finally got the pizza and headed back to the hotel The pizza was fresh and tasty. All the ingredients where good along with the sauce. I had a feeling this place was good when you see the guy throwing the dough in the air making the pie. The family also gave the pizza a thumbs up. Didn't even think to get a pic of the pizza when we got back to the hotel only the box. Highly recommend this place for good pizza. If your in the area. My favorite pizza place with amazing pizza, but it has gone a bit downhill recently. I work late so I normally pick up a pizza within an hour of them closing and more and more the quality has gone down. I always get there early but I get handed a cold pizza more often than not now. Tonight I show up a half hour before they closed to find the sign turned off and most of the place dark. I only went in because I called ahead. We used Beaveron Bellagio's Pizza to cater a corporate pizza party. Prior to the event, Brett was beyond helpful! He was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, willing to work with me to help determine what would best feed my large group, and available on relatively short notice. He even snagged the Bellagio's mobile pizza kitchen to bring onsite and really added to our event. At the event itself, Brett and his team arrived early and were very communicative. By the time our first crew was ready to come eat lunch, they had plenty of pizzas hot and ready. At most of our corporate events, we end up with long lines to get through the buffet, people waiting on food to come out, or our late stragglers get the bottom of the pan or the cold, old pizza. Not this time! Brett and team were continuously churning out quality pizza's and I had a TON of comments from employees about how delicious it was, and how nice it was to have it hot and fresh from the truck. After our event, Brett was found with my team of helpful volunteers stacking chairs, cleaning tabletops, and loading into vehicles. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our event was, how seamlessly the planning went, and what a wonderful resource we found in Brett at Bellagio's. I would absolutely recommend, and would not hesitate to book again for our next party! read more

Bellagios is my go to for quick delivery pizza. It's so much better quality than other delivery pizza joints it's no question to pay the few extra dollars to go for Bellagios. I have picked up on occasion and the workers here are younger and they for sure are having a good time. I see this as a good thing, Happy workers+pizza=good pizza I recently placed an online order for pickup and when I came to pick it up, they messed up on it and I had to wait for them to make another one, no big deal. I then got home and realized it was still a mistake (dairy allergy) so it had to be replaced. I called and spoke to the manager and he rushed another pizza to my door in hardly anytime. This is my second time ordering delivery from Bellagios. I've eaten in once as well. I really like this place for pizza because it's nearby and it isn't typical crap pizza from a chain that tastes decent, but ends up making you have regrets later like Pizza Hut or dominos. You know the "OMG this pizza is so fat and amazing!" For like the first four slices. Then an hour later you are hating life with a huge stomachache and you feel like you need a nap. Then you take a nap and wake up feeling ten times worse. Or am I the only pizza binge eater/food coma napper with eater's remorse? Anyone? No. Just me. Okay well anyway, their pizza doesn't make me feel as badly as a piece of poo as the other places. I usually order the Margherita, which is really good! Although I could use less cheese on it and it would probably be better. Anyway, for the kind of pizza it's okay in price. Their jalapeño bread is really good and their marinara tastes like it has wine in it. It's pretty tasty. The inside of the place is basic. Nothing fancy. There is usually not a lot of staff. One guy at the register, sometimes he's doing pizza-like things as well. Today I had a nice delivery girl. She was prompt. When I called they said an hour plus for delivery as they were low on drivers but it wasn't much more than an hour, which I was happy about. Overall, decent pizza, decent price, and nice staff. Had a bit of an interesting experience ordering delivery. I went on their website and ordered 2 pizzas, one was a standard from their menu I got without onions, and the other I built from the ground up, also without onions. I paid and the pizza arrived in the expected time, all seemed great. When I opened the pizza that was the regular menu pizza, it looked wonderful and while gazing at what I thought was perfection I started noticing some onions. After a moment of puzzlement I looked closer and the pizza had onions on every slice (meaning it's not half onion or something like that). My heart sinks as I was all excited for this pizza as I haven't had it in years and loved it before. So at this point I open the second pizza, which was basically a Hawaiian with olives, and there are onions all over it. I don't mean like the first but about 3x the onions. After frustration builds I call them up and explain the issue. The options they give me, are, have 2 new, correct pizzas made and sent out, or get a credit for the next pizza I order (note the credit would only be for one of the two pizzas I ordered.) I had them remade and then proceeded to have way too much pizza over the next week. Things to note, the manager I spoke to was apologetic and kind. I have worked in sales before and I know calling in to complain is not fun, but it's way worse being complained at when it's likely something you didn't do. The manager handled it well, and I will order pizzas again from them and will update my review once I hopefully find out this was a random fluke. Mistakes happen, and that's life. The pizzas were good, every bit as good as I remember. (The pizzas I had before were not from this location, so that tells me they make good pizzas at multiple locations) read more

No car means delivery time. This is the first time I have had food from them. I got the hot wings which I loved. Normally wings from a pizza joint are just ok but they exceeded my exceptions and I am a wing guy. I also got a small pizza with half chicken and the other half pepperoni. I'm my opinion this a great pizza and I don't eat a lot of pizzas. The crust was perfect, the right amount of cheese and sauce. One of the best in town of what I have tried so far.
