I have probably had nearly 100 pizzas fro Papa Murphy's. With the relatively new owner, the Pizza is the best ever. First, as a resident of the rural nothing coast, I like being able to bake at home and eat hot/fresh pizza not luke warm pizza from delivery. Second THIS Papa Murphy's is the very best! I have friends visiting from several other cities. Their comments were "very generous toppings, great sauce, friendly/fast service, much better than any other". Value- no contest- GREAT! We like to order the medium 2 topping pizza for 6.99 on the app once/week for the most part, and I have to say I've noticed an overall improvement in quality of how the pizzas are put together and friendliness of staff for a while now. These guys are ridiculous. Online ordering gives you an estimated time your order will be ready. Our first two visits we showed up right at that time and were told it would be about fifteen minutes. We learned our lesson (or so we though). Tonight we placed an online order at 4:45. It said pick up at 5:15. My wife and I showed up at 5:45. Were told it would be "about fifteen minutes. Let me preface this by saying, I'm an idiot. And when an idiot is hungry, that's a deadly combination. Yes, Papa Murphys serves raw, uncooked pizza. In my blind, hungry stupor, after riding 7 hours on my motorcycle, I wanted something quick, hot, and greasy. I gleefully ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread and drove the two miles to Papa Murphys from my modest hotel room. I was horrified to discover a shrinkwrapped, cold pizza waiting for me. Looking back, I missed all the signs. It says "Take and Bake" under your name. I could've read the Yelp reviews saying the same thing, but alas, I did not. This franchise has the worst customer service of anywhere I have ever been!! Its a pandemic, so I order online for Foodrunner delivery...my pizza is delivered made wrong!! Hiw do you make a pepperoni pizza with pepperoni on only half the pizza?? I call the restaurant and am told they wrote the order down wrong BUT I CAN COME IN AND GET MY TOPPINGS!!! I ask them to remake my pizza and am told by the manager NO!! I will NEVER order from here again...apparently it takes a college degree to make a pizza and nobody working there is qualified!! For some reason the manager always tells us she won't take our coupons. We have complained about her several times. Everyone else is nice and always willing to take them. They're quick. Pizzas taste like every other papa murphys. We love the convenience of baking and eating at home with the kiddos. read more

I just love this place!! Today I ordered the $10 Tuesday special from Elva.... she made the "Cowboy" for me....and it was really fantastic!! I had been a fan of another pizzeria here in town.....(Bernillo's on Redwood is the best in~house pizza around)......but since I discovered how good our Fort Bragg Papa Murph's is.... Just a continual slap in the face from the rude personnel working here. I have had the manager accuse me of hacking the computer to create the lower price I was offered in online ordering.....the franchise was totally out of chicken over Super Bowl weekend, yet did not have the sense or good customer service skills enough to just go next door to the grocery store and buy some from there....and then tonight, sigh...always so rude. The manager tried to make me pay for two pizzas, claiming that I had ordered two online. Just the expected nasty nasty look when I brought over the receipt to prove to her, because she just wouldn't take "No I only ordered this one pizza" for an answer and was insisting that I buy a Cowboy pizza in addition to my other pizza which was not at all similar. They are just rude, they make mistakes, and they don't care about you as a customer. But the food is cheap. Weigh your options is what I say, this review is quite fair. If you have low standards and want cheap pizza, you might not get treated too poorly here. but from my experience, chances are you might. Order your pizza, pick it up, bake it, and pay less than HALF the price. They also have very good gluten-free pizza. I bought a medium gf pizza and a Family size for 30 dollars....that was for both.
