The first five were fantastic (the one on the 19th was the best), but the one I got yesterday was horrid. Pizza is always good. The staff is what makes the place a bad place to eat. There's one person there that is nice sometimes. Employees argue with each other and it's uncomfortable. But after several minutes on hold it started ringing again and the girl answered and tried putting me on hold again! Finally got to order. I didn't get an ETA on the pizza but again, not a huge deal. Sorry no pics, but I can say this was one of my top 5 favorite round tables.. First and foremost, there's Chelsea.. She's about 20 and treats her job very seriously; she could really make a lot of tips at a higher end restaurant.. Although she operates like a cashier she actually came by and checked on the tables to see if there was anything we needed.. She was exceptional and should be considered for management training. As for the food, round table never disappoints when it comes to pizza, but the salad bar was outstanding. They had jello, peaches and pineapple along with everything else you'd expect. And we were tired... so we went to pick up our simple medium King Arthur pizza and a dozen of wings (6 bbq and 6 garlic) (very good by the way) . Paid. Order not ready, please wait. And had to wait inside forever. We were truly ready to go, when they said 8 more minutes... in all, we made it back to the hotel about 15 minutes before our alleged delivery time... so that was very disappointing. They should have a better estimate on cooking times! Other than that: the food was very good and/or we were very hungry! The pizza was LOADED. And the wings were tender and flavorful so good food, but expect a very long wait, at least 30-40 minutes longer than they estimate ! And plan appropriately. Look at the picture. What about the letters "LAOD" on the curb would indicate the spot is reserved?? So we decide to go to Rite Aid to get drinks and then head over. We get to Round Table Pizza at 5:45pm and it looked Pizza and the pizza has yet to be made. Hands down best Round Table that I've been to by far! I mean, it's a chain restaurant and I normally wouldn't even rate a chain restaurant unless it was a terrible experience to be honest. Plus I have actually rated a Round Table in Napa, with a one star, and if possible I would've left no stars... Anyway, we went there this morning right when they opened, and we expected to eat at the buffet, but it turns out they don't have a buffet on the weekends. We were a bit disappointed about that. However, the service was excellent, and the pizza, wings, and garlic twists that we order were fantastic! It was served super hot, and the server was so friendly and made us feel very welcome. I genuinely wish we could have an experience like that with every visit to Round Table, because being from the east coast I'm used to amazing pizza, and Round Table is about as close as I'm going to get. It is a little pricey, but in this case it was very much worth it. We'll be there again for lunch on our next trip to Fort Bragg. read more

When we went to pick up the pizza at the time instructed by their website but they screwed it up. The pizza was a thick crust double mushroom NO pepperoni and NO extra cheese. When we pointed out that it wasn't what we ordered we were met with the worst example of customer service We have ever seen. The employee argued THAT IT WAS THICK CRUST, that from the time it left the oven was then cut up and placed in a pizza box it had miraculously flattened out ??!! i mean seriously??? When it was obviously to anyone who looked It was NOT thick crust. There was a birthday party going on there at the time regardless it does not mean the employees can forget their customer service training? It is ultimately the responsibility of the Manager to provide training. When I asked the employee at the counter to speak with the manager I was told that she was busy. There was no offer of an apology or a discount? for making us wait over an hour for them to make 2 pizzas and neither one of them were made correctly AND at a cost of $45 What a joke!!! read more

I ordered my pizza online, prepaid, with an estimated time of pickup for 5:23pm. I arrived at the building at approximately 5:30, and the pizza was not done. Multiple orders were taken and handed out. At 5:45 I inquired and was told it was still in the oven. At 5:50 another customer, several numbers behind me inquired about his order and was served. Another customer, also a few numbers behind him spoke up and asked about, and received their orders. I inquired again, having ordered my pizza a an hour prior, and was served last. When I arrived home my pizza was cold. I understand COVID has impacted every business, however being served an hour after ordering is ridiculous. One employee was on the computer behind the counter, one person was taking orders, and there were approximately 5 employees in the back.
