My husband and I have been ordering pizza from here for years. Usually the pizza is the best pizza we've ever had, and the service is good. For this reason I usually tip well. I ordered my pizza online, prepaid, with an estimated time of pickup for 5:23pm. I arrived at the building at approximately 5:30, and the pizza was not done. Multiple orders were taken and handed out. At 5:45 I inquired and was told it was still in the oven. At 5:50 another customer, several numbers behind me inquired about his order and was served. Another customer, also a few numbers behind him spoke up and asked about, and received their orders. I inquired again, having ordered my pizza a an hour prior, and was served last. When I arrived home my pizza was cold. I understand COVID has impacted every business, however being served an hour after ordering is ridiculous. One employee was on the computer behind the counter, one person was taking orders, and there were approximately 5 employees in the back. Pizza's were being stacked and not handed out for en extended amount of time. Perhaps management should examine work flow on the front end. read more

I've tried four pizza places in town, including where the locals go. Three of them were unimpressive. Round Table actually has the best pizza, the best selection, they have delivery, and they don't have the attitude I experienced at one of the "local's" places. Not impressed with either the salad or sandwiches, though. My rating is for the pizza. read more

Service is so bad. In the store, it just has 5 people but the store take service more than 45 mins. When we order pizza, a cashier told us that just wait 15min. We waited 45 min but we still didn't have our pizza. When we want to cancel, the manager didn't get it. We have to wait more 15 min. My wife and I normally don't spend much time in chain restaurants when we travel. We prefer trying local places. With that said, we really liked this Round Table. We had been traveling all day. We were tired and didn't feel like experimenting with any of the local fare. It was a Thursday night and a little late for small kids to be tearing around the restaurant, which is one reason we try to avoid popular, family oriented pizza places. To our pleasant surprise, they have a "party room" so all the patrons don't involuntarily become involved in the birthday party of a 9 year old. The restaurant was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. We sat in an out-of-the-way corner and the staff apparently had to search for us, but they found us, and we enjoyed our meal. I really like the way this restaurant is laid out. It enables large groups to have fun while not disrupting the other peoples' experience. And we really don't dislike 9 year olds! read more

My busband and I visited Round Table in Fort Bragg today (January 21, 2021) at 12:00 pm. We were standing at the counter waiting for our order to be taken. The phone rang and instead of putting the caller on hold and taking our order since we were there first, the counter lady proceeded to take the phone order while we waited for her to take their order first. What kind of customer service is this?? Management should train their employees to take care of the customer at the counter first, then deal with the phone customer. read more

Recently visited on 5/31/2020 Fort Bragg's roundtable. I had 2 pizzas delivered to my hotel. Spent $60 at your establishment and the driver placed my pizza on the floor and politely knocked on the door and backed away. I know facemasks are required by city law, due to Covid-19. However this is Unsanitary to place food items on the floor. Your employee stated this is law and the way she she has been doing her deliveries! I feel as if I was shopping any place else you have some type of interaction with customer service dealing and handing with money, and products, and they don't put you purchase on the floor. Therefore I don't understand if she was wearing a mask and gloves to protect herself why the heck your driver will place my food ($60 pizza) on the floor. Where there would be more bacteria, ( dirt, blood substance from spit on the floor) who the heck wants to buy a pizza that's placed on the floor I'm a little upset. Therefore I don't understand your policies and believe that any one receiving pizza should know that there food will also be placed on the floor and may be contaminated by whatever bacteria, blood, or any other fluids may be lurking on the floor of a hotel/motel , so I will be posting this on different websites due to the lack of respect!!! We want to canceled the order now, he told us just leave and call back on Monday to talk to a manager. WTF. What kind of business are they running? Service is really suck. Whether I dine alone or with my family, I can honestly say I have never had disappointing meal. This is the worst run restaurant I have ever experienced. It's not that they were overly busy, under staffed, or my order was complex, it was a large pepperoni pizza. They simply couldn't execute. I am a huge fan of Round table. Usually get it a couple times a month. We ordered a pizza and twists for delivery to our hotel room since we can in so late. They were awesome! Ordered online and called afterwards because I put in my phone number wrong. The staff was so friendly! The delivery was great too and delivered it to the back patio like I asked in my note. We decided to stop here on our drive up the coast because my boyfriend loves Round Table pizza and I've never tried it before. We stood at the counter for a while waiting to order or be acknowledged while three staff members stood with their backs to us. We tried to get their attention by saying hello, one of the staff turned around and saw us waiting and then turned back around. One of the staff passed by us and asked if we were waiting to order, we said yes, and she responded that we will be helped soon. We kept waiting. Finally someone came to the register and we ordered a pizza and sat at a table. The pizza itself was delicious, and we both liked it a lot. It was hot so my boyfriend asked for silverware- but as he brought it back to the table we noticed the silverware had lots of pizza still on it from a previous patron. Pizza is good. Round Table pizza and prices like any of RT location. Salad bar was awful. Wilted spinach, old lettuce that was mostly purple cabbage, baby corn that was actually moldy, it was quite a disappointment. They have a tiny game room, but half the games are broken. Lots of employees sitting around watching tv. Nobody else in the restaurant, on a Sat evening! That should be been our warning sign. We eat here 4-5 times a year, but decided this was our last time. If we need RT pizza, we'll get it To Go or Delivered in the future. read more

We drove to Fort Bragg Round Table for 2.5 hours to enjoy the buffet , we missed it by 6 minutes . The man working behind the counter said if we were for the Buffet it was over. All the pizza was still on display. My husband is a Cal Fire Captain and this is what he wanted for his Birthday. The man wouldn't let us order any pizza even though it was still there . I've been living in Fort Bragg for 14 years and have been eating at Round Table ever since. Love, love their salad bar. I know it sounds funny to brag about the salad bar at a pizza place, but it is wonderful, including hard boiled eggs. My friends and I meet there often to enjoy some time together and eat. Yes, we usually have pizza and those wonderful garlic twists. In these 14 years, I have never gotten a badly made or baked pizza. There is a large room for parties which in this small community is great. As to service, it has always been wonderful. The staff is friendly, helpful and they make the visit much more enjoyable. I have never been treated rudely. Perfect place to bring a family...perfect place for kids. Laun, the manager is very connected to the community and has been very active in helping the Sherwood Oaks Auxiliary in their fund raising activities for the Senior Care Home. read more

I am a local, living in a small town its hard to find good places to eat that don't get old. I come to Round Table quite often, I love this place! Pizza is my favorite food. My most recent visit was actually today. A very pleasant and friendly lady greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. Her name was Laud, and she politely conversed with me and was very friendly and polite. After she left, the other girl that stepped in and served me my pizza was Lynn. Very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean inside and the pizza looked, smelled and tasted amazing. The salad bar was fresh and well maintained and full of delicious vegetable choices. This is my first time visiting Fort Bragg. I ordered my pizza cinnamon sticks and 2 L of Pepsi using the online order service and my driver, "driver number 9199," not only brought my food within the time that it was predicted to be within, but this man brought me a large cup filled with ice, three extra cups with lids and straws, and a stack of paper plates. Knowing! that I was staying in a motel room. Outstanding! couldn't be more satisfied. I have no need for these extra plates or cups but god damn I respect and appreciate the thought! I would also like to mention that this is on a particularly busy weekend where the hundreds and maybe even thousands of visitors from out of town are brought here to witness the whale festival and get down on some clam chowder at the clam chowder cookoff. If you find yourself in Fort Bragg California, it's late, and you don't know what the hell eat. I can guarantee you that if you order some round table pizza you'll be satisfied and if you're not well then you're probably just an asshole who's too goddamn picky. These people are amazing, hard working, and conciderate. I had a wedding reception in Fort Bragg. My caterer failed to show up due to a "blown out tire" but never called us to tell us they will be late, and I called Round Table to order some last minute pizzas to feed the guest (60). Not only were they understanding about my situation but also were able to knock out 15 extra large pizzas in less then 45 minutes. This definitely saved the day, and pretty much made our wedding ceremony. Great job guys, you should definitely be recognized for your hustle. read more

Got into town afternoon of Feb 10, 2019. Looking for a good pizza joint (Bernillos Pizza) but it was dark when looking for it so settled on well known Round Table on Main Street. Big mistake! Girl that took our order was rude. We ordered a small thin crust and were told you can only get pepperoni on a small thin crust so were forced to order a medium. There was only 2 other customers in the parlor. It took a long time to get our pizza that wasn't cooked right. It was all soggy. The wife and I had a small original 3 topping, a small beer, a soda and a salad and it cost us $40. Outrageous for seniors on a limited budget! Never again from Fort Bragg Round Table.
