Round Table is amazing!... the pizza is good, it always tastes fresh and made mouth watering. The salad bar is to die for so many different things to chose from. They have pasta's i love italian foods... and they have a large variaty of sodas and also different kinds of pizza's and appitizers.... and for some people that complain about customer service, the service there is amazing it just sucks that you must have caught that person on a bad day or a bad moment and maybe the attitude was uncontrolable. not everyone can be perfect and perky all the time. My first trip to Fort Bragg and after driving from San Fransico and getting in late, I was very fortunate to stop into the Round Table. The service was outstanding, the manager extremely friendly and nice, and the bbq chicken pizza we had was the best I have ever had at any Round Table. Family loves Round Fable pizza. I get it not a lot of pizza places in town. So you have kinda of a monopoly but my gosh eight dollars for a personal cheese pizza 34 for specialty large pizza. If you think you get a deal on buying a pitcher of beer forget about it 16 bucks a pitcher from the brewery down the street. Trying to support local. Landed in Fort Bragg after a long day of tedious travel through the mountains. All we wanted was a good pizza! Man did we get it. I ordered to go and created our own. Regular crust, half Roma tomato and red onion, half sausage and bacon all with extra cheese. We also had an order of cheese garlic bread. Delicious! VERY disappointed ! During my stay in Fort Bragg, after the first day of exploring and hiking sis and I didn't want to go out so we ordered a pizza and garlic bread and ranch from this place for delivery which was not even 1/4 of a mile down the road from our hotel. First off, it took 2 damn hours for 1 pizza and 1 garlic bread to be delivered. I could have walked there and back probably 10 times before they got there. Next, the delivery guy was an older man, which I respect that he is working but he tried to come in our hotel room, not cool, especially since we didn't have very much food and it's me and my underage sis. Next, they lady who answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about, as I was reading a menu from my hotel room, I wanted garlic bread like it said and she insisted on breadsticks, which was shaped like a small pizza with some sort of garlic chunky light sauce and over cooked to a crisp! It looked like there was supposed to be cheese on them too but it was cooked off, it also looked like someone cut it about 100 times because it was so damn hard even the pizza cutter couldn't get through the cooked crisp dough! you could probably float across the ocean on this thing! I just had a very bad experience at the Ft Bragg round table. Two associates and I came into the restraunt 45 minutes before closing . An employee was waiting on the counter. My co worker went in front of us and the employee seemed very upset we were eating in and was visibly irritated with us eating in. When my other coworker put in our order and the employee was annoyed we also wanted to eat in and then proceeded to tell us how high the prices are at round table now and what a joke it was. We ordered pizza and breadsticks and a 1/2 pitcher of beer. We told her sorry we were annoying her and she grumbled under her breath. We put in our order and went and sat down. The employee brought my coworkers order over and then brought our bread sticks and said did we order anything else. We said yes we ordered a pizza. After about 15 minutes the employee came back and said they were out of dough (wouldn't they of known this by now) and did we still want our pizza. We said yes and she sighed and walked away. My coworker's pizza was not made correctly and he said it was the worst round table pizza he had ever had and he eats at round table 1-2 times a week in Santa Rosa. We then decided to end the torture and leave and asked her if she could just refund us for the pizza. She told us she couldn't because there was no one in charge at the store. We then said we would just come in the next morning and talk to the manager and get our money back then and she changed her tune and refunded our money. This has soured my experience at roundtable and I will never go to this round table again. With the economy the way it is and prices so high it is quite shocking to see such horrible customer service. We are locals and love giving this place our money! Can't say the same about the tourist trap restaurants here. Funny how a corporate chain can take such good care of us. First off I love RTpizza and this place was great in the pie department fresh and hot! Where the problem started was the beer , it just didn't taste like coors lite more like bud lite, we brought it to the servers attention , she brought out a sampler of the two, after hagling we stayed with what we had bud lite. Next the large order of bread sticks came with two 1.5 oz. cups of ranch dressing, there are five of us, went to the counter and asked for more ranch the server hands us two more 1.5 oz. empty cups and says go back to your table and divide the other two into these ??? Seriously that would be 4 cups at 3/4 of an oz. each, what about the 5th guy does he get to lick our cups? She says if you want more you have to pay for it, OK We just spent 64.00 and change for one large pizza and a order of bread sticks and a pitcher of bad beer, apparently there is a shortage of ranch dressing at the coast.... read more

We are from out of town and love Round Table Pizza. We came here and ordered a small supreme pizza. It came out under cooked and very limp. Could not even pick a piece up. We asked them to cook it longer. Still wasn't right. One of the workers mentioned that their crust is weird. Their motto is they make their dough fresh daily? Really! I ordered pizza online to be delivered for my family, who happened to be sick, while we were vacationing here. I was pretty proud of myself, too, for ordering early and allowing them plenty of time so there would be no hungry/screaming kids. Fast forward to a while later, when it was 20 minutes past the time they said it would arrive, and both sick kids were hungry and crying. I called to follow up and the person answering the phone says the order hasn't been made yet. She also claimed that they had tried calling me to let me know (they hadn't). I definitely put in the right number. So I just cancelled the order, since it would be a while before they could make the pizza. Definitely don't order anything online from them. And Round Table, you lose a good amount of money, since I really over ordered. read more

I want to give gold stars to Debbie at PIZZA HUT in Fort Bragg. I was in the store tonight and she went way beyond the pale to help me save money. I am was tired and had had a rough day, and she offered to carry my pizza's to the car. I tried to decline, but she insisted. She was polite, pleasant and smiled through our who exchange. Had a nice day at the beach with my sister and her kids, decided to get pizza after! I ordered a personal Maui Zaui with pepperoni and bacon. My sister ordered a large pizza half veggie and half pepperoni. The cashier definitely heard our orders and had no questions about them. His response was "for sure, for sure". They have all these games for the kids but no quarters. When the pizzas came out my sister noticed it was ALL veggie and pepperoni on the entire pizza, she said "Oh I ordered half pepperoni.." The lady put it on the table and had nothing to say so my sister said "Okay I guess I'll just pick it off for the kids then.. can we have some ranch?" She pointed in the other direction and said "You have to get it over there." And walked away. Didn't care that the order was wrong and did nothing to help us. Then I noticed my pizza had no pepperoni but it had ham..... Ridiculous that they couldn't get the order right on a slow Wednesday and were very rude and careless about it. read more

this place is a joke...to start off they tried to charge us over $40 when we ordered a small and a medium pizza which was way more than what was shown on the menu so we just ordered the medium...we get the pizza after waiting over 35 min in the empty restaurant surrounded by tables of dirty dishes and we get the wrong pizza...there were six slices which is what a small is cut into so we assumed it was a small and it had pep and olives rather than pep and sausage like we ordered...we ask them to fix it and they just take the pizza and don't say much besides it will be 8 more mins...we get it back and they took off most of the olives then simply recooked it with a little sausage bits on it, but still the six slice small pizza...we go back to ask for our money back now because it's still the wrong size and they say that it is a medium just they cut it into 6 instead of 8...they ask if we want it cut into more pieces instead and we settle with that...the male employee in the kitchen (black hair in a hat with his name tag on it but couldn't see the name) had the worst attitude and after cutting it asked us "are you happy now?" the other employees in the kitchen continued to talk crap about us and stare us down as we walked out of the restaurant...it was the worst experience at any business I have been to and won't go back...customer service is one of the easiest ways to please a customer and they clearly have never heard of it read more
